The stipulations for the WWE World Heavyweight title match for Extreme Rules were announced during the final segment on Raw last night.

Both Orton and Rollins got to choose a stipulation after Orton won his match against Cesaro and Kidd and Rollins won his easy match against Kane.

Rollins chose the option to have the RKO banned from the match while Orton went more the traditional way and chose to have the match inside a steel cage.
