Triple H announces plan for a touring NXT

During his NXT conference call with the press earlier today, Triple H said that he wants the NXT brand to start touring by later this year or beginning of 2016, making it the third WWE group on tour.

At the moment, NXT does non-televised live events around in Florida, usually close to Orlando running in small venues to give the NXT talent more exposure. The proposed tour would also be in small venues but would venture out of Florida. The first NXT show outside of the state of Florida sold out immediately in Columbus, Ohio. It will happen during the Arnold Classic weekend. Another show was added in Cleveland the next day due to popular demand.

There’s also an idea to sell an NXT show to someone for a flat fee and then whoever is promoting the event can collect their income from ticket sales.
