Lashley wins X Division title, now holds two singles titles

Bobby Lashley made TNA history last night on Impact becoming the first to hold two singles titles after defeating Eddie Edwards to become the new X Division champion and in the process retaining the TNA World title.

The match was contested inside the Six Sides of Steel and the only way for the match to finish was via a pinfall or submission. The ending came when Lashley delivered a superplex from the top of the cage and then hit two spears for the pin. After the match, Lashley hits another spear on Edwards and Ethan Carter III came out for the save, followed by several other TNA stars who brawled with each other as the show faded to black.

Lashley is on his third title reign as heavyweight champion and the X Division title is his first championship in TNA which is not the World one.
