Chavo Guerrero, currently signed with All Elite Wrestling, took a shot at Seth Rollins following the publication of the video where he was attacked by a fan during Monday Night Raw.
Wrestlers nowadays rarely fight back when they are attacked and leave it to security to take care of the situation due to potential lawsuits they might encounter.
But Chavo didn’t see it that way and tweeted, “Remember when the wrestlers were tougher than the fans? Ah, the good ol’ days.”
The tweet did not go over very well with fans and as you can expect, they tore him a new one with over a thousand replies.
“Remember when you were relevant?” asked one person. “It’s funny how your velocity matches were so f*cking quick that no one even had time to run in on them,” said another.
“I also remembered when Rollins had more charisma in his pinky finger than you had in your entire body,” tweeted another person. “Remember how Eddie loved Rey more than, you blood? Ah, the good ol’ days,” another tweet read.
Friday’s Rampage on TNT drew 556,000 viewers, up 41,000 viewers from last week’s episode. The show pulled in a 0.22 rating in the 18-49 demo, placing #17 on the top 50 cable chart for the day. That was up 0.02 from the previous week. (Ratings credit: Showbuzzdaily.com)
Another fan managed to jump the security barrier yesterday and attacked Seth Rollins during Monday Night Raw.
The fan speared Rollins, who was heading to the back following his segment with Finn Balor, after coming in from a blind corner and Rollins immediately grabbed him in a headlock and the two sparred as referees tried to get him off. The production team in the truck quickly cut to a replay as soon as the fan came on screen and WWE security just as quickly took out the fan by the time the replay was over.
Rollins was visibly upset, screaming at him, and it took a dozen security officials and referees to control the assailant. Fans chanted “F*ck him up” but Rollins never laid a hand on him.
“WWE takes the safety of its performers very seriously. The individual who attacked Seth Rollins has been turned over to the NYPD and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” a WWE statement read later.
This is not the first time that someone tried to attack Rollins and it has happened a few times before.
You can check out the videos of the attack filmed from the Barclays Center below.
With representatives from FOX, NBC Universal, Netflix, and other partners available in person, WWE hosted an upfront presentation for advertisers before the Survivor Series according to Variety.com.
WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon, WWE Head of Global Sales and Partnerships Claudine Lilien, and WWE President Nick Khan addressed the important crowd during the presentation.
McMahon boasted WWE’s “massive reach and broad distribution,” claiming they’re in 900 million homes in 180 different countries and 28 languages as she went on to showcase what WWE can do for their clients. Of course, WWE’s reach on social media, with over one billion followers across all social media properties, was also touched upon.
“Nine out of the top 15 most followed female athletes in the world across all social platforms are WWE Superstars,” she said. “We are the number one most followed sports brand on TikTok. We are the number one sports channel on YouTube and the sixth most viewed channel on YouTube all around the world.”
“We have a young, diverse fanbase,” she continued. “Over 75% of our fans are in that sweet spot, 18-49. 40% of our audience is women and we over index with both African-American and Hispanic audiences.”
Nick Khan closed the presentation with a Q&A according to Variety where he discussed moving pay-per-views to Saturdays, having five stadium shows in 2022, and the upcoming television rights renewal.
Quoting new numbers from NFL, NHL, and the English Premier League, Khan said that rights for each of these sports league have continued to shoot up. “You’re seeing them go up for properties whose ratings are up, for properties whose ratings are stable, and even for properties whose ratings are down,” Khan said, noting that there’s no other sports-like programming in the world unlike professional wrestling with 52 weeks a year of original content.
Up until a few months ago, Kenny Omega carried the AEW World title, the Impact and TNA World titles, and the AAA Mega title. After losing the Impact/TNA title and later the AEW World title, Omega now finds himself without any championships as it was announced today by AAA that The Cleaner has surrendered the Lucha Libre AAA Mega title due to injury.
Omega was supposed to be defending the title at the upcoming Triplemania event on December 4 against El Hijo del Vikingo but as reported earlier, Omega will be undergoing a couple of surgeries to repair a few injuries. The announcement of the AAA Mega title being vacated was announced by the promotion’s Director General Dorian Roldan.
In the tweet, Roldan said that Omega was not going to appear at Triplemania Regia and effective immediately, the title has been declared vacant. He also said that El Hijo del Vikingo will be challenging for the title against someone to be named later.
Kenny Omega has been AAA Mega champion since October 2019 but rarely defended the title since then, with the latest one coming against Andrade El Idolo a few months ago.
Special Olympics and WWE today announced a multi-year extension of their global partnership to help create inclusion through sports. WWE will continue to support Special Olympics Unified Sports, which brings together people with and without intellectual disabilities on the same team. It was inspired by a simple principle: training together and playing together is a quick path to friendship and understanding.
