Toni Storm joins the women Smackdown Survivor Series team

Former NXT UK Women’s champion Toni Storm has been added to the women’s Smackdown Survivor Series team, replacing Aliyah who was yanked from the match last week by Sonya Deville.

The announcement came by Deville herself in a tweet, saying that she wants to ensure that each brand is represented by the best and brightest Superstars. “Therefore, it’s my pleasure to announce that TONI STORM will be the fifth and final member of the #Smackdown Women’s team. Congrats and good luck on Sunday!”

Storm now joins team captain Sasha Banks, Shayna Baszler, Natalya and Shotzi as they take on the Raw team captained by Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, Carmella, Zelina Vega, and Rhea Ripley.

The men’s Smackdown team still has one member to be announced.
