Dwayne Johnson’s daughter Simone gets her first WWE name

Simone Johnson, the daughter of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, was handed her first WWE name – Ava Raine.

Johnson, who already changed her social media accounts to reflect the new character, posted a GIF of Nancy Drowns from The Craft laughing.

A quick search on the United States Patent and Trademark Office website shows that WWE applied to trademark the name Ava Raine on May 13.

Getting a character name is one step closer to making a television debut and Johnson, who is now 20 years old, has so far been kept under wraps. Late last year she underwent knee surgery, already the third one of her career.

She was signed to a WWE deal in February 2020 and her father was full of praise for his oldest daughter, saying that it still blows his mind that she’s following in his footsteps.
