Gail Kim sets record straight on AEW job claim

Former WWE and TNA star Gail Kim reacted to an online report which painted her as begging for a job with AEW but no one reached out to her.

The post on X, by someone who a few months ago claimed that AEW is getting 500,000 viewers on Max without providing any evidence, said that “in the least breaking news,” Kim got in touch with several people about an opportunity at AEW “longer than a couple of weeks ago” but “no one reached out to her.”

The campaign against Kim came after Kim criticized AEW star Riho and her presentation on television, bashing AEW for having her dressed like a little girl with mini skirts and having cameras shoot from underneath.

“I was saving it for interviews but oh well it’s now,” Kim wrote on X in response, saying that since people like to lie, she was going to set the record straight.

“I got one text from AEW when I was terminated from TNA. It was from Sonjay [Dutt] and inquiring more about whether I wanted to wrestle. I’m retired. End of story.”

Kim was released from TNA in March along with three other executives after a long career. She has since been backstage sometimes at NXT in an unofficial role.

How to get free sign up bonus in social casinos – no purchase needed

How to Get Free Sign Up Bonus in Social Casinos – No Purchase Needed

Many players have long noticed that social casinos allow you to enjoy the atmosphere of the game without the risk of losing money. At the same time, you can receive welcome gifts immediately after registration. One of the most popular requests from beginners is how exactly to get a social casino free sign up bonus so as not to waste your money and start playing right away. Below we will analyze in detail what these bonuses are, how to activate them and what pitfalls should be taken into account.

What is a registration bonus in a social casino

Social casinos do not work for real money, but for virtual currency. Players can buy additional coins, but the registration itself is almost always accompanied by a free bonus. It can be different:

  • coins or credits for bets;
  • free spins on slots;
  • daily gifts during the first days after registration.

Such rewards give you the opportunity to test the platform, feel the interface, try different games and understand whether it is worth investing further. In this case, no one requires real money – everything happens in the entertainment format.

How to get a free bonus

Registration in a social casino usually takes a couple of minutes. The main thing is to correctly complete all the steps so that the gift is definitely credited.

  1. Choose a platform. It is better to pay attention to well-known projects with good reviews.
  2. Register. As a rule, an e-mail or an account on social networks is enough.
  3. Confirm the data. An email with a link will be sent to your email.
  4. Log in to your personal account and check your balance. Bonus coins appear automatically.

Some casinos immediately offer to pick up an additional gift through a mobile application. This is not necessary, but always nice. After completing these steps, you can launch games and use free coins at your discretion.

Why such bonuses are given out at all

Social casinos are interested in the player staying on the platform. A free starter package solves several problems at once:

  • helps beginners get comfortable;
  • gives the opportunity to try different slots and table games;
  • creates interest in regular logins to the application.

The player gets a positive experience, and the casino gets a chance to become a regular user. All parties benefit.

Restrictions and conditions

Don’t forget that even free bonuses come with rules. They may differ from operator to operator, but in general there are several points that are most common:

  • coins cannot be exchanged for real money;
  • some bonuses are only available in certain games;
  • if you don’t log in to your account for a long time, the gifts may burn out.

These conditions do not prevent you from playing, but it is important to understand the system in advance. This will help you avoid unnecessary questions and misunderstandings. After the list of rules, it becomes clear: bonuses are needed for entertainment, not for earning money.

How to use a bonus to your advantage

Many players spend coins in five minutes and are disappointed. To get the most out of it, it is better to approach the process strategically. First, try different categories of games.

This will give you an understanding of what is really interesting. Secondly, you can stretch out the pleasure – use bonus coins not immediately, but log in several times a day. This way, the chance of getting daily gifts is higher.

Social casinos often organize promotions and quests, where bonus coins play a key role. With them, it is easier to complete tasks, open new levels and get even more gifts.

Natalya credits Vince McMahon for fighting to get WWE female stars on Saudi shows

In an interview with Ring the Belle to promote her upcoming book, The Last Hart Beating, former champion Natalya praised Vince McMahon and his efforts in getting the women the ability to perform during Saudi Arabia shows.

The first three WWE Saudi shows featured zero women in the ring and it was only on the fourth attempt, at Crown Jewel in 2019, that the women were allowed to perform, with Natalya taking on Lacey Evans.

“The Saudi Arabia match…I said to Vince McMahon when WWE first started doing stuff in Saudi Arabia, I said, ‘Vince, I really want to go. I want to be the first woman to wrestle in Saudi Arabia,’” Natalya said.

“Vince made it happen. He really wanted us to have more visibility there, to be able to do what we love,” she continued.

Natalya added that she will always be grateful to McMahon for giving them that moment and for fighting with other powers that be to feature women in future Saudi Arabia premium live events.

“He had to fight. So, look at us now,” she said.

The internet’s ultimate body slam: shaping wrestling fandom’s next big explosion

From sweat-soaked arenas to glowing screens, professional wrestling has always been built on spectacle—but in 2025, the real ring isn’t the squared circle: it’s the internet. The wrestling community is not just reporting on slams and storylines — they’re rewriting how fans see, engage with, and even help shape what happens in the ring. Let’s dive deep into how the wrestling community is at the forefront of this seismic shift, what it means for fans and why it’s changing fandom forever.

Every wrestling fan knows the rush of seeing a surprise return, a savage promo, or a match that goes viral. But these moments increasingly come bundled with memes, fan theories, instant reaction videos, and social justice “heat” that transforms every slam into a cultural moment. The wrestling community has positioned itself at this intersection of sport, entertainment, and digital culture. It tracks not only who won and who lost, but what people are saying, how the stars are seen off camera, and how moments echo across Reddit threads, Discord servers, TikTok clips, and livestreams.

