The first match officially announced for SummerSlam is a triple threat match for the Raw Women’s title between champion Nikki A.S.H., Rhea Ripley, and Charlotte Flair.

The match was announced during the opening segment of Monday Night Raw yesterday when Nikki was addressing the fans but was rudely interrupted by Charlotte and then Rhea.

Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville made the match official for August 22 and also made Nikki face Charlotte in a non-title match later in the evening. Charlotte beat Nikki in the main event of the show and now, as it’s pretty much customary, a rematch was announced for next week as well although it was not specified if this will be for the title.

Nikki won the title from Charlotte after cashing in her MITB briefcase on the Raw after Money In The Bank.
