Live tonight from the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California, WWE presents Hell In A Cell on pay-per-view and the WWE Network. The full card is as follows:
Brock Lesnar vs The Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell match; Roman Reigns vs Bray Wyatt in a Hell in a Cell match; Seth Rollins vs Kane for the WWE World Heavyweight title with the stipulation that if Kane loses, Corporate Kane will be fired from Director of Operations; John Cena vs mystery opponent for the United States title; Kevin Owens vs Ryback for the Intercontinental title; The New Day vs Dudley Boyz for the Tag Team titles; Charlotte vs Nikki Bella for the Divas title; and Dolph Ziggler, Cesaro, and Neville vs Rusev, Sheamus, and King Barrett in a six-man tag team match in the Kickoff show.
You can add Daniel Bryan’s name to the list of mystery opponents rumored for tonight’s U.S. Title open challenge with the latest rumor being that Bryan was spotted by fans on a flight to Los Angeles.
Recently Bryan revealed that while he was cleared by a doctor who specializes in concussions, the WWE medical team has not cleared him to return and he had to go to a third doctor to pretty much break up the tie and decide his future. WWE has been reluctant in clearing him after two serious injuries exactly after WrestleMania 30 and 31 forced him to drop the two titles he won at those events.
Bryan last wrestled on the April 14 Smackdown taping in Europe and has been sidelined ever since. He relinquished the Intercontinental title and then went on to be a judge on Tough Enough.
The list of rumored names in the Los Angeles area for tonight’s show will no doubt keep on increasing.
The betting lines for tonight’s Hell In A Cell pay-per-view are open and it’s good to note that these odds will probably change for some if not all matches as the show gets closer to bell time.
In the Hell In A Cell matches, Brock Lesnar is the favorite at 2/7 while Taker is at 5/2. Roman Reigns is also the favorite at 1/4 versus Wyatt who is at 11/4.
Seth Rollins will be keeping the title according to the bookies with odds at 1/5 while Kane is at 3/1. Kevin Owens is also favorite to retain the Intercontinental title at 1/6 with his challenger Ryback at 4/1. Charlotte is the big favorite for keeping the Divas title at 1/8 and Nikki Bella at 9/2 for the upset. The Dudley Boyz are looking better at winning the Tag Team titles tonight with odds at 1/3 in their favor while The New Day are at 9/4 to retain.
The Kickoff match sees the babyface team of Ziggler, Cesaro, and Neville winning at 4/9 while the heel team of Rusev, Barrett, and Sheamus are at 13/8.
There are no odds on who will win the United States title match as there’s no opponent for Cena yet however odds are in place on who will face him, with Tyler Breeze and Samoa Joe seemingly being the most safe bets.
The newest WWE Network series Breaking Ground debuts today on Facebook and YouTube at Noon EST before making its premiere on the WWE Network later tonight at 11PM EST after Hell In A Cell goes off the air.
Breaking Ground, filmed in a similar way to HBO’s Hard Knocks series, will take a special look at the WWE Performance Center and what it takes to become a WWE Superstar, following the up-and-coming stars of NXT. Hollywood actor William Shatner will provide the narration for the whole series.
The 10-episode series is produced by WWE and 3 Ball Entertainment, a company which has produced several reality-based TV shows for Spike, WE tv, Animal Planet, ABC, and others.
Breaking Ground will then air every Monday night after Raw on the WWE Network.
The speculation of who the mystery opponent for John Cena’s United States title is got hotter after earlier today, TNA Hall of Famer Kurt Angle posted a photo of his Instagram in Los Angeles along with WWE commentator Booker T.
“Great catching up with my good friend Booker T in LA this weekend. Awesome memories,” Angle wrote, adding the hashtags #WWE, #TNA, and #MainEventMafia. The two were part of the Main Event Mafia group in TNA in 2008 that included Sting, Nash, Steiner, and Samoa Joe as well.
With Hell In A Cell in Los Angeles tonight there’s still no hint on who will take on Cena. Cena is expected to be out for up to six weeks following tonight so chances are that whoever is facing him will walk out with the United States title.
Angle is still under contract with TNA till the end of January 2016. You can see the photo Angle posted below.
Doris Adkisson, the wife of Fritz Von Erich and the mother of the six Von Erich kids, passed away last night according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer. She lived on the island of Kauai in Hawaii.
Doris outlived five of her sons and her ex-husband in a life filled with tragedies. The Von Erich kids, Jack, David, Kerry, Mike, and Chris all passed away, leaving Kevin as the only surviving member of this legendary wrestling family.
The Von Erich family tragedies started when Jack, the first son, drowned at just the age of six in 1959. David died in 1984 after an apparent heart attack according to the family however many put questions on that cause of death and a drug overdose is speculated to be the real cause. Mike committed suicide in 1987 by overdosing on a tranquilizer. Chris also committed suicide in 1991 with a self-inflicted gunshot wound and finally their brother Kerry, known as the Texas Tornado in the WWE, continued the suicide trend in 1993 with a fatal gunshot to the heart. Their father Fritz died in 1997 of lung cancer that had also spread to his brain.
The story of the Von Erich family is one of the saddest in professional wrestling. In 2009, the Von Erich family was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
Former TNA champion James Storm was not part of the NXT television tapings on Thursday so it will be at least another month before Storm is back on NXT TV assuming he’s part of the next set of tapings.
In an interview with WWE.COM, Storm said it’s up to the “suits” to make the decision of whether to bring him back or not. According to multiple sources, Storm has not signed a deal yet but it’s pretty obvious that if that deal is offered, Storm will for sure take it.
The “Cowboy” said that he showed up at the NXT event in Nashville after he got the go ahead from Road Dogg but was told to stay out of sight so he ended up watching the whole show from backstage. He was then told by WWE Performance Center head coach Matt Bloom to travel to Florida and after a talk with Triple H at the NXT Takeover: Respect, the decision was made to appear at the tapings the following day.

