Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson won the Entertainer of the Year award last night at the 48th NAACP Image Awards ceremony held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, California.

The NAACP Image Awards honor outstanding representations and achievements of people of color in motion pictures, television, music and literature during the year.

Johnson was nominated along with Viola Davis, Beyonce, Chance the Rapper, and Regina King.

“Thank you @NAACP! Honored for me to celebrate the excellence of everyone tonight. #Grateful,” Johnson tweeted after the show.
