Samoa Joe signs full-time deal with WWE

According to PWTorch.com, former TNA champion Samoa Joe is now a full-time WWE Superstar as he has now signed a regular deal with the company.

Joe was on a special deal that would allow him to work some NXT shows and also keep his indy commitments while WWE also had the rights to sell his merchandise on WWEShop.com and at arenas.

The Pro Wrestling Torch also adds that his merchandise flew off the shelf super quick, catching the eyes of both Vince McMahon and Triple H, who in turn decided to sign him full time.

Joe made his NXT debut at the Takeover: Unstoppable WWE Network special last month and had a face off with NXT champion Kevin Owens.

Samoa Joe, who left TNA earlier this year after a 10 year stint with the company, was at Raw yesterday and did a dark match against Tyson Kidd. Joe will also wrestle for Ring of Honor on June 20, his final date with ROH.
