Impact Wrestling talking to Braun Strowman

PWInsider.com is reporting that Adam Scherr, the man formerly known as Braun Strowman, had a meeting with Impact Wrestling EVP Scott D’Amore this past weekend in Detroit, Michigan.

Scherr, who was surprisingly released from WWE in early June, has only worked one match against EC3 so far and is looking at an opportunity to join Impact.

With Bound For Glory taking place this Saturday, it would be a great place to make an impact as PWInsider also adds that the company is working on delivering a couple of surprises during the show.

The 38-year-old once publicly vowed to never wrestle for another promotion other than WWE but getting cut from the roster due to budget reasons was not part of his plan either.
