That was down 37,000 viewers from episode five. It drew 0.11 in the 18-49 demo, down 0.03 from the previous week, and placing #26 in the top 50 cable chart for the night.

Former Smackdown ring announcer Greg Hamilton confirmed his departure from WWE in a post on Instagram, calling this a “mutual respect departure from a great company.”
Hamilton noted that there was nothing but respect from both sides but this is all business and “we all know our worth.”
Hamilton warned fans not to get riled up over what they see on social media because “it’s not real life especially for your favorite Superstars,” calling his peers incredible human beings.
“The hate, the bullying…that is read and internalized by real human beings…not characters. That needs to be said for my friends,” Hamilton wrote.
Monday Night Raw on USA Network pulled in 1,658,000 viewers this week, up 66,000 viewers from last week’s broadcast.

Raw was #6, #7, and #8 in the top 50 cable chart with 0.48, 0.47, and 0.46 ratings respectively for an average of 0.47, up 0.08 from last week. (Ratings credit: Showbuzzdaily.com)
Sports gambling has steadily enjoyed decent coverage for the last few years. Now you are spoilt for choice to place a wager in cricket, football, horse, and other favorite games. Amid the thrill associated with gaming, we can’t forget to mention one of the latest kids on the block; wrestling (WWE) betting.
Of course, WWE may not have a similar prevalence compared to other sports, but still, there is a noticeable fan base likely to rise further with technological advancement. For those not aware, wrestling matches are predetermined.
However, this should not dissuade you from betting on your favorite wrestler. In fact, the unique preset phenomenon associated with the sport should be one main reason why you should not miss out on the fun. In this brief, we plan to mention some of the most imperative reasons you should invest in WWE gaming.
1. Increased Value
Even if WWE betting is not lucrative like other sports, you can still make good money out of it. The secret here revolves around sportsbooks and their impact on the game. As we all know, sportsbooks cut down betting action for gamblers. As a result, bookmakers may reduce the amount a patron should bet. For a recreational gambler with minimal expectations, the limit may still be good enough.
The brighter side about WWE bets is that they are usually straightforward. This means that you only need to bet on wrestlers likely to win a tournament or match. In a normal scenario, sportsbooks spent considerable time setting lines for big money games like soccer and baseball.
On the other hand, unpopular events such as WWE may receive minimal attention. In such a scenario, sportsbooks may choose to cover their shortcomings by limiting the wager. Other than that, some platforms may set bad lines. Nonetheless, if you manage to find your way around bad lines, there are elevated chances of taking home an impressive chunk of money.
2. Limited Risk
As mentioned above, sportsbooks limit losses due to reduced action offered. This approach works perfectly by preventing huge losses and also blocking gamblers from betting on capped amounts. For individuals that easily get carried by gambling thrill, WWE betting is one ideal option to reduce risks.
Nevertheless, an enthusiastic gambler can still explore other lucrative options in trusted platforms like https://rapidcasino.net/. Here, there is a whole load of winning opportunities through extra rounds, slot reels, multipliers, bonus spins, and others.
Most impressive is that the casino remains open 24/7 and offers payouts in installments. This approach undeniably stretches out the gambling fun and also ensures that players bet responsibly without incurring huge losses.
3. More Fun
In a market flooded with money-spinning sports betting opportunities, some individuals may ponder whether it is a wise idea to bet on WWE. That said, WWE remains one interesting sport with hordes of fans worldwide. The fact that it is all scripted does not daunt eager followers to keep a tab on the latest events. Typically, WWE is all about having fun and making money out of it.
Similar to scripted movies and TV shows, the audience may get hints on the outcome. Remember that this is the same mechanism used in WWE gambling. Unlike other sports gaming, gamblers need not concentrate on team statistics, injury reports, competition, or even the weather.
Instead, in WWE betting, you must be a fan first to familiarize yourself with the game. From this exposure, you can quickly pinpoint vital hints likely to guide you on winning bets.
Common WWE Bets
On average, WWE gambling is a relatively small market that offers an unsophisticated experience. All you need to do is bet on the likely winner for a match, season championship, or tournament. It is worth mentioning that some betting sites offer prop bets for gamblers. Below is a list of some of the most interesting alternatives you should consider.
