The Wyatt Sicks win the WWE Tag Team titles on Smackdown

The Smackdown tag team division has a big problem as The Wyatt Sicks won the WWE Tag Team titles last night from The Street Profits.

It was the team of Dexter Lumis and Joe Gacy who took on Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins during Smackdown and they needed the help of Erick Rowan to finish the job.

As Rowan took out Ford following a distraction, Dawkins took out Rowan by bulldozing him over the barricade near the time keeper. Ford recovered and went to his frog splash finisher but this time he missed as Lumis moved. He tagged in his partner Gacy and the two performed their finisher on Ford, with Gacy pinning him for the victory.

The rest of the Wyatt Sicks then joined in the ring for the celebration.

This ends The Street Profits’ 118-day reign as champions, winning them from #DIY on an episode of Smackdown in December of last year.

It’s the first titles of any kind for both Lumis and Gacy in WWE.
