ESPN and WWE team up for Danhausen Freeze Tour ice cream truck

The Sports Business Journal is reporting that WWE and ESPN are teaming up this week on a new ice cream truck bearing the likeness of WWE Superstar Danhausen which will be roaming the streets of Minneapolis.

The truck, part of the Danhausen Freeze Tour, will be driving around Downtown East Commons Park, Nicollet Mall, the Convention Center and U.S. Bank Stadium between July 30 and August 2 and each truck stop will feature giveaways, photo ops, surprise experiences, and of course, ice cream.

The red-and-black truck prominently displays ESPN and WWE branding as well as Danhausen’s painted face.

Danhausen will be wrestling on the SummerSlam card, taking on Dom Mysterio in a non-title match.

After a not-so-impressive debut at Elimination Chamber, Danhausen and WWE turned things around, making him one of the most popular Superstars on the roster.
