Tony Khan takes a dig at TKO while promoting Blood & Guts Dynamite on local news

Appearing on local news to promote the November 4 episode of Blood & Guts Dynamite, AEW President Tony Khan stressed the affordability and value for money AEW offers to its fans while also taking a shot at TKO.

“I guarantee it’s going to be worth the value. And AEW also has the most affordable tickets in TV wrestling,” Khan said. “I guarantee you we’re not going to take an arm and a leg for this. This is going to be a good night.”

This is obviously referring to TKO’s expensive pricing strategy which has affected all WWE shows.

Next week’s broadcast is at the 14,000-seater VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena, where only just over 3,000 tickets have been sold for the event, with tickets available starting from $36.12.

Blood & Guts Dynamite will have NXT as an unusual competition head-to-head as The CW moved the broadcast to Wednesday due to the midterm election coverage on most local stations.
