A loaded Monday Night Raw tonight with four WWE title matches

Monday Night Raw tonight is being billed as Championship Monday with not one, not two, not three, but four WWE titles on the line during the same broadcast.

The Raw Tag Team titles will finally be defended as The Street Profits collide – this time in a wrestling ring – against The Viking Raiders. The Profits and the Raiders have been feuding for the past several weeks, challenging each other to many games of different sports…except wrestling!

The WWE Women’s Tag Team titles are also on the line as the team of Bayley and Sasha Banks take on The IIconics. Billie Kay and Peyton Royce were the ones who actually took the titles away from Bayley and Banks at WrestleMania last year.

While not often defended during regular matches, the 24/7 title will be up for grabs as R-Truth will wrestle Akira Tozawa and his ninjas in a rare one-on-one in-ring match.

Charlotte Flair will try and add another title reign to her already-impressive career as she goes against the Raw Women’s champion Asuka. Asuka has never defeated Flair one-on-one and Flair broke Asuka’s undefeated streak at WrestleMania 34.

Plus, Rey Mysterio will be on the broadcast and so will Nature Boy Ric Flair who will “crown” Randy Orton as the greatest wrestler ever!

Old podcast clip of Sammy Guevara saying he wanted to “rape” Sasha Banks resurfaces online

An old clip of Sammy Guevara saying that he wanted to “rape” Sasha Banks when he had a WWE tryout surfaced online after a bit of fun banter between Banks and Jericho.

Banks, who is on fire on Twitter at the moment, said that that she and Bayley are better than Le Sex Gods and Jericho took note of the tweet and replied himself.

“Congrats guys, proud of you! But don’t forget to add that you got SMOKED in the all important p18-49 demo (which is what advertisers care about the most) 367k to 264k! You did good…Just not good enough,” Jericho wrote, adding a winking emoji at the end. The NXT main event with Bayley and Sasha beat the Le Sex Gods main event in terms of total viewers.

Guevara also replied, posting a photo of Triple H with a very young Ricochet saying, “Why’s Trevor tweeting about me from a different account?” Trevor is Ricochet’s real first name.

The tweet didn’t sit down well with many, with fans blasting Guevara for being insensitive.

Now, a clip from a 2016 podcast saw the light of day where Guevara was a guest on the RAW’s 4th Hour podcast.

“Bro…Sasha Banks, oh my God…when I was at the WWE the other week I wanted to go f*cking rape that woman,” Guevara says, adding that he had a tryout with the company.

The clip, which can be heard below, has not been addressed by Guevara or Banks yet.

Joey Ryan goes dark on social media after dozen more women come forward with accusations

Joey Ryan went dark with all his social media accounts after more than a dozen women have come forward accusing him of sexual abuse.

Ryan issued a long statement yesterday, not denying what was said about him and somewhat apologized to those who he hurt. But his apology was slammed as not being sincere, especially when he wrote that he worked hard to make wrestling a safer workplace.

Over the past several hours, two more women came forward with more accusations, one saying that he tried to have sex with her in his hotel after he asked her for a ride back and a former girlfriend of three years who said he physically assaulted her, choking and slapping her.

Meanwhile, SoCalUncensored.com is reporting that the Bootleg Theater, the home of the Bar Wrestling promotion that Ryan started a few years ago, ended their relationship due to the many allegations. Highspots Network also took down the Bar Wrestling video library.

Bar Wrestling has also reportedly ceased operations with a return seemingly impossible after all that is being said about the founder.

Can a big wrestling event work in Las Vegas how a mega-boxing match does?

Boxing has been able to carve out a niche for itself in Las Vegas since quite a long time now, with marquee fights being staged in front of thousands of people in Sin City. These boxing fights have become a part of the culture of Vegas, blending in with the lights, sounds and casinos to be a part of the Vegas experience. However, this begs the question as to whether it is only boxing that can have this place in Vegas’ culture, or can other sports also be staged to a similar level in the desert city?

It is a misconception that boxing is the only big-ticket sport that takes place in Vegas. Wrestling has a lot of fans in the city, and there are several events taking place for wrestling fans in Vegas at any given point. Thus, the ability of the city to be able to host a big wrestling event is not in question, as there is enough demand for the sport and there are also many venues that have the capacity to host the thousands of fans that a wrestling event would draw. It is absolutely tied-in with the allure of Las Vegas, with the gambling and casinos serving as a natural complement to the all-action nature of the sport. Fans can even bet online on these matches while they are there, and use the various sign-up benefits that online sportsbooks offer, like the paddy power sign up bonus, to be able to wager on the outcomes of these wrestling events, even though they are not strictly sports but fall into the sports entertainment category.