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins is walking through the hallway when he is nerved to see his Hell In A Cell opponent. He wonders why Kane is there when he was suspended. The Director of Operations corrects him, citing the suspension was only for Raw. Seth eggs on Kane and claims that he will defeat “Demon” Kane at the pay-per-view and he will no longer be on Smackdown! Kane informs Rollins that he may in fact be the WWE World Heavyweight Champion for the last time tonight on Smackdown, so he wants to give the fans a chance to check him out again. Rollins accepts, declaring that he will once again be “the man” tonight. Kane says that he will start the show, but to be careful, because “you never know who might show up!”
Kane continues on and meets Tag-Team Champions The New Day. They complain that Xavier Woods is out because of The Dudleyz putting him through a table, but Kane does not seem to care. Instead, he books them in a Tag-Team bout with Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns!

Rollins hits an enziguri and kick-to-the-head but also only gets two! He climbs the turnbuckle, but misses a move and gets an uppercut! 1 – 2 – Seth kicks out but is locked in the Crossface Submission. Seth manages to get to the ropes for the break. He counters a apron-to-ring suplex and cuts off Cesaro from the middle turnbuckle. Rollins plants Cesaro with The Pedigree and covers for the victory!
Winner via Pinfall: WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins

Charlotte chimes in, saying that she tried to figure out what Paige’s reasons were, however she was not able too. Charlotte realizes that Paige doesn’t “respect” her, then accosts her for thinking only about herself, especially right before Charlotte’s championship match on Sunday.

She isn’t phased and hits on Dolph, but “The Show Off” denies her flirtations.
Summer laughs him off and has “moved on.” She introduces her “new man,” NXT wrestler Tyler Breeze! “Prince Pretty” struts out, but Dolph is not impressed. Breeze, amid “NXT” chants, tells Dolph he is stuck in the 80s, while listing all his nicknames. He was not pleased to find out that Dolph was “mistreating” Summer, and has now decided to stick by her side. “Together, we’re about to give WWE a much-needed facelift.” Tyler and Summer take a “selfie,” then Breeze and Dolph engage in a brawl. And yet I’m the champion. Now what does that say about me?”

