The agreement will run concurrent with WWE and OSN’s existing partnership to air Raw and SmackDown, as well as NXT, and Superstars.

OSN subscribers will be able to access the premium linear network via their set top boxes, and anytime, anywhere on multiple devices via OSN Play and through authenticated access via WWE Network apps. NXT Takeover: Rival results

Here are the results from last night’s NXT Takeover: Rival special on the WWE Network which took place from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida.

Hideo Itami defeated Tyler Breeze; Baron Corbin defeated Bull Dempsey; Buddy Murphy and Wesley Blake defeated Sin Cara and Kalisto to retain the NXT Tag Team titles; Finn Balor defeated Adrian Neville to become the new number one contender for the NXT title; Sasha Banks defeated Charlotte, Bayley, and Becky Lynch in a fatal 4 way to become the new NXT Women’s champion; Kevin Owens defeated Sami Zayn after the referee stopped the match to become the new NXT champion.

Chyna claims Triple H hit her, WWE denies allegations

In her interview with Vince Russo, former WWE Women’s and Intercontinental champion Chyna revealed that Triple H hit her when he was confronted by her about the relationship with Stephanie McMahon, a serious allegation which Triple H has denied.

Chyna said that the two got into a heated argument and confronted him with the question about him cheating on her with Stephanie. “He swiped my hand, I swiped his hand, he hit me. I went back like Jerry Springer and then I was like okay that’s the deal breaker for me, the relationship is now over, so now I have to leave,” Chyna said in the video.

She went on to add that she couldn’t believe that he hit her and after he left, she went through the house and found a love letter from Stephanie in his briefcase that was a year old.

In a statement given to CageSideSeats.com regarding these allegations, WWE said, “The false statements and reckless allegations made by Joan Laurer (aka Chyna) on a recent podcast about a physical dispute are a complete fabrication. While Joan has had significant struggles in life, this does not justify making such claims.”

Meet the nude NXT trainee who appeared on Rollins’ social media

NXT Diva-in-training Zahra Schreiber became an overnight sensation after a nude photo of hers leaked on Seth Rollins’ Instagram account which eventually found its way on his Facebook, Twitter, and even on WWE.COM with the embedding of its Superstars’ social media accounts.

Not much is known about the tattoo—heavy Schreiber but rumors are that she and Rollins had a romantic relationship behind the back of Rollins’ current girlfriend, Leighla Schultz. An earlier report mistakenly said that Schreiber was Seth’s ex-girlfriend, which is not the case.

Schreiber is apparently engaged to Chad Ruhlig, the lead singer of metalcore band For The Fallen Dreams. According to Heavy.com, the two own a house together despite her regularly cheating on him.

Schultz posted several things on a friend’s Facebook, making fun of Rollins and quoting stuff that Rollins might have sent to Schreiber which she obviously got a hold of.

“I hate my life and my fiancée; I just wanted to run away with you,” Schultz posted, allegedly one of the items she found from Rollins to Schreiber.

Schreiber has yet to make her television debut on NXT but she’s under a developmental deal with the company and trains at the WWE Performance Center.

If you’ve never seen her, well, here’s a few photos to get used to her which you can see below.

Darren Young blasts WWE for running UAE shows, WWE responds

WWE Superstar Darren Young criticised WWE for running live events in Abu Dhabi since the UAE has a harsh stance against homosexuality.

Using Twitter, Young wrote, “My freedom of speech is gone. Gone but never forgotten. I feel like no one has my back and it upsets me. The struggle is real. I’m human.” He later deleted the tweets which he posted earlier today just after Midnight EST.

Young is the first openly gay active WWE Superstar and WWE supported him when he came out during a video interview with TMZ in Los Angeles during the SummerSlam weekend a couple of years ago.

In a statement issued to PWInsider.com, WWE said that they cannot change cultures and laws around the world and that’s why they were not sending Fred Rosser – Young’s real name – to the tour in UAE.

