Cody Rhodes announced on Twitter today that former ECW champion Taz will be joining the broadcast booth as a guest to help provide commentary for the AEW Dark tapings next week.

The show will take place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a place that Taz knows too well from his ECW days.

Taz, who now has his own nationally syndicated morning radio show on CBS Sports Radio, has not done commentary for a wrestling show ever since he left Impact Wrestling in 2015. Taz did commentary for Smackdown and WWE’s version of ECW during his time with WWE before moving to Impact Wrestling in 2009 where he did commentary till he departed.
