Extreme Rules just got a little bit more extreme after two matches got a stipulation added to them.

The first match, which is new, will take place on the Kick Off show and will see The New Day taking on SAnitY in a tables match. This will be a six-man tag match with all members of both teams participating.

Also, the Smackdown Women’s title match will now have James Ellsworth suspended in a shark cage above the ring. Ellsworth has been a pain for Asuka ever since he returned at Money In The Bank, preventing her from winning the title.

With the addition of the Kick Off match there will be a total of 11 matches on the Extreme Rules card with five of those being gimmick matches.
