Sarah Logan/Valhalla announces retirement after WWE departure

Sarah Rowe, who performed under the names of Sarah Logan and Valhalla in WWE, announced that she has left WWE after her contract expired.

Appearing on the Wise Traditions podcast, Rowe said that she has decided to retire from professional wrestling after her desire to remain home following the birth of her second child grew stronger.

“When at first I was like…’I don’t want to come back to wrestling.’ Maybe I just want to start a homestead and be a farmer and a mother. And once that happened, my body wasn’t used to that peace,” she said. “I was like scared of it. And I didn’t ever…I never felt like I was doing enough. I just left the company permanently. My contract just expired on the 5th, and I’m not renewing it.”

She last wrestled on an episode of Raw in February 2024 under the Valhalla gimmick. She and her husband Erik of the Viking Raiders announced that they were expecting their second child in late April and she gave birth in November.

NXT Stand & Deliver moved away from WrestleMania weekend, taking place on April 4

NXT Stand & Deliver

For the first time in a very long time, there will be no NXT programming during WrestleMania week as Shawn Michaels announced that this year’s Stand & Deliver premium live event will be taking place on Saturday, April 4 at The Factory in Chesterfield, Missouri.

Tickets go on pre-sale on Tuesday, March 3 and then they go on sale to the general public the following day on Wednesday, March 4.

Since 2022, Stand & Deliver has been part of WrestleMania weekend, taking place hours before WrestleMania Saturday.

The original press release announcing WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas had listed NXT as part of the weekend events so it remains unclear if this change came about due to the slow ticket sales surrounding all WrestleMania weekend events.

Raw views for 02/16/2026

Raw

The February 16 episode of Raw had a total of 2,700,000 global views on Netflix, down 200,000 from the prior week, a second decrease since the post-Rumble Raw.

The show placed #9 on the Netflix top 10 global chart based on that number and 4,900,000 global viewing hours on a broadcast edited for 1 hour and 43 minutes.

Raw was in the top 10 in 16 different countries for the week, charting in Bahrain, Bolivia, Canada, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Kuwait, Mexico, Nicaragua, Saudi Arabia, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom, and United States.

Three title changes take place on NXT on The CW last night

NXT had a record three title changes in four matches last night on The CW, a rough night for champions on a random Tuesday!

The first title change came in the first match of the night, with Ricky Smokes and Brad Baylor of the Vanity Project defeating Darkstate to become the new NXT Tag Team champions. The ending had the interference of Tony D’Angelo, who attacked Saquon Shugars and helped Baylor in the ring for the cover. This ended Darkstate’s 122-day run with the titles.

The second title change was in a triple threat match for the WWE Speed title, with champion Jasper Troy vs Eli Knight vs Elio LeFleur. It was newcomer LeFleur who ended up pinning Troy to become the new champion.

And in the main event of the show, Myles Borne became the new NXT North American champion after he defeated Ethan Page. Borne beat Page with his Borne Again finisher, ending Page’s impressive 273-day reign as champ.

Only Jacy Jayne survived with her NXT Women’s title intact, beating Sol Ruca, who was attacked by Zaria before the bell rang, giving Jayne a quick and easy win.

AJ Styles says WrestleMania has “lost it’s luster a little bit”

Appearing on the WWE Raw Recap podcast, AJ Styles was quizzed on why he chose to retire at the Royal Rumble instead of three months later at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas.

Styles did not mince his words and said that WrestleMania “lost its luster a little bit” and retiring at the Rumble was poetic for him since he made his debut on that PLE 10 years prior.

AJ said that last year he was coming back from an injury and thrown into a match for WrestleMania which did not have much build. That match was against Logan Paul.

“WrestleMania, I’m sorry to say, used to be the most prestigious PLE or pay-per-view, whatever you want to call it. But to me, it’s kind of lost its luster a little bit,” Styles explained. “But as far as the Royal Rumble, well that’s special to me. Because that’s where I made my debut. So to be able to end where I started, that’s poetic.”

Styles will still be at WrestleMania weekend this year and will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2026.

