Michael Cole to do commentary for Smackdown this week

PWInsider.com is reporting that Michael Cole will be calling this Friday’s Smackdown along with Corey Graves, temporarily replacing Kevin Patrick who has been relieved of his duties.

Cole was part of a three-man commentary booth on Smackdown until recently when it was decided that he should be exclusively on Monday Night Raw with Wade Barrett while Patrick teams with Graves on Smackdown.

Unfortunately for Patrick, things didn’t work out great for him and the decision was made this week to take him out. WWE has not publicly announced the decision yet and no permanent replacement has been made for now.
