Triple H sells $1 million worth of WWE stocks

Documents filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on May 6 reveal that Paul “Triple H” Levesque unloaded a total of 23,255 WWE shares on May 4, selling at $43.80 a piece for a total payout of a cool $1,018,569.

The former WWE champion who now holds the title of Executive Vice President of Global Talent Strategy & Development for WWE, still has a total of 144,646 WWE shares in possession which at today’s value are worth nearly $6.5 million.

He follows another executive, Mark Kowal, who sold 4,000 shares at $44.05 each for a total of $176,200 on May 1. Kowal is a Senior Vice President and Controller at WWE.