End Of Smackdown!
Reporter’s Rumblings
Other than the debut of Tyler Breeze (more on him below), this was your average go-home show before a Pay-Per-View/Network show, with nothing else of significance happening. Onto the particulars:
Excellence: matches between Rollins/Cesaro, Paige/Nikki, and New Day/Ambrose/Reigns. Promos by Kevin Owens, Paige/Charlotte/Becky/Nikki, Tyler Breeze, and Rollins/Kane opening the show.
Bogus: matches of Sheamus/Barrett/Luchas and Ryback/Bo Dallas – too predictable and overdone; plus I think the Luchas should be pushed, as they are great tag-team, so I don’t like to see them losing/not on TV as much. I was intrigued in Dallas’ recent aggressive turn, but sad to see that he is relegated to jobbing again. Again, he should be pushed as well.
Am upset to see that Harper/Stroman/Dean and ??? is off H.I.A.C. for now; I understand (and it sucks) that Randy is injured again, but I know they could’ve easily found a replacement to join Dean.
While I think Tyler Breeze will be a great fit, and could be a great feud, I also believe it is too soon for him to be called-up; at least should’ve waited until after H.I.A.C., as it seemed they just ended Rusev/Ziggler without one final bout. I’ve never liked a new debut the week of/before a Pay-Per-View/Network Show/Special, as they kind of get lost/it makes no sense since the wrestler they’re debuting against should already be in a rivalry and ending it at that PPV/Network Show. Hopefully this trend ends.
Hell In A Cell Picks: Charlotte to retain Divas Championship; Owens to keep I.C. Title; Reigns to win over Wyatt and move on to upper card/main-event again; Dudleyz to win Tag-Team Championships; Kane to win WWE World Heavyweight Championship for one last run; Undertaker/Lesnar to go no-finish and have their final match at Survivor Series with it being Undertaker’s 25th Anniversary, which should be a Last Man Standing Match!
Until Raw and after H.I.A.C., Be Excellent Wrestling-Online Readers and Fans!
WWE stocks shot up 8.29% today after the announcement of the WWE Network’s introduction in India starting Monday.

WWE will announce its Q3 2015 earnings report next Thursday and just yesterday the company announced their quarterly dividend of 12 cents a share.
Fresh off his partnership with Ford Motor Co., Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson today announced a new partnership with popular apparel company Under Armour, Inc.
“The Rock/Under Armour partnership has been years in the making and we’re proud and pumped to have it come to fruition,” Johnson wrote in a post on Instagram. “The goal is to bring you innovative and bad ass products that inspire men, women and kids to stay hungry, humble and always be the hardest workers in the room.”
The Rock posted a photo of him at the Under Armour headquarters with a large image of him in the background welcoming him to the company.
Former two time WWE Divas champion Paige was on Conan yesterday on TBS along with Sarah Silverman and comedian Megan Gailey. Conan has welcomed a lot of WWE Superstars in the past but rarely – if ever – a WWE Diva.
During the hilarious interview, Paige had to teach Conan and his sidekick Andy how to do her “primal” yell and Conan even mentioned Paige’s sometimes sexual-like moves in the ring. Some clips aired of Paige licking Natalya’s face and her slowly crawling on AJ as she laid flat in the middle of the ring.
“I’m not like a sexual predator or anything,” Paige said, although she added that she likes to play certain jokes on people, especially Natalya. “I do a lot of stuff with her, I lick her face, I grab her boob,” Paige said, noting that Natalya really feels uncomfortable when she pulls something like that.
“When women are wrestling, are there certain areas which are off limits, like, I would think breasts would be off limits,” asked Conan. Paige said that she doesn’t care if she gets her boobs grabbed in the ring and she doesn’t pay attention to it, a statement which was met with some applause from the crowd.
Paige mentioned how Brie Bella does the “Yes” kicks to the chest and she’s had a bruised boob or two but, “I’m okay with it.” She told Conan that she does actually have a scratch there and Conan told her he’ll examine that later!
Former WWE and WCW creative head writer Vince Russo noted in his latest blog that he has reached out to Vince McMahon to help with the product.
“Even though I know that is wrong on so many levels…it’s what my heart told me to do. In the past, that olive branch would have been motivated by the need of money – in order to support my family – but, I can tell you that isn’t the case now,” Russo wrote.
Russo said that seeing the wrestling audience drop week after week “with no ray of light anywhere in sight” effects him personally especially when he thinks of his former boss, Vince McMahon.
“Look, I’d be lying to you if I told you that I didn’t love Vince, because I do. And, with all the slandering done of my name over the years by his company, you probably think I’m out of my mind, and…maybe I am,” Russo added.
Russo said that he’ll always want to help McMahon and if he doesn’t want his help, that is understandable as well. Russo wrote that he always keeps an eye on WWE and knows what it once was and can see what it has turned into now.
After departing WWE in 1999 with fellow writer Ed Ferrera and moving to WCW, Russo was hired back by WWE in 2002 but left before he could even start working there. He later joined TNA for a couple of stints before leaving completely in 2014.
In what could be one of the biggest clearances for the WWE Network, WWE today announced that the WWE Network will be available in India starting Monday for $9.99 per month and it will work on desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
The deal is the same such as the one offered in the United States and most of the countries that get the WWE Network however the 12 monthly pay-per-views will not air live on the Network in India, but rather 24 hours after they are broadcast in India with the current provider. The pay-per-views will switch to live broadcast on the Network beginning in 2017.
“India is a strategically important market for WWE and we are thrilled to make WWE Network available to our fans there,” said George Barrios, WWE Chief Strategy & Financial Officer. “The global expansion of WWE Network is a key driver in our commitment to growing the WWE brand internationally.”
WWE Network will be made available on additional devices, including Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Sony PlayStation 3, Sony PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Roku and Smart TVs prior to Survivor Series on Sunday, November 22.
Other countries in the Indian subcontinent including Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal will also get the WWE Network starting Monday. The first month for new signups in India will be free of charge.
The FOX Sports Australia website is carrying an article about Australian rugby player Daniel Vidot taking part in a three-day trial at the WWE Performance Center which started this past Tuesday.
Vidot is a 25 year old who played for the Brisbane Broncos in the National Rugby League. He said that WWE already offered him a tryout but he refused since he was still playing for his rugby team but now he’s ready to make the switch.
“First Day was Crazy!! Time to get rest #challengeaccepted #orlando #wwe,” Vidot wrote on his Instagram account on Tuesday.
There’s only one other male Australian wrestler at WWE and that’s Murphy, the former NXT Tag Team champion who teams up with Blake. WWE Diva is also from Australia and she’s the only female on the roster from Down Under.