“WWE does not discriminate against individuals regardless of age, race, religion or sexual orientation, and we continue to proudly support Fred Rosser for being open about his sexuality.”

WWE also said that they fully support his right to express his views on personal social media accounts rather than WWE’s corporate platforms.

WWE in United Arab Emirates for three day tour

WWE Superstars are currently in the United Arab Emirates for a three day tour in Abu Dhabi, a tour which brings in a lot of revenue for the company due to high ticket prices.

The company will run three events – starting tomorrow – and then on the 13, and 14 of February. All shows are at the Zayed Sports City Tennis Stadium.

Due to the tour, the Smackdown tapings held yesterday had only a small roster as most flew out to Abu Dhabi after Raw. The crew returns from the UAE on Sunday, in time for Raw in Orlando, Florida.

Monday Night Raw didn’t do so well in the ratings this week, getting 3,658,000 viewers, down significantly from last week’s 4,292,000 number, a drop of 634,000 viewers.

Hour one did 3,786,000 viewers, followed by 3,670,000 in the second hour, and then down even more to 3,518,000 in the third and final hour. The show turned away 268,000 viewers from the first to the third hour. (Ratings credit: PWInsider.com)

Triple H announces plan for a touring NXT

During his NXT conference call with the press earlier today, Triple H said that he wants the NXT brand to start touring by later this year or beginning of 2016, making it the third WWE group on tour.

At the moment, NXT does non-televised live events around in Florida, usually close to Orlando running in small venues to give the NXT talent more exposure. The proposed tour would also be in small venues but would venture out of Florida. The first NXT show outside of the state of Florida sold out immediately in Columbus, Ohio. It will happen during the Arnold Classic weekend. Another show was added in Cleveland the next day due to popular demand.

There’s also an idea to sell an NXT show to someone for a flat fee and then whoever is promoting the event can collect their income from ticket sales.

John Cena suffering from eye injury

John Cena’s real eye injury was played into last night’s angle with Rusev as it’s pretty impossible not to notice the bruising.

According to WWE physician Dr. Chris Amann, Cena suffered a corneal abrasion during one of last weekend’s non-televised live event matches, although he did not specify when or how it happened.

“As mentioned [on commentary], those injuries were a scratched cornea and a ruptured blood vessel,” Amann told WWE.COM. He then went into work mode and said that the injury was “exacerbated” by Rusev during their angle.

Total Divas season 3 episode 15 rating

Sunday’s episode of Total Divas, which was titled Girl vs Girl Bye, did 1,253,000 viewers, up slightly from the 1,200,000 viewers the show did two weeks ago. Last week the show did not air on E! Episode 15 is tied as the third most watched of season three so far.

Seth Rollins’ nude photo leaks online in apparent hack

Seth Rollins’ Twitter and Instagram turned X rated last night just before Raw went on the air as nude photos of his ex-girlfriend were mysteriously posted on his account and then his current girlfriend posted a nude photo of Rollins himself as payback.

Rollins’ Instagram first posted a nude photo of Zahra Schrieber, an NXT talent that he dated in the past with a smiley and two hearts emoticon and her full name in the description. His current girlfriend – Leighla Schultz – then allegedly posted a nude photo of Rollins on her Twitter account in retaliation.

The photos were both removed later and Rollins issued a statement on his Twitter saying, “I would like to apologize to all the WWE fans and my family and friends for private photographs that were distributed without my consent.”

Both accounts were apparently hacked although it still remains a big embarrassment for Rollins whose nude photo is now forever stored on the Internet, because you know, once it’s online, it never goes away!

The story – including the uncensored photos – made it to some mainstream media websites as well. Deadspin.com is carrying the uncensored photos at http://deadspin.com/lets-all-look-at-seth-rollinss-dong-nsfw-1684849435

Rikishi announced as the third inductee in the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2015

Former WWE Superstar Rikishi is the latest inductee in the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2015. His name was announced yesterday during Monday Night Raw.

