It looks like The New Day will not be wrestling at WrestleMania in April as the trio were announced as the hosts of the show. The exclusive of the news was given to TMZ.COM.

The team of Kofi Kingston, Big E, and Xavier Woods will be in similar roles to that of The Rock at WrestleMania 27 and Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania 30.

Ever since losing the Raw Tag Team titles to Sheamus and Cesaro, the team did not do much on television and are currently not involved in any major angles.

At last year’s WrestleMania, The New Day wrestled Rusev, Sheamus, and Alberto Del Rio in a six-man tag team match and after the match, HBK, Mick Foley and Steve Austin came out to destroy the League of Nations. The New Day danced around and shared a beer with the three Hall of Famers but Xavier Woods ended up eating a Stone Cold stunner after he tried to get Austin to dance.
