The Rascalz make their NXT debut as MSK

The tag team formerly known as The Rascalz in Impact Wrestling made their NXT debut last night under the name of MSK.

Dezmond Xavier and Zachary Wentz, now known as Wes Lee and Nash Carter, defeated Isiah “Swerve” Scott and Jake Atlas in the first round of the 2021 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament. Their appearance was hyped on the NXT Twitter account with the hashtag #WhoIsMSK and Trey Miguel, their former tag team partner, ‘liked’ the tweet during the day.

With the two advancing to the next round of the tournament, they will face the winner of the match between Killian Dain and Drake Maverick vs Curt Stallion and August Grey.

Wes Lee has mostly wrestled for Impact Wrestling and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla before joining WWE while Carter also wrestled for Combat Zone Wrestling and some other indies. The two have won several tag team titles across the independent scene.

Both signed with WWE last month after they departed Impact Wrestling but Miguel has chosen not to follow them so far.
