Roxanne Perez wins NXT Women’s Breakout tournament

Roxanne Perez, formerly known as ROH Women’s champion Rok-C, won the NXT Women’s Breakout tournament last night, defeating Tiffany Stratton in the final match.

The young 20-year-old went through Kiana James in the first round and Lash Legend in the second round to reach the final match while Stratton was a replacement for Nikkita Lyons, who was injured mid-way through the tournament.

With her win, Perez now has a contract to cash in against NXT Women’s champion Mandy Rose.

Following her win, Perez was congratulated by Cora Jade but the party was spoiled by Toxic Attraction. A brawl ensued and the faces were saved by Indi Hartwell who evened the odds.