Bout Outcome: Compared to other bets, you have to gamble on the outcome of an event and not on who wins. To make decent forecasts, you must be a vivid follower of recent wrestling happenings.
First-Time Winner: Here, you only choose a wrestler likely to win a season, tournament, or match.
First to Appear: The bet allows a player to pick wrestlers appearing on the show first.
Most elimination: This bet is self-satisfactory and refers to settling on wrestlers who fight most rivals.
Longest ring time: As the name suggests, you only need to bet on an individual that spends the most time on the ring.
Final Thoughts
In a nutshell, successful betting is all about making proper analyzes destined to correct predictions. Typically, you take a deeper look at the available information on a particular game and make accurate predictions. However, when it comes to WWE, you should not focus on analyzing wrestlers on the pitch. Instead, follow more on the hints provided to crack the code. The bottom line is that WWE betting is an enjoyable sports entertainment not laden down with competition. Simply place your bet, sit and enjoy the outcome.
PWInsider.com is reporting that WWE has released Smackdown ring announcer Greg Hamilton.
Hamilton, who was regarded as one of the best ring announcers currently in the business, did Crown Jewel on Thursday and Smackdown on Friday, but it looks like his legal threats on his Instagram led to his release earlier this week.
During the weekend, Hamilton went on a tirade against rapper Westside Gunn, who apparently used Hamilton’s voice in one of his songs. Hamilton demanded $30,000 to settle or else he threatened to sue and unleash the WWE legal team on his behalf.
“You’ll be paying me for years,” Hamilton wrote in now deleted comments. “Apologize and I’ll think about not collecting every dime for the rest of your life…or I can just get WWE lawyers…that’s ok too. Settle with my lawyer. And don’t EVER use my voice again…so wrong.”
He later posted another comment asking if he’s going to settle or if he wants to “dance” with the WWE lawyers. “Price goes up by the day. It was 20k, but at noon eastern it’s $30k and we go to court,” Hamilton continued.
Hamilton had been working for WWE since 2015, starting with NXT and then moving to the main roster becoming the ring announcer for the Smackdown brand.
It was a flawless night for Toxic Attraction – the team of Mandy Rose, Gigi Dolin, and Jacy Jayne – as all three walked out of NXT Halloween Havoc with the gold.
First it was Dolin and Jayne who captured the NXT Women’s Tag Team titles in the opening match of the broadcast, beating champions Io Shirai and Zoey Stark, and Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta in a triple threat Scareway to Hell ladder match.
Dolin, previously known as Priscilla Kelly, and Jayne, started teaming up together in late July, joining forces with Rose.
Then it was Mandy Rose’s turn to win the gold, winning the NXT Women’s title from Raquel Gonzalez in a Trick or Street Fight. The match was a Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal, which landed on Chucky’s Choice, with Chucky then picking a street fight.
The win came with some help from a mystery person who eventually revealed herself to be the returning Dakota Kai, who hit Gonzalez with a shovel. Rose hit Raquel with a running knee and covered her for the pinfall.
This is Mandy Rose’s first-ever title in her WWE career. She has been signed with WWE since 2015 and returned to NXT in July of this year.
NXT 2.0 will celebrate Halloween tonight with a special Halloween Havoc episode of NXT on USA Network. The festivities will be hosted by former Million Dollar champion LA Knight.
Tonight’s broadcast is headlined by an NXT title match featuring Tommaso Ciampa defending against fan favorite and newcomer Bron Breakker. The NXT Women’s title is also on the line with Raquel Gonzalez versus Mandy Rose in a Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal match. Another match will be determined by the Halloween Havoc wheel as MSK defend their NXT Tag Team titles against Imperium and the NXT Women’s Tag Team titles will be contested in a triple threat ladder match as Io Shirai and Zoey Stark defend against Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta and Toxic Attraction’s Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne. Plus, Solo Sikoa, the brother of Jimmy and Jey Uso, will be making his NXT debut.
Last year’s Halloween Havoc was pretty popular with 879,000 viewers tuning in to watch the show. Last week, NXT drew just 606,000 so it will take some effort to reach last year’s number or overtake it.