WWE Superstars will continue to engage with Special Olympics athletes all around the globe through Unified Sports. Over the past few years, WWE Superstars have participated in Unified soccer in Italy, Unified flag football in Arizona, Unified bocce in Las Vegas, Unified soccer in UAE along with several other events, panels, and leadership conferences. Superstars have also reached out to Special Olympics athletes to encourage them in training and to congratulate them for achievements.
“WWE has been an incredible Global partner to our movement over the past 5 years and we are so excited to announce that we will continue our collective impact for years to come both domestically and around the world,” said Special Olympics CEO Mary Davis. Davis added, “When we think of how our partners have stepped up during this difficult time, WWE comes to mind. Not only are they supporting us financially, but they continue to help us find innovative ways to reach our athletes for example, through the launch of our online fitness series School of Strength, and talent engagement for our first-ever Gaming for Inclusion event. WWE also supported countless virtual engagements with Superstars that lifted up our athletes’ spirts while in-person activities were cancelled.”
“WWE’s bond with Special Olympics has become one of the most fulfilling partnerships in our company’s history,” said WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon. “The determination of Special Olympics athletes to consistently persevere in life is truly an inspiration, and we look forward to supporting their mission for years to come.”
The multi-year extension also includes support as a Gold Partner for the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games in Orlando, FL where the state-of-the-art WWE Performance Center is located and where many of the Superstars call home. The sport of Powerlifting will also be presented by WWE at the 2022 USA Games.
WWE’s partnership with Special Olympics dates back to the 1995 World Games in New Haven, and more recently has included partnerships with the 2018 Special Olympics USA Games in Seattle, the 2019 Special Olympics World Games in Abu Dhabi and an on-going corporate partnership with Special Olympics Connecticut. Special Olympics was named 2018 Business Partner of the Year at the annual WWE Business Partner Summit.
With television viewership falling on Monday Night Raw, the Smackdown brand WWE Superstars are scheduled to appear on the post-Survivor Series show tonight to continue an angle which started during the pay-per-view.
WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon appeared at the Survivor Series carrying a golden egg, from the movie Red Notice, which he said was a gift from The Rock. The problem is that the golden egg went missing throughout the show so McMahon tasked Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville to track it down.
Pearce will be interviewing WWE Superstars tonight to solve the mystery and if he won’t be able to, McMahon will personally get involved to retrieve the egg.
The Netflix movie Red Notice was the sponsor of the show and the cold opening was a mix of WWE and Red Notice clips. WWE was also celebrating 25 years of The Rock but Johnson did not make an appearance, not even via video, leaving fans disappointed.
Few countries have more extensive links to combat sports than Thailand. Some of the brightest talents the world has seen in a variety of combat sports are of Thai origin. These sports continue to increase in popularity with each passing year. New talents are continuously joining the competition. What are the most popular combat sports in Thailand?
Muay Thai
The most popular form of combat sport in Thailand is Muay Thai. This discipline formed in Thailand. Since that founding it has become more popular across the globe. Particularly in the late half of the 20th century and the early 21st century. It is one of the most combative sports in the world. Competitors must be flexible and well trained in both striking and grappling. There are both similarities and differences between Muay Thai and boxing. The most striking difference being boxing only allows strikes with the fists.
Thai superstars have produced incredible superstars of the sport. Samart Payakaroon is regarded as one of the greatest of all time. During his career, Payakaroon won 200 of his 250 fights. Dieselnoi Chor Thanasukarn another of the greatest Muay Thai fighters of all time. This Thai native held the Lumpinee Stadium championship for four years. He only retired due to lack of new challengers.
Boxing
Another form of martial arts that is extremely popular in Thailand is boxing. This is one of the oldest forms of combat sports in the world, having been around since ancient times. Nowadays, the biggest boxing matches make for huge global events. Some of the biggest fights are huge PPV attractions. For these fights, fans can make wagers with the leading Thai boxing betting sites. Samart Payakaroon was also a trailblazing star in the success of boxing in Thailand. He won the WBC super bantamweight title in January 1986 with a KO victory over Lipe Pintor in Bangkok. He was an impressive boxer, as he lost just twice in 23 professional fights.
Further Thai success has followed in recent years with Petchmanee Kokietgym. The 30-year-old is still regarded as one of the finest strawweights in the world. Currently, he is ranked second in the world by The Ring, and the best active fighter in the division by BoxRec. Kokietgym has been the WBC mini-flyweight champion since November 2020. He defeated Manheng Menayothin by unanimous decision. His fights are always huge occasions in Thailand. He has sold out the International Stadium in Rangsit and City Hall Ground at Nakhon Sawan in the past two years.