Growing Market, Growing Stakes

Global data shows the wrestling industry’s value at around USD 7.5-8 billion in 2025, with forecasts estimating it will reach near USD 11 billion by 2030-2032, owing largely to increased media coverage, streaming platforms, and merchandise sales.

That makes the digital space less of a passive observer and more like a bridge: between promotions and fan communities, between what happens backstage and how it’s interpreted online. It’s a feedback loop: what’s reported influences what’s consumed, what’s consumed influences how promotions book matches, and what promotions do becomes content again for fan commentary. This loop is tighter than ever.

Fandom Is No Longer Passive

In decades past, wrestling fans watched television, maybe bought magazines, then debated with friends. Today, every show is live-tweeted. Every promo is clipped, remixed, memed. Fans on forums and platforms pressure promotions, praise or shame creative decisions, and in some cases, even influence match outcomes via public opinion. Wrestling on social platforms reports not only on the content but the response—tracking fan sentiment in real time. This empowers fans—and it forces wrestling brands to pay attention.

Independent wrestlers are also bigger players now. Someone with a cellphone and a slick YouTube edit, or who nails a viral promo on social media, might get noticed first online. Wrestling sites give visibility to such moments—ensuring that someone outside the traditional WWE/A EW/etc. orbit can still break into the conversation. It’s a democratization of the spotlight.

The Streaming & Digital Platform Surge

Streaming has become a battleground for wrestling promotions. Platforms that once were secondary—social media, OTT (over the top) streaming services—are now primary ways fans tune in. WWE has launched “WWE Speed,” a web-series format, designed for shorter, dynamic matches posted on X (formerly Twitter) among other platforms.

Moreover, the wrestling community covers not just the matches, but how they are packaged, teased, sold, clipped, shared—and how that distribution changes what fans expect. Nowadays even entry-level fans know what premium live events cost, what streaming deals are happening, how merch bundles factor in, etc.

Risks & Tensions Behind the Spotlight

This booming digital era isn’t perfect. With real-time feedback comes overblown backlash: one bad promo can trend for all the wrong reasons. Creators may overcorrect for online opinion, losing creative cohesion. Overemphasis on what’s “viral” can undermine long-term storytelling. And the constant need for digital content means wrestlers are not just performers in the ring—they’re personalities 24/7, with privacy, mental health, and authenticity challenges.

Wrestling public digital opinion sometimes straddles a tricky line: covering rumors, spoilers, fan theories—while trying not to be swept up in sensationalism. Credibility becomes vital. If you misreport or misinterpret, backlash is immediate.

Bonus Curiosity: The World Where Sports Entertainment Meets Gaming & Casino Culture

A perhaps unexpected cross-section is how fans of wrestling intersect with gaming and immersive online entertainment. As fans engage with content, many explore related digital ecosystems. For example, there are interactive casino games and other gaming platforms that borrow heavily from the aesthetic and storytelling tropes of wrestling: bold characters, risk vs reward, dramatized conflict. The crossover is more than casual—fans accustomed to spectacle and narrative in wrestling often gravitate toward interactive formats that mimic that energy.

Conclusion

Most wrestling sites aren’t just news sites—they’re a lens. Through it, we see wrestling not merely as physical fights and scripted feuds, but as an evolving cultural force, shaped by connectivity, fandom, and digital dynamics. For fans, this means there’s more power, more voice, more chance to be part of the story. For wrestlers and promotions, it means visibility has expanded but so have the stakes: every move can be amplified, misinterpreted, or magnified in unexpected ways.

As wrestling continues to ride this wave of digital transformation, the biggest slamdowns may not be in the ring—they may be online. And these communities are standing ringside, microphone in hand. If you’re a fan, it’s time to tune your alerts, sharpen your opinions, and maybe even play a part in what comes next.

Women’s Blood & Guts match starts to take shape on Collision

A women’s Blood & Guts match will be taking place this year, although no date or location was announced.

There have been four Blood & Guts matches in AEW so far but all featuring the men. AEW President Tony Khan was open to the idea to have the women have their own version of the match in previous interviews.

Khan recently stated that there will be Blood & Guts before the end of the year but with AEW running smaller venues, they have to figure out a location which can accommodate it.

Ricky Saints wins the NXT title at No Mercy

Ricky Saints became the new NXT champion last night at No Mercy after he beat Oba Femi clean with a tornado DDT.

Saints was on the receiving end of Femi’s powerbomb finish but he kicked out and when Femi went for the second one, Saints turned it into a DDT. He then hit another tornado DDT for good measure, leaving Femi out, covering him for the pinfall victory.

This ends Femi’s impressive 263-day reign as champion. He won the title at the New Year’s Evil show on January 7 in Los Angeles from Trick Williams. Saints became the 26th different champion to hold the NXT title.

The former AEW TNT champion arrived in NXT in February 2025, winning the NXT North American title two months later, but only kept the title for a month before he lost it to Ethan Page.

Confusion over NXT and Dynamite television ratings for this week

There was quite a bit of confusion this week with both NXT and Dynamite ratings, with the initial reported numbers then being downgraded once they were published by Programming Insider.

NXT on Tuesday was reported to have down 707,000 viewers and a 0.17 rating in 18-49. That number was revised a few days later by Programming Insider, which reported 617,000 and a 0.12 in 18-49. Wrestlenomics reported last night that The CW confirmed the first number of 707,000 viewers being the correct number.

Dynamite had a similar issue, with the original numbers on Thursday being 638,000 viewers and a 0.14 rating in 18-49. When Programming Insider published their numbers, it was readjusted to 554,000 viewers and a 0.11 in 18-49, a significant drop just like NXT’s numbers.

At this point, it remains unclear which are the correct numbers as multiple outlets are reporting different numbers.