When talking about wrestling, we must start with the big one, WWE. Over the years, WWE has hosted many events in Vegas, be it pay-per-view events or their regular television broadcasts. WWE has a long history and affinity with the city, with the glitz and glamour of Vegas tying nicely with the wrestling entertainment brand’s own image, and so it has never shied away from hosting events in Vegas. In fact, the first WrestleMania ever held outdoors was in Vegas, with WrestleMania IX being hosted at the Caesars Palace all the way back in 1993. WWE is reportedly also considering returning with the WrestleMania event to Vegas, as there have been reports that the brand wants to have a future WrestleMania at the spanking new Allegiant Stadium in Vegas. The new stadium, set to open in August 2020 and serve as the home of the NFL Raiders, will have a capacity of 65,000 and will be one of the most modern stadiums in the country, with a translucent roof as well. Other than an NFL match, a WWE event could certainly fill up the stadium, and so it is no surprise that the WWE management is looking to have the stadium host an event within the next five years.

Thus, there is no reason why Vegas cannot host a big-ticket wrestling event akin to its boxing nights. There are enough wrestling stars who would draw thousands of people to watch them, and the bonus of being in Vegas would mean that the tourist crowd would always be drawn towards such events.

The Undertaker: “This time the cowboy really rides away”

During the final chapter of Undertaker: The Last Ride, The Undertaker has hinted that he had his last match at WrestleMania 36 against AJ Styles.

Taker said that at his age and point in his career, there’s nothing else for him to conquer or accomplish and was looking for that final match with a satisfactory ending. He said that the AJ match was nothing that he imagined as it was supposed to be in a ring in front of 80,000 people but ended up being in a yard instead. He said the final product was “damn good” and “damn good” was what he was looking for.

“At this point in my life, and in my career…I have no desire to get back in the ring. This time the cowboy really rides away,” an emotional Undertaker said.

Things also got really emotional when discussing the death of his brother Tim, just a day or so before he was about to film the boneyard match against AJ Styles and the death of Kobe Bryant, with Taker saying that those two deaths made him realize that he needs to give his family as much as he gave the business now because you never know when your number is up.

But what if Vince McMahon comes calling again?

The Undertaker said that “time will tell” if Vince is in a pinch and needs his services. “In case of emergency, break glass,” he said, and that’s something he has to consider if the situation arises.

The relationship between Vince and Taker is strong and the two did not hide their feelings for each other during the docu-series.

NXT UK’s Xia Brookside says she’s been bullied by female wrestlers

NXT UK star Xia Brookside joined the #SpeakingOut movement however she said her story is different because while she was not sexually abused, she was bullied a lot…and by women.

“I have been bullied since day 1 in this industry and it’s something I felt I just had to deal with but the truth is no one should,” Brookside wrote. “I will not take away from the other stories but I can honestly say I have felt more abused by more woman than men.”

Her revelation received a lot of negative responses, especially from other women who didn’t appreciate that she’s putting down fellow females and steering away from the original topic. “So because my story isn’t about outing males that makes my story irrelevant,” responded Brookside. “I have been bullied & I do get bullied. This is about #speakingout and making a change. I am being brave as I have kept this to myself for years. You do not get to dictate whether my story is relevant,” she continued.

Brookside, who is 21 years old, then said that with all the negative feedback, everyone should understand why she always stayed quiet about the subject. “I am now getting a lot of nasty comments from other female wrestlers. No one has the right to tell anyone that their story is not as bad as someone else’s. ALL abuse MUST STOP,” she concluded.

Xia is the daughter of WWE Performance Center coach Robbie Brookside.

The last chapter of Undertaker: The Last Ride now available on the WWE Network

Chapter five of Undertaker: The Last Ride was made available on the WWE Network today, the final chapter in an incredible docu-series that gave a fantastic look at the man behind arguably the greatest gimmick in professional wrestling history.

The fifth chapter is titled Revelation and looks at The Undertaker’s build towards what seems to be his final match against AJ Styles at WrestleMania 36. Taker reveals that “time will tell” if Vince McMahon comes calling again but at this stage in his career, he has nothing else to prove and no desire to step back in the ring.

Chapter one, titled The Greatest Fear, is available to watch on the free version of the WWE Network although the other chapters require a paid subscription. Chapter two is titled The Redemption, chapter three has the name of End of an Era, and chapter four is titled The Battle Within.