Pro Wrestling
Professional wrestling is also quite popular in Thailand. Thousands of fans watching the action on a weekly basis. There is yet to be a Thai star in the WWE. Despite this, numerous Asian stars are rising in the league. Fans have been able to watch on a regular basis over the past couple of years. Two of the best Asian stars come from Japan. Asuka and Shinsuke Nakamura both hold multiple titles throughout their careers in the WWE.
Asuka is considered by many to be one of the best female superstars in the world. She is the second woman to win a Grand Slam Champion. She did so after winning every major title available to her. Wrestling’s popularity in Thailand looks set to continue its rise. Viewing pro wrestling in Thailand now is easier than ever.
MMA
There is a natural link between MMA and Thailand. The Tiger Muay Thai facility of Phuket has been incredibly influential. Some of the most exciting UFC champions in recent years trained there. The success has ensured that a growing number of fans are tuning in to watch the latest action from the octagon. Two of the brightest stars to train at the facility in Phuket are Petr Yan and Valentina Shevchenko.
Yan won the UFC bantamweight championship after beating Jose Aldo last year. He is currently the reigning interim Bantamweight champion. This after beating Cory Sandhagen earlier this year. Shevchenko is also one of the greatest female UFC stars of all time. She is currently regarded as the second-best active pound-for-pound UFC star. She has been the UFC flyweight champion since beating Joanna Jedrzejczyk in December 2018 at UFC 231.
Conclusion
The popularity of combat sports in Thailand is only likely to continue for years to come. A number of bright new stars are making the progression into the world of various sports, which means that they will be able to inspire the next generation.
In an interview backstage following her win against Charlotte Flair, an emotional Becky Lynch said that it was sad that the relationship between the two had come to this.
“To see where we came from, to where we are now, and the hatred going out there…it’s so sad you know?” Lynch said. “That’s somebody who I loved so much, who I trusted with my life, you know? And we’ve been through everything together, we’ve nearly died in a car crash together, but just how much we despise each other now…”
With tears rolling down her face, Lynch said she wanted to rip Charlotte apart, but she didn’t break her arm like she said she would do. “I don’t know if I’m happy or I’m sad about that but I got the win, and now she can’t deny it. I’m the better woman.”
Lynch defeated Flair in the opening match of the show thanks to some assist from the ropes for leverage.
Here are the results from last night’s Survivor Series pay-per-view which took place from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Shinsuke Nakamkura defeated Damian Priest via disqualification in the Kickoff match; Becky Lynch defeated Charlotte Flair; Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, Kevin Owens, Bobby Lashley, and Austin Theory of Team Raw defeated Drew McIntyre, Jeff Hardy, King Woods, Happy Corbin, and Sheamus of Team Smackdown in a traditional five-on-five Survivor Series match; Omos won the 25-man battle royal; RK-Bro defeated The Usos; Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan, Carmella, and Queen Zelina of Team Raw defeated Sasha Banks, Shayna Baszler, Shotzi, Natalya, and Toni Storm of Team Smackdown in a traditional five-on-five Survivor Series match; Roman Reigns defeated Big E.
Hey everybody! It’s @TheMagnumDA with yet another Pick’em report for this month’s WWE PPV. This month, it’s the classic Survivor Series PPV, and while this show is notorious for people getting swerved at this show, we will leave no doubt about the status of the WOPC Championship after tonight. Colin won the gold at Crown Jewel, but tonight he faces yours truly in a rematch from that show. Who will be champion after the Survivor Series? It’s time to find out!
ON WITH THE PICKS!
25-Man Dual-Branded Battle Royal
Participants: AJ Styles, Angel, Angelo Dawkins, Apollo Crews, Cedric Alexander, Cesaro, Chad Gable, Commander Azeez, Dolph Ziggler, Drew Gulak, Erik, Humberto, Ivar, Jinder Mahal, Mansoor, Montez Ford, Omos, Otis, R-Truth, Ricochet, Robert Roode, Sami Zayn, Shanky, Shelton Benjamin, and T-BAR
Colin: The usual “let’s give everyone a payday” match. What does the winner get? Nothing? No incentive? Title shot? Anything? Bahhhh! Whatever. This will probably occupy the Kickoff show, I’ll be surprised if it’s on the main card. I’m picking AJ Styles to win it.
Magnum: Well, I’m not going to waste any time differing from my colleague here. If he’s going to say AJ’s winning it, then I’m rolling with Omos. Ha! How’s that for a swerve?
Raw vs. SmackDown Tag Team Champions Match (non-title)
RK-Bro (Randy Orton and Riddle) (Raw Tag Team Champions) vs. The Usos (Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso) (SmackDown Tag Team Champions)
Colin: This could be a good one if everyone clicks. While I enjoy the RK-Bro combo, I can’t wait for them to turn on each other and split. Having said that, predicting an RK-Bro win this time around and The Usos will then come good in the main event.
