The announce team for WrestleMania will be missing someone who has been calling the show for years and years – Jerry “The King” Lawler.

Lead Smackdown commentator Mauro Ranallo revealed on Twitter that he, Lawler, and Byron Saxton will be calling the Kickoff show starting at 5PM EST and then the Raw announce team of Michael Cole, John “Bradshaw” Layfield, and Byron Saxton will be calling the WrestleMania pay-per-view.

While this will not be such a great night professionally for Lawler, it is an awesome night if your name is Byron Saxton and it shows you how much WWE have trust in him to allow him to call six hours of action straight.