The Saturday night Dynamite live on TNT drew 575,000 viewers, down 152,000 viewers from the previous episode which also aired on a Saturday. The show did 0.22 in the 18-49 demo and placed #10 on the top 50 cable chart. It was down 0.06 from the previous week. Apart from running head-to-head with a replay of Smackdown on FOX, there was also an MLB game and a college football game which did nearly 7 million and 4.6 million viewers respectively. The Panini Group and WWE announced today a multi-year agreement that will make Panini WWE’s exclusive trading card and collectible sticker partner. The landmark agreement will begin in the first quarter of 2022 and will include multiple trading card products during the first year. Panini’s U.S. subsidiary, Panini America will be responsible for developing the WWE trading card products.
The first product release – 2022 WWE Prizm – will coincide with the buildup surrounding WrestleMania, WWE’s biggest annual event, taking place on April 2 and 3 at AT&T Stadium in Dallas. WWE trading card products will be available at mass retailers including Walmart and Target, as well as hobby stores nationwide and online.
“We have always been intrigued by WWE as a license partner and their fans’ incredible passion,” said Panini America CEO Mark Warsop. “Our entire team is looking forward to adding WWE, a truly iconic license, to our roster of exclusive partners. We have big plans for our WWE portfolio and the new heights we can help WWE trading cards and stickers reach in the collectibles arena.”
“Panini has a 60-year history in sports and entertainment collectibles and is a leader in the trading card space throughout the U.S. as well as in Latin America, Europe and Asia,” said Scott Zanghellini, WWE Senior Vice President, Revenue Strategy & Development. “We believe that this partnership perfectly aligns our mutual interests in providing fans with exclusive collectibles and, ultimately, growing this category globally.”
TNT will be airing AEW’s Dynamite live on the West Coast and also for those in the Mountain time zone starting tomorrow night.
Before, Dynamite aired on a delay in those time zones, airing for example at 8PM Pacific, three hours after the show starts for those on Eastern.
With the new schedule, Dynamite now starts at 8PM ET, 7PM CT, 6PM MT and 5PM PT so it will be live around the whole country at the same time.
“Thank you so much to our great partners at @tntdrama for making it possible for us to serve every fan in every town in America with @AEWonTNT #AEWDynamite LIVE every Wednesday,” wrote AEW President Tony Khan on Twitter. “Time & time again, TNT have been great partners & I think this is a great move for fans coast-to-coast!”
AEW will now be serving as the lead-in for the NHL coverage on TNT.
WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus has been chosen as one of the judges of the brand new Canada’s Got Talent show which will start airing on Citytv this coming Spring.
The announcement of Stratus’ involvement came via her official website TrishStratus.com.
“I’m so excited to be joining this iconic brand and seeing the incredible talent Canada has to offer,” said Trish. “And of course, when I spot it – dropping that elbow on The Golden Buzzer!”
Joining Stratus is AGT anchor and fellow Canadian Howie Mandel, rapper Kardinal Offishall, and long-time YouTube star Lilly Singh. Country songwriter Lindsay Ell has been cast as the host of the show.
Seth Rollins became the new number one contender for the WWE title after he won a fatal four-way ladder match on Raw.
Rollins, Rey Mysterio, Finn Balor, and Kevin Owens all interrupted Big E’s opening segment on the show, all pleading their case that they should get a title shot next.
Sonya Deville fixed the problem by booking a fatal four-way match between them and said that since this was the season premiere of Raw, it would also be a ladder match. All four men were previously part of the Smackdown roster but moved to Raw in the October WWE Draft.
There was no mention of when Rollins will be able to cash in his win. The next WWE pay-per-view, Survivor Series, will have the WWE vs Universal champion as main event and there will be no pay-per-view in December. If they keep this for a PPV, the next available date will be the January 1 show titled Day 1 live from Atlanta.
Rampage on Friday did 533,000 viewers, down 45,000 viewers from the previous week. This was the second least-watched episode of Rampage so far. The show did a 0.22 in the 18-49 demo and placed #9 on the top 50 cable chart for the day. (Ratings credit: Showbuzzdaily.com)
Before we even begin, the most important thing to keep in mind, hands down, is safety. Nothing else matters if you are not taking care of yourself and making sure what you are doing is safe, and you are confident you can do it.
It’s like how you wouldn’t bet everything you have if you weren’t sure about your hand in PlayCroco Casino Bonuses. You are worried about losing your money! So, all the more so should you keep track of and take care of your body.
Getting fit is all about health. If anyone tells you it’s for any other reason, or you yourself want to do it for any other reason then you should immediately reevaluate your choice. If you exercise for the wrong reasons, it is not going to go as well for you.
