WWE LFG season two to premiere on Sunday, June 22 on A&E

A&E issued a press release today announcing that WWE LFG season two will return on Sunday, June 22 at 10PM ET.

The release says that 16 contenders – both new and returning – will battle for a chance at an NXT contract.

It confirmed the coaches, with The Undertaker, Booker T, and Bubba Ray Dudley returning to the show. Michelle McCool will join, replacing Mickie James.

The new season will have hour-long episodes, down from the 90 minutes which each episode of season one had.

WWE LFG is produced for A&E by WWE. Executive producers for WWE are Paul “Triple H” Levesque, Lee Fitting, Ben Houser, Shawn Michaels, and Jeremy Borash, with Rob Sharenow, Elaine Frontain Bryant and Brad Abramson serving as executive producers for A&E.
