The first round of the WWE Cruiserweight Classic wrapped up with last night’s episode on the WWE Network with the round of 16 set to air next.

The eight matches making up this second round include Akira Tozawa vs Jack Gallagher; Tajiri vs Gran Metallic; Drew Gulak vs Zack Sabre Jr.; Noam Dar vs Ho Ho Lun; Brian Kendrick vs Tony Nese; Kota Ibushi vs Cedric Alexander; TJ Perkins vs Johnny Gargano; and Lince Dorado vs Rich Swann.

The second round was taped at Full Sail University on July 14 while the quarter finals will be taped later this month on August 26. The semi-finals and final will be airing live on the WWE Network on September 14.
