WWE issues short statement regarding Tyson Kidd’s injury

After nearly a whole week, WWE.COM finally acknowledged Tyson Kidd’s injury although failed to give out any decent information.

“Tyson Kidd sustained an injury while competing in a non-televised match against Samoa Joe last Monday night, June 1, in San Antonio,” the statement reads. “As the former WWE Tag Team Champion continues to be evaluated, check back with WWE.com for the latest information on Kidd’s condition.”

His wife Natalya admitted on Twitter that they’re going through some “challenging times” right now and appreciated all the people who reached out and offered support.

Kidd is rumored to be out for months as the neck injury is pretty serious.
