Monday Night Raw TV report for 11/07/2022

Arena: Mohegan Sun Arena
City: Wilkes Barre, PA

Solo Sikoa and The Usos are out first. They say they smashed the Brawling Brutes and Roman smashed Logan Paul at Crown Jewel. They face The New Day next who are currently the longest reigning tag team champions on Friday. The New Day come out and Xavier said they will defend their longest reign against the current tag team champions. Jimmy says he is proud of The New Day. Jimmy says the New Day is the second-best team in WWE.

Xavier then says they are still the longest reigning tag team champions, so The Usos are still chasing them. Then goes on to say they are original WWE Superstars and The Usos got their tryouts because of who their family is, and The New Day had to do it on their own.

Jey tells Kofi to forfeit the match and as Kofi is saying there is no way they could ever forfeit this match to them, Matt Riddle comes out and interrupts. Riddle tried to get them all to hit his bongo drum. The New Day both hit his drum, Solo ignored him, Jimmy hit it then started playing a song, but Riddle pulls them away and asks Jey and Jey pushes them out of his way. Riddle then challenges the Usos and Solo to a six-man tag match.

The Usos & Solo Sikoa VS. Matt Riddle & The New Day

Riddle hit the RKO on Jimmy but didn’t see the tag with Solo and after the RKO, Riddle turns and gets caught by Solo hits the spinning Solo and gets the win.

Winners: The Usos & Solo Sikoa

Baron Corbin VS. Cedric Alexander

End of days by Baron for the win.

Winner: Baron Corbin

Seth Rollins comes out for the United States Championship open challenge match. The Judgment Day comes out and Finn Balor tells Seth he has a bone to pick with him as a few years ago he cost Finn some gold and now he is going to cost Seth some Gold. The O. C. comes out and AJ says this thing between the O.C. and Judgment Day isn’t over. AJ said it’s always been the 3 of us against the 4 of you. AJ said they tried to find someone to combat Rhea but still haven’t found anyone, but she found them…and Mia Yim attacks Rhea. The O.C. and Judgment Day start fighting leaving Finn and AJ alone in the ring and they start going toe to toe, with Finn running out of the ring only to get caught by Anderson. Dominik then attacks AJ who hits Dominik with the Styles Clash.

Seth Rollins, caught backstage, was asked about the open challenge and Seth says “yeah a lot of tension in the ring out there, none of my business so I had to get gone, but I promised the people an open challenge and we will have an open challenge, let’s see who steps up!”

Elias VS. Otis

Otis with the powerslam for the win.

Winner: Otis

Bianca Belair, Asuka and Alexa Bliss come to the ring. Bianca immediately calls out Damage Control. They got into a fight in the parking lot while arriving at Raw tonight. Asuka and Iyo started arguing in Japanese. But it was apparent Asuka got the upper hand because in plain English Iyo called Asuka a bitch and they started fighting. Damage Control bailed out of the ring and Bianca says this is war and its ending at War Games. Bianca is then attacked by Nikki Cross and Damage Control comes back in and Damage Control and Nikki leave Asuka, Alexa and Bianca lying in the ring.

Shelton Benjamin VS. Austin Theory

Theory with an eye rake and A-Town Down for the win.

Winner: Austin Theory

The Miz VS. Johnny Gargano

Before the match The Miz was saying he was hiring an attorney and had a big Hollywood producer wanting to make a movie. Johnny Gargano came out and said he hired that Hollywood producer and was a private investigator and wore a camera and he had the footage and The Miz asks the lady to speak off the record then admitted everything Johnny has been saying is true.

As the action spills outside, The Miz acts like he got pulled under the ring and comes out with a turnbuckle, and as the referee looks under the ring, Gargano comes to try and get the Miz who hits Gargano with the metal turnbuckle and rolls in the ring and pins Gargano.

Winner: The Miz

As the Miz is walking to the back, Dexter Lumis smashes the Miz in the back with a chair.

Nikki Cross VS. Dana Brooke for the 24/7 Championship

Nikki with the slingshot neck breaker for the win

Winner and New 24/7 Champion: Nikki Cross

They show Nikki Cross walking with a dazed look on her face in front of Damage Control and walks over to the garbage can and seeming throws the 24/7 championship away, but it misses the can and falls on the floor.

The O.C. and Mia Yim are interviewed by Byron Saxton, AJ said it felt good to finally get some revenge on Judgment Day.

Seth Rollins comes out for his open challenge and talks to the fans and tells the crowd it’s been 10 years he has been in WWE and he is ready for his opponent.

While Seth is waiting for his open challenge opponent, Mustafa Ali is shown on the screen and was ready to come to the ring when he is attacked off camera by Bobby Lashley who said there are two reasons he doesn’t have his United States Championship: Brock Lesnar and Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins VS. Bobby Lashley for the United States Championship

Bobby Lashley attacked Seth, ending with Seth getting put through the announce table, Match never began.

As Lashley makes his way to the back Austin Theory comes out with his briefcase and a grin on his face.

Theory says he is cashing in.

Seth Rollins VS. Austin Theory for the United States Championship

Theory kicks off with trying to pin Seth but only gets a 2 count, a second 2 count. Theory goes for A-Town down but Rollins reverses for a pedigree but Theory reverses for his own pedigree, another 2 count. Seth goes for the stomp, but Theory reverses for A-town Down and the referee gets to 2 and Lashley is back out there and pulls the referee out of the ring. Lashley is now destroying Theory. After being left laying by Lashley, Theory beats the 10 count in the ring at 9 but gets hit with a stomp.
