Austin Aries revealed as Suicide

During IMPACT this week, the man behind the Suicide mask was revealed to be former TNA champion Austin Aries after a five minute segment involving Hulk Hogan and Bully Ray.

The character was originally part of the TNA video game but then transitioned to a “real-life” character on TNA’s shows and portrayed by Kazarian, Christopher Daniels, Kiyoshi, and lately T.J. Perkins.

Aries wrestled under the Suicide mask for the first time this week, winning the X Division title in a match against Chris Sabin and Kenny King.

Hogan came out with Perkins – who was donning the Suicide mask since his return this year – and requested for the “impostor” Suicide to unmask.

Aries will now take on Bully Ray at the Destination X pay-per-view for the TNA title.
