Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has been named the highest-paid actor of 2019, earning a whopping $89.4 million between June 2018 and June 2019.

The former WWE champion will be collecting $23.5 million from his upcoming movie Jumanji: The Next Level, which is the most money he made from any movie so far. Not only that, Johnson will be taking up to 15% from box office revenue. His Ballers television show, which ends with season five on HBO, pays him $700,000 per episode.

In second place on the list was Chris Hemsworth, with a total of $76.4 million for the year and Robert Downey Jr. followed by $66 million in third place. Others on the list include Akshay Kumar, Jackie Chan, Bradley Cooper, Adam Sandler, Chris Evans, Paul Rudd, and Will Smith.

Not bad for a guy who started with just seven bucks in his pocket!