Darby Allin on Mount Everest climb, friendship with Sting, crazy stunts, and more

Darby Allin sat down with Chris Van Vliet at West Coast Creative Studio in Hollywood, California to discuss climbing Mount Everest, crashing through a pane of glass during Sting’s last match, getting launched onto the announce table by Claudio Castagnoli, whether he sees himself becoming AEW World Champion, whether he thinks his spots ever go too far, winning the TNT Championship, breaking his foot in the ring, getting hit by a bus in New York, and more!

7,000 people have climbed Mount Everest. That’s it.

“Yeah, I don’t know. It just puts things into perspective, kind of how small your problems are, what you think is so big really doesn’t mean a thing. It’s very humbling when you’re up there, because it’s hard to have an ego when you’re fighting for your life on a daily basis. Because you don’t care about how you look, you don’t care about how you smell. You just want to survive. So it’s pretty cool to be in that type of energy.”

There is a real possibility you could die up there. Did you say your goodbyes before you went up there? Did that hit you?

“Yeah, absolutely. I climbed with my mom and my brother to base camp, and the base camp hike, to a lot of people it’s no joke, it takes like 10-12 days. The elevation is like 17,000 [feet]. But the reality hit me when my mom and my brother were leaving base camp, and now I had to stay behind to actually go for the summit, and I was going to be there for another month after they left, but when I saw them walking away, the reality hit, oh sh*t, this might be the last time you see them. Then it just thought about, this might be the last time you’ve seen anybody. I was like, Oh crazy. So I went in my tent and I cried, and I filmed a little vlog about it and stuff, being like, there’s no way I’m gonna die on this mountain. I’m gonna summit, then I’m going to come back down and see a lot of people. So it was a commitment I made to myself when I was up there.”

What was the reason you wanted to do it?

“What I said earlier, I wanted to tell myself I was capable of anything, because you find yourself on this hamster wheel in wrestling. There’s no off-season. It’s all year long. And sometimes you feel like you’re living your life for somebody else. I wanted to really find out who I was going to be on the other side of Everest, and I didn’t want to live my life for somebody else. I wanted to really prove to myself what I was capable of. Because it goes back to the politicking and everything like that and the egos. I can’t stand it.”

Have they [AEW] ever told you that’s too much? We don’t want to do that.

“The Sting spot, easily, the Sting spot. [So this is off the ladder through the glass?] Yeah. I remember the moment I hit it, my adrenaline was just going through the roof and the referee comes up, ‘How are you feeling?’ I feel good. He’s like, oh sh*t. My insides got sliced into the glass, and then he’s like, ‘We got to bring you to the back.’ I was like, There’s no way you can bring me to the back. So if you see me come back into the match at the very end, I’m wrapped in duct tape. And I was like, just wrap it up, I only have one more spot. So let’s finish strong. I can’t go to the back. I remember Tony saying that could have been really bad.”

You splatted when you hit, it looked like the glass barely breaks your fall. Did it hurt?

“Surprisingly not. But a couple of weeks later, I’m still pulling glass out of myself. I don’t know. It wasn’t like, oh my God, that was miserable. I was like that was chill. If you look back at when I did the front flip off of the ladder onto Jeff, I whisper in his ear when we’re laying down, I’m like, that was fun, just to let him know. Because a lot of these spots, when you do some crazy stuff, you don’t know how the person you’re wrestling is going to be after it. So it’s kind of good to give them the whole like, Dude, this is cool.”

Do you have the goal of being AEW World Champion one day?

“I don’t know. It’s a weird question. It’s something I talked to Sting about. I never really cared about championships. I care more about just good storylines. To me, that’s where I feel like my head is on that thing. Would it be cool to be the face of a company? Yes, absolutely, considering I do feel like I best represent what AEW can give. Because you take a guy like Darby Allin, where would have Darby fit in the grand scheme of pro wrestling if it wasn’t for AEW? But you just see, hey, here’s a guy, be you.”

Familiar faces return for AJ Styles’ retirement speech

A lot of familiar faces were brought in for AJ Styles’ retirement last night on Raw.