The 49 year old had a long career in the WWE under a couple of different gimmicks. He started in 1992 as part of The Headshrinkers and then in 1995 he was repackaged as “Make Difference” Fatu, going singles after The Headshrinkers were no more however that gimmick didn’t last long and in 1996 he went under a mask and debuted as The Sultan, managed by The Iron Sheik and Bob Backlund.

In 1999, he joined Too Cool under the gimmick Rikishi, certainly enjoying his best run in the WWE. In October 2000, Rikishi turned heel after it was revealed that he ran over Steve Austin and uttered the words “I did it…for The Rock,” which still remain famous to this day. Perhaps the greatest moment of his career came at the Armageddon 2000 pay-per-view, where Rikishi along with Kurt Angle, The Undertaker, The Rock, Steve Austin, and Triple H participated in a six-man Hell In A Cell match. Rikishi ended up taking a fly from the top of the cage through a flatbed truck at ringside courtesy of The Undertaker. In 2001 he returned as a face and delivered a stink face to Vince McMahon but his days in the WWE were numbered television-wise and he wasn’t used much till his departure in 2004.

Rikishi made an appearance at the 2012 Hall of Fame ceremony along with his family to accept the induction of his cousin Yokozuna. Rikishi’s two sons are also part of the WWE family wrestling under the names Jimmy and Jey Uso.

Monday Night Raw TV report for 02/09/2015

For the second year in a row, the WrestleMania main-event has potential to change. As per Triple H’s “shocking” announcement last week, Daniel Bryan will face Roman Reigns at Fast Lane on Feb. 22 to determine who challenges Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania. Will there be any other twists, or is the track for Fast Lane between the two pretty straight-forward now?

Also, John Cena will be squaring off with United States Champion Rusev; what will happen between the “irresistible force” and the “immovable object” (yes, I used that cliché!) tonight?

Lastly, we are promised that a new inductee into the WWE Hall-Of-Fame will be announced! Who will be that (most-likely) deserving person?

All this and much more, so read on!

Monday Night Raw TV Report for February 9th, 2015 – “All For Roman And Daniel For All?”

Introduction Segment: Video Promos and Welcoming

Recap of last week’s events that have setup Fast Lane are aired. The regular Raw video plays and the pyro blows in the arena. Michael Cole, Booker T. and John “Bradshaw” Layfield welcomes us to Ohio State University.

Segment #2: Arena Promo

One of the two #1 Contenders to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship makes his way to the ring. Roman Reigns enters the arena through the crowd and goes on to talk about his Royal Rumble win and the meaning of it. In short, he remarks that he is going to beat whoever is in his way. “You can believe that!”

His opponent for Fastlane now joins him. Daniel Bryan gives props to Reigns for helping him defeat Seth Rollins, which allowed Daniel to take on Roman at Fastlane. He recounts what the stakes are between the two, as well as physical comparisons. Before they can go on, The Authority interrupt.

Triple H, Stephanie, The Big Show, and Kane all stand on the stage. Stephanie plugs Fast Lane and The Network, then HHH says he wants an answer from Sting tonight about their face-to-face at Fast Lane. Steph then rips Roman and Bryan for what they did to Kane and Big Show in the last couple of weeks. For that, she decides to punish them by booking a tag-team match with Show and Kane, next!

Commercials.

Match #1: Tag-Team – Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan VS. Kane and Big Show (with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon)

Show is back in control, locking Bryan in a Cobra-Clutch type submission. Daniel breaks out of it but runs into a bear hug hold. Show turns that into a scoop-slam, then switches with Kane. He also clamps on a bear hug. Again, he trades with Show and The Authority continues to govern this bout for a while. Show climbs to the second turnbuckle and tries a springboard-splash, but Bryan moves! Kane is tagged in and knocks Roman off the apron, but Daniel manages to put him in the Yes Lock. Show breaks it up and hurls Bryan over the timekeeper’s area, causing a DQ.

