AEW President Tony Khan looks like he was offended by a FOX News article which said that AEW’s excitement seems to be “cooling off” as part of an article outlining the rough December the Khan family is experiencing between the Jacksonville Jaguars and AEW.

The article, which mostly revolves around the Jaguars, mentions that after getting CM Punk, Bryan Danielson and Adam Cole, AEW’s ratings went down from the over 1 million it was pulling every week. It has now been 10 weeks since AEW broke the million viewer mark, something the FOX News article was trying to explain, but Tony Khan took it personally.

In three quick-succession tweets, Khan said that it’s “amusing” reading a FOX News article about AEW ratings when on Wednesday nights AEW has beaten every single FOX News show for six straight weeks. Khan attached ratings charts from Showbuzzdaily and then added another tweet by attaching four more weeks worth of charts.

“Did you know #AEWDynamite on Wednesdays on @TNTdrama has beaten EVERY single show on @FoxNews for 6 straight weeks? Surely @FOXNews knows as they like talking tv ratings; maybe they should focus on their content instead of playing boar on the floor,” Khan said in his third and final tweet on the subject.