The series received rave reviews from fans and critics, many expressing surprise at the unprecedented access The Undertaker gave filmmakers to capture the show.

Madusa and Missy Hyatt tweet about abuse and use of H-bombs back in their days

The inappropriate behavior and sometimes sick behind-the-scenes culture in the world of professional wrestling did not start over the past couple of years but has been going on for decades.

Two legendary women in this business, Missy Hyatt and Madusa, weighed in on the recent #SpeakingOut movement, sharing a couple of horrible stories from their glory days.

“How about h-bombing women for laughs?” wrote Hyatt. “I remember being h-bombed and almost passing out at the wheel of the car.” H-bomb is Halcion, a central nervous system depressant tranquilizer that is often used to treat insomnia and a drug that was often abused back in the day.

“I remember 1 indy valet that got h-bombed and almost got raped by a so called born again wrestler when the intention of the rib was originally to just shave her eyebrows,” Hyatt continued.

Madusa, the former WWE Superstar known as Alundra Blayze, also shared a similar H-bomb story herself. “I remember coming out of my hotel room and seeing a naked girl with her eyebrows shaved only with cowboy boots on passed the f*ck out,” she replied to Hyatt’s tweet.

“I reported it to the front desk and asked to call the cops. Let’s just say SOME male WRESTLERS thought it was cute to H-bomb or sh*t in food.”

Dave Crist of Impact’s OVE accused of domestic violence and sexual assault

Impact Wrestling’s Dave Crist of the Ohio Versus Everything stable, was accused by his former girlfriend and artist Hannah Horror of domestic violence and sexual abuse, becoming the latest victim to speak out against Crist. “In the last few hours I’ve watched countless other brave people come forward about abuse within the wrestling industry,” she wrote.

Crist was already accused by a trainee and Impact Wrestling issued a statement stating they were looking into all the incidents involving their stars, which also included Michael Elgin and Joey Ryan.

“Dave Crist was abusive and controlling from the beginning. Holding a knife to my paintings and commanding me to choose which one for him to destroy as punishment for discovering him cheating,” Hannah wrote in a post on Instagram. “He would constantly ‘set traps’ to see if he could get me to look through his phone. Purposefully baiting me into confronting, leaving incriminating messages for me to find.”

Hannah said that he abused her sexually, even having sex with her when she was unconscious. “He picked me up while sleeping off too many drinks in my car, took me to his house and repeatedly had sex with me. I do not know for how long or how many times.”

But sexual assault is not the only thing that Crist is accused of. Hannah wrote that Crist physically assaulted her, spit in her face, pushed her down the stairs, pressed his thumbs into her eyes, shook her head, and even threatened to slit her dog’s throat in addition to punching walls, breaking furniture, several name calling.

Hannah also wrote that when she accompanied him to wrestling shows, Crist made her feel like she was disrespecting the business because she went with him to the locker room “without being a wrestler” and controlled her social life.

Joey Ryan acknowledges improper behavior but “apology” is slammed by accusers

Impact Wrestling’s Joey Ryan issued a long statement on his social media channels after his name cropped up as one of those who sexually abused female wrestlers throughout the years. Ryan said that this is an important topic that truly deserves the time it is getting even though it is uncomfortable.

“After speaking with my attorney, I have been advised not to respond to any specific allegations at this time. And the truth of the matter is, I do not want to spend time dissecting which parts of stories are true, which parts are different from what I remember and which things being said are outright false. It is important for me to use this platform to take responsibility and not attempt to minimize the feelings of anyone that was hurt by me in order to save face,” Ryan wrote.

Ryan said that today he must take responsibility for the way he behaved in the past, noting that when the “dick flip” went viral, he traveled the world like a rockstar and came into contact with a lot of people, including women. “And, the truth is, I did not always treat people with respect. And I will acknowledge that it was possible that I pursued people that I thought were interested in me and invaded their personal space and made them feel uncomfortable in the process,” he wrote.

The popular star added that he and his wife separated two years ago and he entered counseling in October 2018 and still attend every week to this very day. “I have been on prescription medication. I have worked every day for nearly two years to be a person that respects not only people’s boundaries, but respects people. If you felt that you were a person that I did not treat with respect, I apologize. Aside from this post, I have been reaching out to some of the people involved and we have had positive interactions and started the healing process.”

Ryan said that he worked hard to make “wrestling a safe and welcoming place for everyone” and will make up for his shortcomings by working harder in the future.