Florida Circuit Judge Pamela Campbell sided with Hulk Hogan’s team yesterday after she ruled that Hogan’s attorneys can investigate its claims that Gawker employees were the ones who leaked the racist-filled tape to the National Enquirer.
Gawker, which completely denies these allegations, were the only ones who were going to capitalize on this leak as Hogan claimed that the leak was done on purpose to damage his chances in his trial against them. Gawker will be appealing the decision. Hulk is suing Gawker for releasing parts of the sex tape years ago for $100 million.
Hogan’s team can now do a forensic inspection of certain Gawker employees’ computers, servers, e-mails, and text messages according to the Tampa Bay Times which continues to cover the lawsuit in court.
“The limited discovery is being permitted for the sole purpose of determining whether or not this serious allegation is true,” Campbell wrote, adding that specific terms such as “racist, “Hulk Hogan,” and “DVD details” can be searched. The court-appointed expert will be the ones doing this inspection with all the expenses being carried by Hulk Hogan.
WWE has signed two more Tough Enough contestants to deals, bringing a total of 7 cast members to developmental which is a record for the most signed out of a Tough Enough cast.
The newest members at the WWE Performance Center are Mada Abdelhamid and Daria Berenato and they join winners Sara Lee and Josh, runners up Mandy and ZZ, and Patrick, who signed a deal last week.
The Egypt-born Mada is a personal trainer and was considered a favorite for the win after Patrick got eliminated from the show. He was eliminated in the seventh week.
Daria is an MMA fighter who wanted to transition to professional wrestling. The Los Angeles native has been fighting since the age of 16 but was the fourth one eliminated from the show.
The Hogan’s Beach restaurant as well as the Best Western Bay Harbor hotel that it’s a part of were sold for $34.5 million according to the Tampa Bay Times and that is the only reason why Hogan’s association with the restaurant has ended.
The new owners will be renovating the place and while the restaurant is still operating under the Bay Harbor name, the Hogan’s Beach sign which was visible from the causeway has been removed.
Earlier rumors suggested that the hotel decided to part ways with Hogan due to his legal woes and the racist-filled sex tape video which was leaked to the Enquirer a few months ago.
“Basically everything with us is timing,” Ben Mallah, the former owner of the property said. “We buy assets and fix them up. The market is high right now. Tampa’s hot … Hogan had nothing to do with it. He was fine. Ultimately, we’re in the real estate business, not in the restaurant business.”

WWE released additional Gold and Silver WrestleMania travel packages today on the WrestleManiaTravel.com website.
At time of this writing, the 4-night option Silver package which includes the Raw ticket is listed sold out. In the Gold package, there’s only the option to purchase the 4-night deal with Raw tickets.
WrestleMania 32 travel packages went on sale last week and sold out in under an hour. Most likely these additional travel packages will also go quickly considering the huge demand there were for them.
