Smackdown last Friday drew its lowest number in a long time, with just 1,290,000 viewers tuning in as it went head-to-head with game six of the NBA Playoffs which drew 5.7 million viewers on ESPN. Smackdown had a 0.36 rating in 18-49, down 0.01 from last week and the lowest of the year so far. It placed #4 on the top 50 cable chart for the night and was also #4 in all of television behind NBA programming. (Ratings credit: Programming Insider)
All Out 2025 to be held in Toronto, Canada
AEW will be holding All Out 2025 at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada this year, moving away from the Chicago area.
The pay-per-view will be held on Sunday, September 21 with tickets going on sale on Monday, June 2. A pre-sale will kick off on Wednesday, May 28 at Ticketmaster.ca.
The 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2024 editions of the show took place at the Now Arena in Hoffman Estates while the 2023 edition was at the United Center in Chicago. It’s only in 2020 when the show was held at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville that All Out took place outside the Chicago area.
This year AEW also moved Double or Nothing away from Las Vegas for the first time since its inception, holding the show in Phoenix next week.
Zoey Stark suffers knee injury during triple threat match
Zoey Stark had to abandon her spot in the triple threat Money In The Bank qualifying match last night on Raw after she suffered a very serious knee injury.
The injury came after Stark tried a missile dropkick from the top rope on Kairi Sane but she landed on her knee. The spot was mistimed, with Stark jumping a bit earlier and Sane turning late, almost causing the bottom part of her leg to snap in half.
Both Ripley and Sane immediately realized something was wrong, as did the referee. The match was paused briefly as a WWE doctor slid in the ring to check on Stark. She was rolled out of the ring but unable to move, the doctor simply lifted her and walked to the back to applause from the crowd.
The match continued as a one-on-one, with Ripley eventually advancing after pinning the returning Kairi Sane.
It’s a rather unfortunate situation for Stark, who was wrestling her first match on Raw since January 20. She has mainly wrestled on Speed and Main Event over the last several months and her last match was against Maxxine Dupri on Main Event on May 5.
Several of her peers took to X to wish her a speedy recovery as the injury looks like it will keep her out of action for months to come.

One of those spots where timing wasn’t there. Zoey then seemed to stop herself mid air in order to not hurt Kairi, while doing so hurt herself. Tough.

Roxanne Perez and Rhea Ripley advance to the 2025 MITB ladder match
Roxanne Perez and Rhea Ripley have qualified for the Money In The Bank ladder match after they each won a triple threat match on Raw last night.
Perez defeated Natalya and Becky Lynch in the first match thanks to some interference from Lyra Valkyria, who came to attack Lynch before she could seal the win, allowing Perez to pin Natalya.
Then, Rhea Ripley defeated Zoey Stark and Kairi Sane in the second triple threat match, a match which eventually turned into a one-on-one after Stark suffered a knee injury halfway through the match and had to be taken out.
The two now join Alexa Bliss in the match, who qualified last week on Smackdown. Three more spots are available.
Two MITB qualifying matches and more announced for tonight’s Raw
Tonight’s Raw will be coming to you live from the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina as the road to Money In The Bank continues.
Two MITB qualifying matches for the women’s ladder match were announced by Raw General Manager Adam Pearce and will feature Kairi Sane vs Rhea Ripley vs Zoey Stark and Becky Lynch vs Natalya vs Roxanne Perez. The winners of those two matches advance to the MITB ladder match.
Plus, Sheamus takes on Grayson Waller, AJ Styles teams with Penta to wrestle Finn Balor and JD McDonagh, and WWE World Heavyweight champion Jey Uso goes one-on-one against Bron Breakker.
Raw airs live at 8PM ET on Netflix.
Kairi Sane returning to the ring tonight after six months out
Kairi Sane will return to the ring live tonight on Raw on Netflix.
The Pirate Princess has been out of action for the past six months and last wrestled on the December 2, 2024 episode of Raw.
Sane was sidelined with a torn ligament in her thumb and required surgery.
The former NXT Women’s champion will battle Rhea Ripley and Zoey Stark in a Money In The Bank qualifying triple threat match.

Skye Blue rocks the runway in a bikini at ATL Swim Week
AEW star Skye Blue rocked the runway at the ATL Swim Week Runway Show “Tulum After Dark” at Westside Cultural Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia, this past weekend.
The 25-year-old Chicago native wore a Madeleine Gray Designs light blue bikini and looked like a million bucks!
She returned to the ring on last week’s episode of Dynamite, wrestling in an AEW Women’s title eliminator four-way match after nine months out injured.

And the winners of WWE LFG season one are…
The first two winners of WWE LFG: Legends & Future Greats were revealed last night on the final episode of season one on A&E.
Tyra Mae Steele from Team Undertaker and Jasper Troy from Team Booker T were declared the winners and “offered” NXT contracts. In reality, all participants on the show had some kind of a deal already but it looks like the end prize will be starting on NXT proper.
The other two finalists were Zena Sterling from Team Bubba Ray Dudley and Shiloh Hill from Team Undertaker. The Undertaker as a coach was crowned the first-ever WWE LFG champion with two of his students in the finals.
The finale matches were taped in March at The Theater at Madison Square Garden prior to the NXT on CW episode.
LFG will return for a new season later this year with the only change being Michelle McCool replacing Mickie James as a coach.