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, his former Bullet Club tag team partners and associates in WWE, were shown arriving and welcomed by Michin, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa.

Former TNA champion Frankie Kazarian was shown walking backstage and opened a “boiler room” door to find Abyss, now known by his real name of Chris Park and a WWE producer.

Styles’ former tag team partner Omos was also there, greeting former TNA star and current WWE producer Petey Williams and Jeremy Borash.

Drake Maverick, the former Rockstar Spud, was also in attendance and while not shown during the show, he joined the rest of the crew at the top of the ramp.

Before coming out for his retirement speech, Styles was serenaded by a fantastic tribute video set to the song Higher by the popular band Creed, showcasing the best moments from his TNA and WWE career.

Liv Morgan goes after the WWE Women’s World title at WrestleMania 42

Liv Morgan will be going after the WWE Women’s World title at WrestleMania, a decision she made yesterday on Raw.

Both Stephanie Vaquer and Jade Cargill were brought out to the ring for Morgan’s announcement, and Liv first apologized to Vaquer for judging her. She then turned around to address Cargill but Liv had already made her mind, turning around and clocking the WWE Women’s World champion in the head with the microphone.

A smiling Cargill left the ring as Morgan ground and pounded Vaquer. A “cheeky” Morgan then hit the Oblivion on Vaquer and posed with the title above the Chilean star.

The winner of the Elimination Chamber will now face Cargill for the WWE Women’s title, with both Royal Rumble winners choosing to go after the World titles this time around.

Bronson Reed out for months after distal biceps tear injury

The Vision at this point could be renamed The Hospital after Bronson Reed suffered an unfortunate injury on Raw last night.

Reed was wrestling Jey Uso and Original El Grande Americano in a triple threat match for the final spot in the men’s Elimination Chamber match and according to multiple sources, was scheduled to win the match.

But trying to break a pin with a simple dive, the Australian star immediately looked at his right arm after he landed, the same arm he hit Americano with to break the count. He quickly rolled out of the ring and the “X” hand signal was thrown up to signify a real injury.

Reed was taken out of the match, which was eventually won by Jey Uso.

Later in the show, Michael Cole announced that Reed suffered a distal biceps tear and would be out indefinitely. Recovery for such injury could take up to six months.

Reed joins fellow Vision star Bron Breakker on the sidelines. Breakker underwent hernia surgery a few weeks ago.

In 18-49, Dynamite had a 0.12 rating which is the same as the previous week and was #6 on the top 50 cable chart for the night. (Ratings credit: Programming Insider)

Brock Lesnar issues open challenge for WrestleMania 42

Brock Lesnar will be wrestling at WrestleMania but at this point, his opponent remains unknown.

The Beast Incarnate showed up on Raw last night, accompanied by Paul Heyman. Heyman said that in the past, there used to be two main events at WrestleMania: one match for the WWE title and one match vs The Undertaker.

But after Lesnar conquered the streak, the only dead man walking remaining in WWE is the unlucky one who would face Lesnar at the show of shows.

Heyman then issued an open challenge on behalf of his client for WrestleMania 42, asking anyone to come out and take on The Beast.

Lesnar will have five appearances leading up to WrestleMania, with March 16 in San Antonio, March 23 in Boston, March 30 in New York City, April 6 in Houston, and April 13 in Sacramento, all Raw shows.

Best New Online Casino Australia 2026 — instant payout & highest payouts

You don’t watch a match for the commercials. You’re here for the finish. Same goes for online pokies — you hit a win, you want your money. No five-day pending. No “processing” purgatory. Just cash out and move on.

Wrestling fans get it: instant results, clear outcomes, no waiting. A pinfall. A submission. Done. The best new online casino operators for Aussies in 2026 follow that logic — win, withdraw, next.

That’s what we’re covering. We’ve pulled together the best new online casino operators for Aussies in 2026: sites that process withdrawals within 24–48 hours, support PayID and AUD, and don’t leave you hanging. If you’re after an instant withdrawal casino australia experience, or hunting the highest paying online casino for pokies, this list delivers.

