The actual figures of The Rock’s new San Andreas movie came in today and it’s even higher than the projected $53 million.

BoxOfficeMojo.com reports that San Andreas did $54,588,173 in its first weekend, smashing the previous personal best of Dwayne Johnson in Hollywood. First estimates were that the movie was going to do $40 million, then $47 million, and then yesterday it was tipped to be $53 million.

An additional estimated $60 million was added from foreign box office receipts bringing the worldwide total to $114.5 million.
