Kick-off match changed and US title open challenge added to HIAC

The Hell In A Cell kick-off show match has been changed to a six-man tag team match featuring none of the wrestlers which were previously announced for a different kick-off match.

The new match has Dolph Ziggler, Neville, and Cesaro taking on Rusev, Sheamus, and King Barrett. The match replaces the Randy Orton and Dean Ambrose vs Luke Harper and Braun Strowman tag team bout which was announced last week. These four Superstars are now nowhere to be seen on the Hell In A Cell card as their match has been scrapped.

The new match joins the John Cena United States title open challenge on the show with no opponent announced yet. Cena is expected to be out for up to a month and a half after Hell In A Cell so there’s a big chance that whoever is wrestling Cena will walk out with the title.
