Australian rugby player gets three-day trial at WWE Performance Center

The FOX Sports Australia website is carrying an article about Australian rugby player Daniel Vidot taking part in a three-day trial at the WWE Performance Center which started this past Tuesday.

Vidot is a 25 year old who played for the Brisbane Broncos in the National Rugby League. He said that WWE already offered him a tryout but he refused since he was still playing for his rugby team but now he’s ready to make the switch.

“First Day was Crazy!! Time to get rest #challengeaccepted #orlando #wwe,” Vidot wrote on his Instagram account on Tuesday.

There’s only one other male Australian wrestler at WWE and that’s Murphy, the former NXT Tag Team champion who teams up with Blake. WWE Diva is also from Australia and she’s the only female on the roster from Down Under.
