It was a phenomenal ending for Raw, with AJ Styles surprised with a Hall of Fame announcement following his retirement speech.
Styles, appearing for the first time since losing to Gunther at the Royal Rumble, confirmed that he was done, putting down his jacket and gloves in the middle of the ring, signifying the end of his career. Styles said he did not leave his gloves in the ring at the Rumble because he preferred to do it in his hometown of Atlanta.
The former WWE champion thanked his peers, former dance partners, and his family in a speech which had quite the surprise ending.
After the show’s credits ran, the lights went out and The Undertaker came out on his bike to a massive ovation from the fans.
Taker told Styles that the two have unfinished business.
“AJ, did you ever hear the phrase, ‘If you see me coming, you’re already gone?'” Taker said. “I changed that phrase a little bit, because if you see me coming, that means you’re going…”
The Undertaker then dropped the big news, telling AJ that it was his esteemed honor to announce that he is going into the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame.
The news caught Styles by surprise, who uttered the words “Holy shit” as soon as Taker finished saying it was his esteemed honor.
Styles then shared a huge hug with Taker and his family who were at ringside.