His somewhat apology received a mixed reaction and was not welcomed by his accusers. One in particular, a British indie wrestler by the name of Jetta, called him a “piece of sh*t” and said that two weeks after he proposed to his wife, he made sure that the two of them were the only ones in a taxi back to the hotel after a show and kept trying to hold her hand no matter how many times she told him to “get the f*ck off” her.

“I asked you about your partner you didn’t give sh*t, you kept trying to put your hand on mine. We got to the hotel you wanted me to come to your room I said no I waited for you to get your key and didn’t want you to know my room or get in a lift alone with you. I had the confidence to tell you to f*ck off and you still persisted you hide behind this ‘good guy’ persona you are not. From my experience you don’t take no for an answer, you are notorious,” Jetta wrote in a reply to Ryan’s tweet.

Mike Chioda discusses his release from WWE on Talk is Jericho

Former WWE referee Mike Chioda appeared on the Talk Is Jericho podcast this week to discuss his termination from WWE. His release was a “WTF” moment among fans as the long-time ref had pretty much spent his entire career with WWE, rising through the ranks.

“Yeah Chris, it took me by complete surprise,” Chioda told Jericho. “I had surgery in October 1st in Alabama and I had a torn rotator cuff and torn bicep. So I went through surgery in Alabama. I’m healed up great, and I was ready for WrestleMania.”

Chioda revealed that he actually signed a new contract in the middle of March and even got a little bump in the pay. “And then I get a phone call on tax day, April 15. So yeah…it took me by complete surprise,” Chioda said.

The veteran referee still doesn’t know the reason he was picked to be released and said he asked around if the order came from Vince and Stephanie. “He said no. It didn’t. It sounded like they pulled me out of a hat and said…okay…we have a company and Mike Chioda’s salary is at the start of the thing. It was, I think, something completely different.”

Chioda shot down the idea of getting released because he had heat in the locker room, saying that he had not been there for six months and didn’t use Twitter or Facebook since 2015.

Masks to be worn in Orange County, the home of WWE PC, due to COVID-19 spikes in Florida

Florida is once again emerging as a coronavirus hotspot after the state reported 4,049 new cases today, shattering the previous record. Yesterday, Florida saw its second-largest jump in newly reported cases of coronavirus since the pandemic began, with over 3,800 new cases reported.

In Orange County, where the WWE Performance Center is, everyone will be required to wear a face mask beginning today while out in public under a new mandate by Mayor Jerry Demings. Masks are not mandatory when people are able to maintain six feet distance from each other. Orange County has the largest infections with 4,274 cases and 48 deaths in Orlando.

WWE has been allowing a select number of fans inside the PC to attend television tapings with none of them wearing any masks. After rumors started making the rounds that WWE prevented the fans from wearing one, a local news station interviewed the fans who denied the story, saying that they were not pressured not to wear one and felt safe enough inside not to wear it.

WWE tested all its talent earlier this week, the first proper swab test that the company held since the pandemic started. How the new COVID-19 spikes will effect WWE’s operation remains to be seen.

NXT UK star Travis Banks apologizes after getting outed for abuse

Another NXT UK wrestler, Travis Banks, apologized on Twitter after indie wrestler Millie McKenzie outed him for inappropriate behavior.

McKenzie wrote that when she was 17 years old and training under Banks, they had a secret, one year relationship in which he wouldn’t speak to her or be near her in public just in case somebody finds out. She claims he cheated on her multiple times in front of her and was horrible to her overall, effecting her mental health and self confidence.

“I hated wrestling and the person I became when I was with him. Regardless if the relationship was good or bad, which it was honestly vile. He was my trainer and abused his position of power. I hope no one else has to go through,” she wrote.

Responding to the allegations on Twitter, Banks said that Millie was a trainee of his at Flight Club: Pro and a close personal friend. “We would be at shows together, attend the same social events, travel together and hang out at the wrestlers house where I was living. It was through this friendship a consensual relationship was formed,” he wrote.

He added that the relationship eventually broke and both “apologized to each other” for any individual actions behind the relationship breaking down. “After seeing these comments, I can only repeat my apology. I am truly sorry for any pain caused by the relationship,” he concluded.

The apology didn’t sit well with McKenzie, telling him that she never had anything to apologize for and he manipulated his position of power over her when she was 17 years old.

“This man destroyed the last years of my childhood and my confidence and love for wrestling has gone. The mental and emotional hurt you put me through is INEXCUSABLE and I am not the only one of your trainees that you’ve done this to. You are a liar, a manipulative person with no conscious and you always believe your in the right. You are NOT RIGHT. I am not scared of you anymore, you hold no power over me,” she wrote.