What exactly do I mean by that? Why should it matter what the reason is that you want to exercise? Well, it is the same reason why it won’t really work to try and better yourself in any other way if the reason doesn’t come from within you.
Let’s say there is someone who wants to exercise because he wants to look more attractive. Maybe he wants to show off to girls or guys or whatever. This is not a good enough reason to keep yourself exercising properly.
And this will bring us to the first, and probably the most important, thing you need to remember when you are trying to get fit.
Consistency
Basically, nothing else even comes close to being as important as consistency. Day in and day out, keeping yourself to a routine that will be able to stick to long term. It doesn’t really matter if do all the other things they say you should if you eventually stop exercising.
And this is a big problem for a lot of people how are just beginning to exercise. They throw themselves into the deep end then jump out of the pool when they realize how deep it is.
This is to say that people push themselves too hard at the beginning, and then give up when they feel like they can’t do it. The problem is, they can do it! They just are trying to sprint before they even know how to walk.
You need to figure out where your level is, and start there. Do not let anyone shame you into thinking you should do more than you can! Exercising is about being a more complete and healthy version of yourself.
This means nobody else can tell you what’s best for you unless they actually have a vested interest in helping you such as a personal trainer or a friend that actually knows about fitness and how to help you.
So, try different workouts. Talk to somebody who can actually help you and has the knowledge to properly help you. If you are starting off too intensive, don’t give up! It’s not all our nothing!
Just dial it back a bit! Try switching to a workout that’s a bit lighter. When you work out, it should feel like it’s challenging you, and you have to push yourself a bit, but not so much that it feels impossible.
Diet
Another important thing to remember when you want to get fit is that diet is probably most of the battle. You can exercise all you like, but if you don’t diet properly, get the proper nutrients you need, and are intaking the proper amount of calories, you are going to have a hard time.
So, the biggest tip I would give for this is to just simply learn how to cook for yourself. This will allow you to customize your diet to fit your needs and your tastes.
Yes, you heard me right, fit your tastes! This goes right back to my previous point about consistency. You need a diet you will be able to stick to consistently as well!
A lot of people have the problem where they go on some extreme Ketogenic diet or whatever and they end up ditching it in a couple of weeks. Why? They like carbohydrates too much!
So, the trick is to make a diet that you really like to eat but is also healthy for you. Look for different foods that you can enjoy but are high in nutrients and low in empty calories.
For instance, most people think of ‘salad’ as a diet food. Yet, to them, a salad is a bowl of romaine lettuce and tomatoes. Some people might like this, a lot of other people do not like salads like this.
But, what about a salad made from Lentils, Quinoa, Fried Onions, Sweet Potato, Avocado, and maybe some mushrooms or chicken to add some savory flavors in there? This tastes like a cooked delicious meal but is packed with nutrients and fibers.
See how if you learn what you like, you can make it into something you will really enjoy? This is absolutely the number one reason I was able to lose weight and keep it off. I didn’t take my dieting to an extreme! I know I wouldn’t be able to stick with that.
Patience
I would say that in order of importance, Patience comes out right under consistency. If not perhaps on the same level as consistency. Why is this, and how is patience going to help you get fit?
The simple answer is, you are not going to have six pack abs overnight. If that is a goal you have to show how far you’ve come, then you are probably going to have to work for that for a while.
Often I find what happens is that people are really motivated to exercise, and they really give it their all. Then, they hit what’s called the “plateau.” This is where it seems like you aren’t improving very much for a while.
However, all you need to do is push past this! Especially when losing weight, the plateau can be a very big demotivator. You lose what’s called your “wet weight” rather quickly at first. Maybe you lose a pound or two a week.
But then, you stop. This is the most crucial point. This is where you are actually going to start burning fat and losing weight. You just need to have patience with yourself to see the gradual changes over time.
One tip I could give to help those of us who might struggle with having patience is to take pictures of yourself every week, or every month. This will allow you to keep track of your progress, and actually see the changes you have made.
Remember, you probably won’t be able to tell because you are seeing the gradual change unfold in front of you. So, taking pictures is a great way to see the distance you’ve traveled without even realizing it.
Patience also applies to exercise itself. Many people don’t realize how important resting is when you are working out. The rest period in between sets, the rest days you take in between workouts, can be just as important as the exercise itself.