Winners via Disqualification: Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan

Post-match, a brawl breaks out between the four, which ends when Reigns pummels Show with a chair, and Bryan accidentally hits Roman with a running front-dropkick. Reigns and Daniel argue, with Reigns shoving Daniel. Triple H takes advantage, booking them in another tag-team match later tonight. This time, they will take on Show, Kane, J & J, and Seth Rollins. Later tonight, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar will have his say on the Fast Lane match that determines his WrestleMania opponent. Up next, Rusev and Lana are out!

Commercials.

Segment #4: Arena Promo

United States Champion Rusev and Lana make their entrance. Lana says they are delighted to meet John Cena at Fast Lane and that Cena himself should be “honored” to go one-on-one with Rusev. She praises his “never give up” mantra, and like an awards show, pay homage to his career. A video of Cena’s triumphant moments first plays, then it turns into high(low)lights of his numerous injuries.

Back live, Lana says that “13 years is a long time.” They both talk about the wear-and-tear on his body, both physically and mentally with his “fighting spirit.” Rusev warns that he will “break your body and crush your spirit” at the pay-per-view.

Cena now comes out and describes what he usually and how he usually is, which is rising to the occasion after getting taken down. He entices Rusev to go at it right now, which “The Super Athlete” obliges. They engage and carry each other up the stage, until Rusev pokes Cena in his injured right eye. The U.S. Champ then runs him into the Titantron. Referees check on Cena and try to hold Rusev back.

Wyatt fends off Dolph, but Ziggler comes back by jawbreaking Wyatt with the ropes and dropkicking him to the floor.

Commercials.

Bray is now dominating with reverse mount-punches. He gained control by driving him face-first onto the apron. He works over Ziggler with a grounding rear headlock, and it is shown that he got busted open the hard-way by the earlier dropkick form Dolph. He tries to clothesline a running Dolph, but Ziggler slides under and plants him with a leaping-DDT! He attempts a Fameasser, but Bray catches him in a Sister Abigail position. Ziggler works his way out then hits the Fameasser again. He follows with a superkick and covers. 1 – 2 – Wyatt gets the shoulder up!

On the outside, Bray nails Dolph with a vicious clothesline. He places him back in the ring and crawls upside down. He picks Dolph up then spins him face-first to the canvas with Sister Abigail to take this contest!

Winner via Pinfall: Bray Wyatt

Post-match, Bray goes to do something to Dolph on the cement, but referees stop him. Instead, he just perches over a prone Ziggler.

He says that despite Roman’s background and family history, he is still scared of “The Beast.” He then contrasts Lesnar and Bryan. Heyman gives Daniel credit for his “in-ring ability, knowledge of submission wrestling, grit, and a pipeline to God, because he’s pulled more miracles out of his tuckus than my client and I have ever seen anybody pull off!” He questions us on if we think that Bryan “is the one to beat the one in twenty-one-and-one.” He threatens both Roman and Daniel that an F-5 awaits either of them at WrestleMania, courtesy of Brock Lesnar!

Ads.

Segment #8: Backstage Promo

Stardust is rocking back and forth when Goldust comes up to confront. He calls him “Cody” again, which infuriates Stardust, and pushes Goldust to the floor, exclaiming “Cody is dead.”

Segment #9: Arena Promo

Triple H is in the ring and recaps his 20-year career. He says that it has all been taken away because of Sting. The man who never crossed into WWE at the high-time, but instead waited until well-after W.C.W. was shut down, has now made his way over and is ruining things. HHH proposes that if Sting never shows up again, then he will leave him in tact with his “dignity.” The lights go out and spotlights shine on random areas. Crows squawk and a video appears on the ‘Tron. It is Triple H’s interview on WWE.com/WWE Network, mixed in with Sting’s crows and face-paint on “The Game.” A fake Sting appears in the ring, which spooks Triple H, then the words “I accept” appear on the video.

Mat-wrestling trades start off this contest then Mizdow kicks Sin Cara in the corner and brings him out with a suplex. During the match, The Miz asks Damien to get him some water and open the bottle. This allows Cara to suicide dive Mizdow, which Miz tells to “pay attention to your opponent.”