McKenzie also attached some screenshots of text messages between the two when on one occasion he found out which hotel she was in, found her room, and stood outside her hotel door knocking for hours while she continuously messaged him to leave.

The New Zealand-born Banks, now 33, has been working for WWE since 2018 through the NXT UK brand.

Velveteen Dream back in the news after more come forward with grooming stories and screenshots

Velveteen Dream is back in the news as more private screenshots were published from different individuals clearly showing Dream grooming young boys.

“Is there any recommendations on what I should start off with though (workout wise?)” a private message to Dream reads. “F*cking is the best cardio,” Dream replies after asking the accuser if he has a girl.

Dream then asks if he can see any “progress pics” after the accuser tells him he just started training to lose weight. “My interactions r sacred and private. Meant 4 The 2 Of Us Alone Understood?” Dream says in the Instagram private message.

The accuser then asks Dream if they can FaceTime with his friends, and Dream asks what he wants to chat about. “I would be willing to chat about anything, front sports, gaming, life anything,” the anonymous person replies, before revealing his age of “15 turning 16 in june and my friend is 17.”

Another individual, named Josh Fuller, accused Dream of being a groomer and a a child predator and posted screenshots of conversations. He said he met Dream after Tough Enough at an indie show when he was 16 at the time. He said that the two became friends and Dream would FaceTime after NXT house shows.

“He was always really secretive and paranoid about me telling people I knew him. I always had a really uneasy feeling when I would talk to him as he spoke very manipulatively and aggressively,” Fuller wrote.

Fuller admitted that there weren’t any “direct advances” at the time but everyone was telling him that Dream was simply trying to come at him. He said the last interaction with him was a FaceTime call where he had insisted that he show off his body to him.

After agreeing to remove his shirt, Dream asked to see his lower body too, a request which Fuller declined. “I’ve worn that shame for the past few months and have felt very taken advantage of ever since.”

In April of this year, a Reddit user came out saying that Dream was sending inappropriate photos and messages to him and his friends, one of who was a minor.

Wyatt Family version of Bray Wyatt returns on Smackdown

The Wyatt Family version of Bray Wyatt returned yesterday on Friday Night Smackdown in a main event segment involving The Firefly Funhouse.

Wyatt, who’s been absent from WWE television for a while now, said that he’s been doing a lot of things lately while being away, including learning – and showing off – his new TikTok dance moves, knitting, joining a book club, and resurrecting the dead.

Braun Strowman interrupted the segment and made his way out to the ring and told Wyatt that he had his chance and failed at it so the story between them is now over.

Wyatt told Strowman that when he said he was busy resurrecting the dead, he was not lying about it and all of a sudden, Bray transformed himself into the old Wyatt Family leader. He told Strowman that he made him and knows where he is and all Strowman has to do now is…follow the buzzards!

At that point, Wyatt looked at Strowman, told him to run, and blew out the lantern light.

NXT UK Women’s champ Kay Lee Ray rips fellow NXT star Ligero for his accusations reply

The current NXT UK Women’s champion Kay Lee Ray went off on fellow NXT UK star Ligero, slamming his response to the accusations leveled against him.

The champ did not mince her words and did not care that she probably would have to be on the same show with him when tapings resume…assuming he’s still employed by the company.

“Perfect response. Exact right words. The same way you always knew exactly what to say in relationships so that 1-you don’t come off as the bad guy, 2-you get what you want & 3-people feel sorry for you,” Ray wrote.

“I find it disgusting and manipulative that your seeking any sympathy,” she continued.

Ligero denied one of the accusations but then apologized to others for the unwanted messages, saying he has no excuse and he’s embarrassed by what he did.

Another NXT UK star, Amir Jordan, also hammered on Ligero’s attempt at an apology. “The same way you acted the good guy when you made me walk around Brean Sands for 4 hours when I was fasting to ‘teach me a lesson.’ Simon, you are a bully. Don’t listen to this manipulative liar, he will go to the ends of the earth to protect himself.”

Jack Gallagher fired from WWE

Gentleman Jack Gallagher became the first WWE casualty of the #SpeakingOut movement after WWE released the now-former 205 Live star.

“WWE has come to terms on the release of Jack Gallagher,” a short statement on WWE.COM read.