Winshark, SlotLounge, and SkyCrown — three brands that fit the action-first mindset. We’ve included the newest online casino australia options and latest online casinos australia so you’ve got both proven picks and fresh faces. Same energy as catching the main event: you want results, not a cliffhanger.

Why Instant Payouts Matter (Not Your Average Wait)

What counts as an instant withdrawal casino australia? In practice, it means your funds land within 24–48 hours for e-wallets, often same-day. Bank transfer can take 2–5 days — still fast compared to the week-long waits some sites dish out. The key: no stalling, no endless “processing” status.

Aussie players gravitate toward instant withdrawal casino australia options for a simple reason: we’ve got things to do. Win, withdraw, done. The best payout online pokies mean nothing if your cash is stuck in limbo for a week.

The highest paying online casino operators get it. They process within 24–48 hours, support AUD end-to-end, and skip the conversion runaround. A new australian online casino that holds your winnings for days? That’s a DQ. We’re looking for the ones that pay when the bell rings.

What Makes a Casino Worth Your Time

Before we get into brands, here’s the shortlist.

Licence. Curacao or Malta at minimum. No licence, no play.

AUD support. Deposits and withdrawals in Aussie dollars. PayID and bank transfer both count.

Payout speed. Same-day or within 48 hours for e-wallets. Up to 72 hours for bank transfer. Anything beyond that is slow territory.

Pokies library. Best payout online pokies come from providers that publish RTP — Pragmatic, NetEnt, Hacksaw. Aim for 96%+ where you can.

Bonus terms. Read the wagering. A 50x on free spins is one thing; 50x on a 200% match can lock you in for ages.

Support. Live chat that actually responds. When a withdrawal stalls, you want answers — not radio silence.

One more thing: volatility. High-volatility pokies hit less often but pay bigger when they do. Low-volatility gives smaller, more frequent wins. Know which you prefer before you spin. The best payout online pokies aren’t always the most volatile — it’s about fit.

Speed Round: Side-by-Side

Casino Payout Speed AUD Best For
Winshark 24–48 hrs Yes Simplicity, reliability
SlotLounge 24–48 hrs Yes Tournaments, pokies
SkyCrown Same-day / 24 hrs Yes Variety, live games

Licence & Trust — Non-Negotiable

Check the footer. Curacao eGaming or Malta MGA — that’s the baseline. No licence? Walk.

Look at payout history. A quick search for “[brand] withdrawal” or “[brand] payout” surfaces real player experiences. Red flags: constant complaints about delays or frozen accounts. Patterns matter.

Verification is standard. ID and proof of address before first withdrawal. Annoying, but normal. Expect 24–48 hours for first-time checks; after that, payouts speed up.

Best Minimum Deposit Online Casinos

Pitfalls to Avoid

Ignoring wagering. A 200% match with 50x on bonus + deposit can mean thousands in turnover. Do the maths.

Skipping the banking page. E-wallets pay fastest; bank transfer can take 3–5 days. Know what you’re signing up for.

Playing without checking RTP. Best payout online pokies sit in the 96–97% range. If a game doesn’t show it, dig for it or pick another.

Chasing losses. The instant withdrawal casino australia setup is great for cashing wins — not for recovering a bad session. Set limits and stick to them.

Quick Tips for Picking a Winner

  1. Test with a small deposit. $20–50, spin a few rounds, request a withdrawal. See how fast it lands. That tells you more than any review.
  2. Use PayID where possible. Fastest bank option for many Aussie casinos. Some process within hours.
  3. Stick to licensed brands. Winshark, SlotLounge, SkyCrown — all with clear licensing. Don’t chase unlicensed sites for a bigger bonus.
  4. Check providers. NetEnt, Pragmatic, Hacksaw publish RTP. Unknown providers? Quick search before you spin.
  5. Read a review or two. Patterns help. Consistently positive payout feedback? Good sign. Constant complaints? Red flag.
  6. Define what “instant” means for you. For e-wallets, it’s often same-day or within 24 hours. For bank transfer, 2–5 days is typical. Set expectations before you deposit.

