Roxanne Perez and Sami Zayn first two to advance in King and Queen of the Ring tournament

The King and Queen of the Ring tournaments kicked off on Raw last night on Netflix.

Two qualifying matches, one for the men and one for the women, took place during the broadcast.

In the first match, former NXT Women’s champion Roxanne Perez won her fatal four-way qualifier after she defeated Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan, and Kairi Sane.

Later in the broadcast, Sami Zayn advanced in the tournament when he beat Penta, Bron Breakker, and Dominik Mysterio.

The winners of the two tournaments will earn a title shot at SummerSlam. The finals will be held at the Night of Champions premium live event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia later this month.