In the ring, Mizdow gets a bit of a comeback until he goes for the Figure-4. Miz takes exception to this, and orders Damien to not lock on the submission as it is the move he “made famous.” Again, Cara takes notice and small-package roll-ups Mizdow for the 1 – 2 – 3!

Winner via Pinfall: Sin Cara

Segment #11: Video Promo

“Since the dawn of existence, Mankind has struggled to answer one simple question: ‘where do we go when we die.’ A man of science believe we just become one with the earth and nothing more. And a man of faith views things from a much, much different perspective. What about those like you and I? We’re special. For us, there is no death. This world is our hell, this world is our hell. WE DON’T BELONG HERE. I know you can here me. But now my eyes are wide open and I don’t fear you anymore. It’s time for you to go home. Find me, FIND ME!”

Ads.

Match #8: Single – Curtis Axel VS. “The Lunatic Fringe” Dean Ambrose

Prior to the match, Curtis cuts a promo declaring that he should be in the main-event at Wrestlemania as he was never officially entered and/or eliminated from the Royal Rumble.

Ambrose is all over Axel right away with punches and kicks, then runs him down with a block. He scoop-slams Curtis, but is caught with a knee-to-the-face. Axel begins to pound away, then wipes his face against the mat. He wears him down with a ground rear chinlock, then knees him in the gut. Dean hits back with frequent chops and the bounce-back clothesline. He finishes this one after the Dirty Deeds DDT!

Winner via Pinfall: “The Lunatic Fringe” Dean Ambrose

Post-match, Ambrose threatens that he “will not stop” until he gets his Intercontinental Championship match. I.C. Champ appears on the ‘Tron and continues to deny Dean the opportunity.

The Authority surrounds the entire ring and decimate Bryan and Reigns. Kane and Show give Roman a double chokeslam, while Rollins is left with Bryan in the ring. He is good-to-go, so Seth and him go at it. Rollins German suplexes Bryan, then yells at him. He German suplexes again, then tags in Show, who slaps Bryan hard in the chest. Big picks him up and hugely scoop-slams him, then tags in Jamie. He begins to work over Daniel, but Bryan makes a small comeback. Joey is tagged in, but is quickly trapped in the Yes Lock. The Authority break it up and continue to dominate.

Kane chokeslams Bryan and covers, but Roman gets the save. He tries some more but is held by Kane when Show knocks him to the mat with the Knockout Punch! Rollins gives Bryan the running-corner-powerbomb but only gets two! He yells at Bryan more, then orders Show and Kane to tear apart the announce table.

Joey and Jamie bring Daniel over, but the blare of “Feed Me More” disturbs The Authority. Ryback, Dolph Ziggler, and Erik Rowan march out to brawl with The Authority. Kane and Rollins double-team Rowan by the stage, but Ziggler cuts them off by leaping onto them from it!

In the ring, Bryan does make a comeback against Mercury and Noble. He kicks away on both, then measures Joey for the Shining Wizard knee! As he is about to go for it, Roman hops the apron and tags himself in! he cuts off Bryan and spears Joey, then covers for the victory!

Winners via Pinfall: Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan

Post-match, Bryan takes issue with Reigns, as he was pretty much inactive most of the bout. He gets in his face and shoves him, but Roman responds with a spear. He glares at a downed Bryan, as his music plays and Triple H and Stephanie look on backstage to close the show.

End Of Raw.

Reporter’s Rumblings – By Moe Tapp

This was another pretty good Raw, especially match-amount wise. Storyline-wise was kind of flat in a couple instances, but in most others, intriguing. Onto the particulars:

Excellence: promos/most-of the interactions between Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan; they both come off as genuinely fighting for what they believe (pardon the pun, considering it’s one of their catchphrases!) and making it be no-nonsense.

Promos by Bray Wyatt, Paul Heyman, and Triple H. All were well-spoken, and I really liked the setup for Sting/Triple H. Reminds me of the way they did things in W.C.W. with Sting when he first turned into The Crow.