The importance of social media for pro-wrestling

Professional wrestling has always been about characters, stories, and connecting with an audience. However, the rise of digital platforms has changed how wrestlers reach fans and build their careers. In-ring ability alone is no longer enough to stand out. Wrestlers at every level now need a strategic approach to marketing and branding if they want to grow their fanbase, attract bookings, and create long-term career opportunities. A strong personal brand helps a wrestler control how the public perceives them. It communicates their persona, values, and unique qualities to both fans and promoters. Without a deliberate branding strategy, even the most talented performers risk being overlooked in a crowded industry.

Developing a Unique Persona

The foundation of any successful wrestler brand starts with a well-defined persona. This goes beyond choosing a ring name or costume. A persona should reflect a clear character with motivations, personality traits, and a story that resonates with audiences. Whether someone plays a hero or a villain, consistency in that character across all public appearances and online platforms is what builds recognition. Wrestlers who draw on personal interests, cultural backgrounds, or creative passions outside of wrestling tend to develop more authentic and memorable brands. A well-rounded identity, one that extends beyond the ring, gives fans more reasons to connect.

Building a Social Media Presence

Social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube have become essential tools for wrestlers looking to grow their audience. Regular posting, ideally three to five times per week, keeps a wrestler visible in fan feeds. Content can include match highlights, training clips, behind-the-scenes moments, and in-character storytelling.

Engagement is equally important. Responding to fan comments, interacting with fellow wrestlers, and participating in trending topics all contribute to growing a loyal online community. Working with a trusted social media marketing agency can also help wrestlers streamline their content strategy and reach a wider audience more efficiently.

Content Creation as a Growth Tool

Wrestlers who invest in content creation skills gain a significant advantage. Learning basic graphic design, video editing, or photography allows performers to produce professional-quality posts without relying on outside help. Eye-catching visuals are key to stopping the scroll on crowded social media timelines.

Fan-generated content can also play a powerful role. Wrestlers who acknowledge and share fan artwork, edits, or tributes strengthen the bond with their community and encourage even more organic promotion.

Protecting and Evolving the Brand

A social media presence comes with risks. Careless posts, negative interactions, or inconsistent messaging can damage a reputation quickly. Wrestlers benefit from keeping personal and professional accounts separate and being mindful of the content they share publicly.

As a career progresses, the brand should evolve too. Audience preferences shift over time, and wrestlers who adapt their storylines, aesthetics, and online strategies are the ones who maintain relevance. Strategic storytelling, both inside and outside the ring, keeps fans invested and asking what comes next.

Conclusion

Building a brand as a professional wrestler requires the same discipline and creativity that goes into in-ring training. Social media offers an unmatched opportunity to connect with fans, attract sponsors, and open doors to new career paths. The wrestlers who treat marketing as an essential part of their craft are the ones best positioned for lasting success.

Final two Elimination Chamber 2026 spots decided on Raw

Elimination Chamber 2026

The last two entrants of the Elimination Chamber punched their ticket to Chicago last night on Raw.

In the women’s match, Raquel Rodriguez earned a spot in the Chamber after she beat Iyo Sky and Kairi Sane. She pinned Sane after the former NXT Women’s champion went for the in-Sane elbow finisher, only for Rodriguez to get her knees up and finish her with the Tejana bomb.

In the men’s match, Jey Uso defeated Bronson Reed and the Original El Grande Americano for the final spot. Uso got a bit lucky as it emerged that Reed was the original winner of the match but the finish had to change on the fly after the Australian star suffered an injury which will keep him out of action for a while.

The six women entering the Chamber are Tiffany Stratton, Rhea Ripley, Alexa Bliss, Asuka, Kiana James, and Rodriguez while the six men are Randy Orton, LA Knight, Cody Rhodes, Je’Von Evans, Trick Williams, and Uso.

The winner of the women’s match gets a WWE Women’s title match at WrestleMania against Jade Cargill while the winner of the men’s match gets a WWE title shot against Drew McIntyre, also at WrestleMania.

AJ Styles to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2026

It was a phenomenal ending for Raw, with AJ Styles surprised with a Hall of Fame announcement following his retirement speech.