When you rest, it’s when your body is able to gather its strength. It also is when your body will be doing the work in your body to build muscle. So, don’t be ashamed or impatient with your resting!
Now, you should also be careful not to overdo it. Rest enough to be able to continue, but not so much that you aren’t pushing your body at all. Like most things, you need to find that delicate balance.
Friend
One final tip I can give for those people who are serious about getting more fit but find that they struggle with consistency or motivation is to work out with a friend, or simply someone other than yourself.
This could be a sibling, cousin, personal trainer, Gym Bro, or whoever else. Just bring someone with you who can help motivate you to be consistent and motivated in your exercises.
It can really help to know that you are not alone. Someone else is with you on your journey, and you are going to grow together. It can also be a great way to build a stronger bond with that person.
You both have struggled both physically and mentally together, yet are still climbing higher. It really does build a special connection to see that with someone else.
The situation which happened on Friday between Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch continued to evolve with new information coming in.
PWInsider.com, which originally broke the story, said that the heated argument between the two took place in front of WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon, Bruce Prichard, and others who at the time were at the Gorilla position.
The situation also escalated when Sonya Deville, who was part of the segment also got in on it and had a nasty argument with Flair. During their bit, Deville demanded that Flair pick up the title to get the segment back on track and PWInsider said that Deville, a former MMA fighter, was “mad enough to want to fight Flair.”
According to other sources, the now Smackdown Women’s champion was escorted out of the building by WWE security to diffuse the situation from escalating even more. The consensus is that Charlotte was the one to blame and Lynch had every right to stand up for herself and not take crap from her former best friend.
Flair has been apparently very difficult to work with lately and her attitude changed big time when her boyfriend Andrade was released.

WWE today announced the full pay-per-view schedule for 2022 with a new record for the most stadium events in a year.
There are nine PPVs moving forward for next year, three of which are not named yet. WrestleMania is a two-night event once again. February and October are listed as announced “in the near future” and might be Saudi events. There are no pay-per-views listed for March, August, or December, and the United Kingdom will miss out on SummerSlam yet again.
The calendar starts on January 1 with Day 1 at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. The Royal Rumble follows on Saturday, January 29 at The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
The two-day WrestleMania is at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas on Saturday, April 2 and Sunday, April 3.
An unnamed pay-per-view will take place on Sunday, May 8 at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island, and on Sunday, June 5, another unnamed pay-per-view at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois.
Money In The Bank comes to the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday, July 2 and SummerSlam will follow on Saturday, July 30 from the Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee. This means two back-to-back PPVs inside a stadium within the span of a month.
A location still to be determined will host either a Saturday, September 3 or Sunday, September 4 pay-per-view. There will be no October show, with another Saudi show possibly taking its place, and then the last show of the year will be the Survivor Series on Saturday, November 26 at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.
“Since returning to live events this past July, our fans have graciously expressed a tremendous appetite to attend WWE shows. As they begin to make plans for next year, we wanted to make sure that the 2022 schedule and locations of our pay-per-views was made available to them,” said Nick Khan, WWE President & Chief Revenue Officer.
WWE commentator Corey Graves and WWE Superstar Carmella announced that they are engaged on a social media post.
Carmella uploaded a photo on her social media kissing Graves, saying it was the best birthday ever while showing off her new bling on her finger.
Graves, who has been already married, was outed for dating Carmella by his ex-wife Amy, who in February 2019 accused her husband that he was sleeping around. “I’ve put 11 years into supporting a man to accomplish his dream only for him to punch me in the gut,” she wrote in a post later deleted. But later it was emerged that the couple had filed for divorce and Graves actually moved out of the house and that’s when his relationship with Carmella started.
As for Carmella, this will be the first marriage for the 34-year-old self-proclaimed “The Most Beautiful Woman in all of WWE.” She previously dated Big Cass.
Episode 13 of Dark Side of the Ring, titled Extreme & Obscene: Rob Black’s XPW, drew 109,000 viewers and is now the least-watched episode of the series ever. The show did 0.05 in the 18-49 demo and placed #112 on the cable chart.
Next week’s episode is the final episode of season three and will tackle the United States vs Vince McMahon steroid trial. (Ratings credit: Showbuzzdaily.com)