Great wrestling between Show/Kane & Bryan/Reigns, Paige/Brie, Cesaro/Kidd/Usos, and of course, Bray/Dolph (match of the night!)

I also enjoyed Rusev/Lana/Cena segment; Rusev has really improved lately on the microphone, and glad that Cena wasn’t in a joking mood tonight. Even though I didn’t’ write out his promo, because it was the usual “never give up” style, at least it wasn’t corny, so I appreciated that and it helped make it better.

Bogus: Getting really tired of the constant Authority beat-downs & 3/4/5 on 1 or 2 matches. These have been way overplayed and way too predictable. I also was disappointed by the ending; I was honestly expecting the return of Randy Orton or Sting to show up and help. Plus, I think they should’ve waited for Bryan and Reigns to fully implode until next week; tease us and close the show with the stare-down.

I’m not interested the Ambrose/Barrett storyline, mainly because I don’t see Bad News as a credible champion right now. He won the title out of nowhere, then lost a few weeks, and now hasn’t wrestled again in a while. This would’ve been a better matchup if Barrett was undefeated and wrestling almost every week since getting the I.C. Championship.

In general, I enjoyed this week and am hoping next week’s is even better, since it is the “go-home” Raw before Fast Lane. Until then, as always, Be Excellent Wrestling-Online Readers and Wrestling Fans!

Daniel Bryan sweeps online WWE.COM poll for WM main event

WWE held an interesting poll on their official website asking fans who is deserving more of a WrestleMania main event spot, Daniel Bryan or Roman Reigns.

Unsurprisingly enough, Daniel Bryan swept the poll by a large margin, winning 87% of the overall votes, with fans still pissed off over the way Bryan was treated during the Royal Rumble match. Bryan now wrestles Reigns at Fast Lane with the winner advancing to WrestleMania to face Brock Lesnar in the main event.

Bryan was inserted in the main event of WrestleMania last year thanks to the fans and while the chances of it happening again for the second year in a row are somewhat slim, anything can happen if the fans keep rejecting Reigns.

DDP to undergo throat surgery later this week

In his latest Facebook post, Diamond Dallas Page said that he will have to undergo throat surgery later this week to remove mucus which was preventing him to breathe after he was suffering from swelling of his vocal chords.

DDP was admitted to an Atlanta hospital last week after an appointment at an ENT specialist. He has been at the ICU since then but now he will be released on the condition that he does not speak at all till he undergoes surgery.

“I go back in to see the Dr. Carothers on Wednesday and most likely will have the operation on Thursday or Friday and get these nodules removed and whatever else has to be done once he gets in there,“ DDP wrote.

The Rock shows once again why he’s the People’s Champion!

There’s a reason why The Rock calls himself The People’s Champion, because quite frankly, he really is.

In a video posted on his Instagram, the multiple-time WWE champion and Hollywood’s most in-demand action hero, stopped his truck as he was driving back from the gym because he noticed a couple of fans screaming at him.

“Alright so there’s kids right now they’re like ‘Yo, I love you, I love you!’ and I was working out….What’s up,” the Rock says as he exited his pickup truck. Three fans rush to give Johnson a hug, not caring that he’s sweating like crazy.

“I’m getting hugs, I’m getting love, thank you so much! I was training yet here they are,” Rock said while filming the whole thing on video.

UFC fighter Tyler Woodley talks about training with CM Punk

Appearing on AXS TV’s Inside MMA, UFC Welterweight fighter Tyron Woodley said that CM Punk is really a “student of the game” when he was asked about training with the former WWE champion.

Woodley said that Punk has been showing up an hour early for every training, three days a week, and then having up to 14 private lessons a week as he transitions from pro wrestler to mixed martial artist.

Calling him “awesome,” Woodley added that when Punk’s first fight is announced he’ll help him as much as he can so he can get ready.

“A lot of people are giving him a lot of crap and after hanging out with him for three weeks I told him, ‘[If] anybody has a problem with CM Punk, you have a problem with me,’” Woodley added.
