Roman Reigns will reach 10 WrestleMania main events tonight, extending his lead over Hulk Hogan who had eight main events in total during his career.
Reigns hit that number last year during WrestleMania XL Saturday and then surpassed him the following day with another main event on WrestleMania XL Sunday. He is the only individual to main event two WrestleMania nights in a row.
It’s also his sixth WrestleMania main event in a row, surpassing Hogan who had five spanning from WrestleMania V to IX. Reigns has been in the main event of WrestleMania every year since WrestleMania 37.
Reigns has main evented against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 31, Triple H at WrestleMania 32, Undertaker at WrestleMania 33, Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 34, Daniel Bryan and Edge at WrestleMania 37, Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38, Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 39, Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins at WrestleMania XL Saturday, Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania XL Sunday, and tonight against Seth Rollins and CM Punk at WrestleMania 41 Saturday.
He missed WrestleMania 36 due to the COVID pandemic, otherwise he was also supposed to be in the main event of that one against Bill Goldberg.