Gallagher did not deny the accusations brought against him by a female named Becky and reached out to a friend in common to apologize to her privately. However, the victim did not accept it and told him to apologize publicly to everyone he hurt. Gallagher was accused of getting her drunk and then tried to sexually abuse her in the bathroom during a 2014 New Year’s Eve party.

Another accuser also came forward following the story with a similar one.

As of this writing, Gallagher has not addressed any of the incidents or his release publicly. He had been working for WWE since 2016 mainly on 205 Live and occasionally on NXT.

Impact Wrestling issues statement after three of its wrestlers are accused of improper behavior

The sexual abuse and improper behavior accusations also hit Impact Wrestling and three of its wrestlers.

Joey Ryan, Michael Elgin, and Dave Crist are all being accused by different women and Anthem Sports & Entertainment were forced to issue a statement regarding these accusations.

Ryan is being accused of sexual abuse after a wrestler by the name of Corinne Mink tweeted that after she went to pick up Ryan at an airport, he groped her breasts and thighs in an attempt to get her to his hotel room. Mink addressed the situation to the promoter and they apologized to her and promised that they wouldn’t book Ryan again, although they did 18 months later.

Another wrestler by the name of Kaitlin Diemond said that Elgin, using a fake name, sent her several messages in 2016 including a dick pic. “Who wants to see Mike Elgins dick pic? I still have the convo, unwanted photo, and emails he tried to send me under a fake name in 2016. @JordynneGrace tried to help me bring this to light when his first scandal came out but the wrestling media didn’t care,” she wrote. Diemond said that they messages stopped after she confronted him about it and said she had a conversation with him now and he didn’t acknowledge that he sent her emails under a fake name and “didn’t remember” sending the dick pick.

Crist is being accused by a wrestler named Ziggy Haim who said that he sent her photos of sexual nature that she didn’t request and said that he had feelings for her a day after they started texting. “I was 100% groomed and sent unwanted photos by Dave Crist but anytime I spoke about it I felt like I didn’t have a voice because I was a 20 year old trainee or was laughed at because ‘he shows everyone his dick,’ she wrote.

In a statement, Anthem said, “It is a core value of the Anthem organization that we conduct our business with respect and integrity, providing a safe and secure work environment for our employees and performers. We are following carefully the various allegations being made through social media, and are reviewing all incidents involving Impact Wrestling talent and personnel to determine an appropriate course of action.”

Riddle and Devlin refute allegations against them while Ligero apologizes

WWE’s Matt Riddle and Jordan Devlin refuted the allegations brought against them by different women yesterday during a day that rocked the world of professional wrestling from all corners of the globe while Ligero said that things didn’t go the way one of his accuser said and apologized to others.

Riddle, hours before he made his Smackdown debut on FOX, tweeted a statement from his attorney which read, “The allegations by this independent female performer are completely false and another attempt to harass and humiliate Mr. and Mrs. Riddle and to try to tarnish their reputation in the community. We have been aware for the last two years of this performer stalking the Riddle family. In 2019, our firm had drafted a pleading against this performer to seek an injunction for cyberstalking in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida.”

Jordan Devlin, the Cruiserweight champion who was also one of the first to be accused of domestic violence, also refuted what was said. A female showed photos of several bruises and said that Devlin did it to her.

“I didn’t even want to address the hurtful allegation made against me, but for the sake of my followers and friends on this platform that may for whatever reason be unsure, I’m going to address this once,” Devlin wrote. “The recent allegation made against me is completely and utterly false and I deny it entirely. This is a case of a malicious personal agenda being executed against me on the back of a very brave telling of true experiences by other women. I completely denounce it. This is all I will say on the matter, and I am now working with a legal team to help decide how to proceed from here.”

Fellow NXT UK star Ligero was accused of inappropriate behavior with one of his former students. He too, while admitting he did other things that he regretted, said that her accusations are not true.

“The current story that has been released by Violet O’Hara/Claire-Michelle Oldfield is neither accurate nor true. This is a completely false allegation and whilst I’ve done other things in my life that I deeply regret, this isn’t an accurate or truthful portrayal of events. This is something I strongly deny and is something I’ve been in the process of speaking to a legal team about,” he said.

Ligero then apologized for the unwanted messages he sent to other females who have spoken about how he made them feel. “I have no excuse. It’s inappropriate, it’s an embarrassment and it’s an absolute shameful way to act from someone in a position of trust. I sincerely apologise for my actions and any hurt I’ve caused. I have no justification of my actions in the slightest. In these situations, I have failed people as a friend, as a fiancée and as a decent human being.”
