The first-ever all-women WWE pay-per-view Evolution is just over a month away and at the NXT television tapings yesterday the stage was set for the NXT Women’s title match.

Shayna Baszler has invoked her championship rematch clause and will take on NXT Women’s champion Kairi Sane at the pay-per-view. This is the first time that the NXT Women’s title will be defended outside an NXT show. Baszler lost the title to Sane at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn IV last month.

All the women’s titles will be on the line at this show although at this point it remains to be seen if the NXT UK Women’s title will be part of it since that tournament has not aired yet anywhere.
