Daniel Bryan out of Crown Jewel and will not travel to Saudi Arabia

Just like John Cena, Daniel Bryan has been removed from the Crown Jewel pay-per-view card for this Friday according to a report by PWInsider.com.

Cena and Bryan were vocal to WWE management about not wanting to travel to Saudi Arabia and be part of the show following the assassination of Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi inside the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, Turkey.

Bryan was supposed to get a WWE title shot against AJ Styles at Crown Jewel, an opportunity he won after he defeated The Miz at Super Show-Down in Australia earlier this month.

How WWE explains his absence will be addressed tonight on Smackdown as both Bryan and Styles are set for a confrontation on the show. Cena was written out during Raw and replaced in the World Cup tournament by Bobby Lashley.
