U.S. visa issues made Forbidden Door 2026 more complicated to book

Just like WWE, AEW is having similar problems with securing working visas for some of its international talent.

AEW President Tony Khan voiced his frustrations yesterday in a conference call with reporters ahead of the Forbidden Door pay-per-view.

Khan said that the show has faced several issues due to U.S. visa regulations and said that Gabe Kidd, Mark Davis, and Hechicero are not involved due to their visa application status.

He also confirmed that Beast Mortos and Komander are also unable to compete for AEW because they’re stuck in the same situation, unable to obtain a U.S. visa in time.
