Three matches have so far been announced for tonight’s NXT on USA Network which will serve as the go-home episode for NXT Takeover: Portland which takes place this coming Sunday.

Lio Rush will be taking on Angel Garza with the winner becoming the new number one contender for the NXT Cruiserweight title currently held by Jordan Devlin of NXT UK. Kushida takes on Adam Cole in another match announced while Candice LaRae wrestles her former friend Dakota Kai.

The NXT preview on WWE.COM also suggests we’ll see the fallout from Velveteen Dream’s return, Tommaso Ciampa’s retribution, and another segment between Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair.