Styles, appearing for the first time since losing to Gunther at the Royal Rumble, confirmed that he was done, putting down his jacket and gloves in the middle of the ring, signifying the end of his career. Styles said he did not leave his gloves in the ring at the Rumble because he preferred to do it in his hometown of Atlanta.

The former WWE champion thanked his peers, former dance partners, and his family in a speech which had quite the surprise ending.

After the show’s credits ran, the lights went out and The Undertaker came out on his bike to a massive ovation from the fans.

Taker told Styles that the two have unfinished business.

“AJ, did you ever hear the phrase, ‘If you see me coming, you’re already gone?'” Taker said. “I changed that phrase a little bit, because if you see me coming, that means you’re going…”

The Undertaker then dropped the big news, telling AJ that it was his esteemed honor to announce that he is going into the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame.

The news caught Styles by surprise, who uttered the words “Holy shit” as soon as Taker finished saying it was his esteemed honor.

Styles then shared a huge hug with Taker and his family who were at ringside.

Colby “Chaos” Covington joins Real American Beer

Following the company’s recent announcement of a strategic brand relaunch and aggressive 2026 growth plans, Real American Beer (RAB) today announced that Colby Covington, global MMA Champion and headliner, and Real American Freestyle (RAF) athlete, has joined the brand as a long-term partner and investor.

Covington is one of the most recognizable figures in combat sports known for championship-level performance, relentless pace, and a persona that commands attention. His addition represents the next step in RAB’s momentum-driven expansion and reinforces the brand’s position as “The Official Beer of Wrestling.”

Covington has already become a central figure within the Real American ecosystem through RAF, the fastest-rising professional wrestling league in the world. At RAF05 in Sunrise, Florida, Covington delivered a dominant performance in front of over 6,000 fans, generating over 6 billion media impressions and 350 million media impressions, further validating RAF as a powerful national platform at the intersection of sport, entertainment, and culture.

He was recently named host of “RAF: The Greatest Takedowns,” a new FOX Nation series spotlighting the league’s most explosive moments, elite athletes, and signature matchups, with RAB integrated throughout as the league’s official partner.

“Real American Beer was already my go-to before this partnership, so teaming up made sense. I’m proud to align with a brand that stands for strength, American pride and hard-earned good times,” said Covington. “I’ve seen firsthand what Real American Beer is building through RAF. This brand has a fighter mentality, and that matches how I approach my life and career.”

As part of the partnership, Covington will play an active role across national marketing initiatives, retailer partnerships, live events, original content, and RAF programming as RAB continues to expand its footprint across retail, on-premise, and live moments.

“Colby is hardworking, respectful, and an incredible promoter. He brings unmatched energy,” said Terri Francis, CEO of Real American Beer. “He’s a natural fit as we build Real American Beer as The Official Beer of Wrestling.”

With RAF fueling national visibility, FOX Nation delivering scale, and athletes like Covington leading from the front, RAB continues to build a performance-driven, culture-forward beer platform that stands out in today’s market.

The announcement follows a milestone period for RAB, which recently surpassed 10 million cans sold in just 18 months and unveiled a strategic brand relaunch designed to accelerate national growth. The relaunch introduced a refreshed visual brand identity, new positioning anchored in “200% AMERICAN” and “HITS DIFFERENT,” and a significant investment behind marketing, partnerships, and retail execution across 30 states.

Individual tickets for Smackdown and Raw during WrestleMania 42 week now on pre-sale

WrestleMania 42

Individual tickets for Smackdown before WrestleMania and the Raw after WrestleMania went on pre-sale today on AXS.COM using the code WWETIX.

Tickets for the general public will go on sale tomorrow, February 24, at 10AM PT.

The cheapest ticket for both shows is $86.15 and they are located at the top of the arena in the 200 Level sections.

A total of 20 sections, not counting those behind the stage, remain closed off, quite unprecedented especially for a Raw After Mania, which is usually one of the hottest tickets in town. Sales do not look particularly good at the moment for either show, a stark contrast compared to last year’s show also from the same location.

Both shows will be held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