Darby Allin makes first comments since reaching Mount Everest
In his first comments since reaching Mount Everest yesterday, Darby Allin thanked AEW for “everything in life,” as he began his descent.
Allin and the rest of his team, consisting of three Nepalese Sherpas and another Nepalese climber, reached the summit yesterday morning.
“Mount Everest summit. What a ride thanks @aew for everything in life,” Allin wrote in a post on Instagram, holding the AEW flag. “Thanks to the amazing team at adventure consultants and the Sherpa squad this shit was wild!”
Allin hasn’t wrestled since December 2024 as he prepared for the climb which was originally set for last year, but had to be called off due to the injuries he suffered during Sting’s retirement match at Revolution.
Darby Allin reaches the top of Mount Everest
Darby Allin has reached the top of Mount Everest according to the website tracking his team’s movements.
“Good weather was in our favor, but many teams took advantage of the short window as well, which slowed our progress more than expected,” the blog entry reads. “The team will savor their moment on top and then start the return back to Camp 4.”
They reached the summit at 8:50AM local time. Five people were in Allin’s team, including three Nepalese Sherpas and another climber from Nepal.
The team headed back to Camp 4 and will spend the night there before descending to Camp 2 and then Base Camp.
The climb to Mount Everest started on April 30.
WWE LFG season one finale airing tonight on A&E
The season one finale of WWE LFG takes place tonight on A&E starting at 8PM ET.
The preview of the show reads, “It’s the LFG Finals from New York City! Which coach will be awarded the LFG Championship belt? And which Future Greats will become the newest members of NXT?”
Two men and two women remain standing, Jasper Troy from Team Booker T, Zena Sterling from Team Bubba Ray Dudley, and Tyra Mae Steele and Shiloh Hill from Team Undertaker.
Last week, Dani Sekelsky, Brayden Ray, Penina Tuilaepa, and Chris Island were eliminated from the show.
The finale was taped when NXT held their weekly CW show at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in March.
Despite mediocre ratings, WWE LFG is returning for a second season on A&E.
Watch: AEW tribute to Steve “Mongo” McMichael on Collision
AEW has uploaded the tribute they held for Steve “Mongo” McMichael which was taped this past Wednesday but aired last night on Collision.
McMichael’s widow Misty was in attendance for the tribute, hosted by Tony Schiavone, as they were also joined by former fellow Four Horsemen members Dean Malenko and “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair.
“Thank you @AEW & @TonyKhan for giving me the opportunity to honor Mongo during #AEWCollision,” wrote Flair on X after the segment aired. “Mongo, you will be in our hearts forever!”
Mongo, with an illustrious football career especially with the Chicago Bears, was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame last year.
Liv Morgan wraps up filming in Tokyo
Liv Morgan is on her way back to WWE television after she wrapped up her filming commitments in Tokyo.
Morgan flew to the Land of the Rising Sun earlier this month after she was cast in the upcoming movie Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo. She stars alongside Shun Oguri and Lily James in this movie, directed by Takashi Miike, the man behind the 13 Assassins film.
The plot revolves around the Bad Lieutenant (Oguri), who is a corrupt gambler in the Metropolitan Police Force, who finds himself thrown into a tangled case after an enigmatic FBI agent (James) arrives in Tokyo to investigate the disappearance of a politician’s daughter (Morgan).
Assuming she returns on television next week, that would mean she only missed three weeks, hence the reason why they did not strip off the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles from Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.
Three new matches added to Double or Nothing 2025
Three new matches were made official for Double or Nothing last night during Collision.
AEW commentator Nigel McGuinness will lace up his boots one more time as he teams up with Daniel Garcia to take on former AEW Tag Team champions FTR.
Ricochet has accepted Mark Briscoe’s challenge for a stretcher match and that match is now also official for the show. Briscoe challenged Ricochet to the match after Dynamite this week.
And the AEW Tag Team titles will be on the line as The Hurt Syndicate will defend their titles against the ROH Tag Team champions, Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara.
Collision goes off air 30 minutes early due to technical issues
Technical issues forced Collision off the air 30 minutes early on both the East and West Coast feeds, with, ironically enough, Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam movie kicking off at 9:30PM instead of its later original time slot after the conclusion of Collision.
The Max feed also cut off at the same time, preventing fans from watching the last 30 minutes of the show on the streaming service.
“Due to technical difficulties, AEW Collision is not airing tonight,” a crawler on TNT said while Black Adam was airing in Collision’s time slot. “Please check allelitewrestling.com for wrestling updates.”
AEW President Tony Khan blamed it on ongoing transmission issues and they were expecting that the West Coast feed would have the full show. Unfortunately, by the time 9:30PM PT came, Collision was also booted off the air just like the East Coast feed.
Collision was not live as it was taped on Wednesday night after Dynamite.
“We will get the full show up on @StreamOnMax asap, and I’m very sorry for this hassle,” Khan wrote.

Gail Kim pulls out of NWA Crockett Cup referee job tonight due to illness
Gail Kim, who was supposed to referee the NWA Women’s title match tonight between champion Kenzie Paige and WWE Superstar Natalya, has pulled out of the show due to severe flu and COVID symptoms.
Writing a message on her social media, Kim said that she was hoping to make a full recovery by today and that’s why she did not announce it sooner, but she is still experiencing a high fever and had to cancel this morning.
“I am so disappointed as I was looking forward to being the referee for the women’s championship title today. Wishing the best of luck to everyone in Philadelphia today and especially the ladies who I know will be bringing down 2300 Arena tonight,” Kim wrote, adding that she promises to make it up to the NWA at a later date.
Paige vs Natalya is part of a nine-match card at the NWA Crockett Cup event tonight.