Magnum: Yeah, I’ve also got RK-Bro here as well – I think this could be one of their last big wins before dropping the titles. You’ve gotta think that Randy and Matt are on a collision course towards WrestleMania, right?
Raw vs. SmackDown Men’s Champions Match (non-title)
Damian Priest (US Champion) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura (IC Champion)
Colin: Who could use a win more here? In my opinion, Nakamura should be main event level competitor and not stuck in the mid card. But Damian Priest will benefit more of a win than Nakamura who at the moment is just floating and Priest’s star is still rising. Priest wins.
Magnum: I think Priest also has rising stock here, plus I think Nakamura has more enemies. Wouldn’t be surprised if the Humberto/Perez combination tries to interfere in this match. Either way, I’m also rolling with Priest.
Raw vs. SmackDown Survivor Series Men’s Match
Team Raw (Seth Rollins, Finn Bálor, Kevin Owens, Bobby Lashley, and Austin Theory) (with MVP) vs. Team SmackDown (Drew McIntyre, Jeff Hardy, King Woods, Happy Corbin, and Sheamus) (with Madcap Moss and Ridge Holland)
Colin: That’s quite a Raw team, isn’t it? But I’m looking at Drew McIntyre who WWE is trying to build back as a dominant force and I can’t see him being on the losing side tonight. Give me a Team Smackdown win.
Magnum: Man, I thought we were going to have wildly different picks all night! I guess that’s not the case…because I also have Team Smackdown winning this. I am not sure who will be the sole survivors, but I see Team Raw imploding before it’s all said and done.
Raw vs. SmackDown Survivor Series Women’s Match
Team Raw (Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan, Carmella, and Queen Zelina) vs. Team SmackDown (Sasha Banks, Shayna Baszler, Shotzi, Natalya, and Toni Storm)
Colin: On paper, team Smackdown is better equipped to win this match but I’m thinking they will keep Belair the strongest here and somehow Team Raw will win this match with at least Belair as a survivor.
Magnum: Yeah, I can’t deny Team Raw…they’re going to win this. I see tensions flaring within Team Smackdown, and a possible blow-up between Shotzi and Sasha. I could definitely see Bianca and Rhea surviving this.
Raw vs. SmackDown Women’s Champions Match (non-title)
Becky Lynch (Raw Women’s Champion) vs. Charlotte Flair (SmackDown Women’s Champion)
Colin: This should be the main event of Survivor Series. It’s the only match I really care for to be honest. Interesting which way it goes and I’m expecting a feisty match! Who wins? Good question, I’m really not sure who will get this one. Double DQ? Count-out? I’m not picking a winner and this will go to a no-contest.
Magnum: A no-contest?! Hey, I’ll take a stab at this one – I think Charlotte is the one Vince is trying to placate, so I’ll take Charlotte.
Raw vs. SmackDown Men’s Champions Match (non-title)
Big E (WWE Champion) vs. Roman Reigns (Universal Champion) (with Paul Heyman)
Colin: I can’t see Roman lose here, even if it’s a non-title match. Considering how things went down this past Friday on Smackdown with Big E getting the upper hand, I’m expecting a Roman win, probably not clean and with interference from The Usos, but still a win.
Magnum: This one should be a lot more difficult than it is…but let’s be frank. Roman’s the man, and nobody is touching him. All the King’s horses, and all the King’s men…couldn’t help Big E from being speared, in the end. Roman dominates.
Okay everyone, that’s going to do it for us from the Pick’em crew. Enjoy the show, and Happy Thanksgiving to our American fans! @TheMagnumDA signing off.
Tonight’s Survivor Series will bring the curtain down on the 2021 WWE pay-per-view calendar and WWE hopes to go out with a bang live from Brooklyn. Tonight, hours before the show kicks off, we bring you the latest betting odds of all seven matches on the card.
Remember, odds will most likely change by the time the show goes on the air so be careful whenever you are using real money.
The pay-per-view will be headlined by the WWE champion taking on the Universal champion. Roman Reigns, the current Universal champion, is the favorite walking into this match with his odds at 1/10 while Big E has a mountain to climb at 5/1.
The most interesting match is the battle between the Raw and Smackdown Women’s champions. They both dislike each other and it’s their first face-to-face since that botched title swap segment on Smackdown. Becky Lynch is currently favorite at 1/5 here while her nemesis Charlotte Flair is 3/1 to win.
The Intercontinental champion battles the United States champion in another brand vs brand champions match. Damian Priest from Monday Night Raw is the super favorite at 1/20 to beat Intercontinental champion Shinsuke Nakamura who has odds at 7/1. And the Raw and Smackdown Tag Team champions also go head-to-head as The Usos are 3/4 slight favorites to defeat RK-Bro who are 19/20.
There will be two traditional five-on-five Survivor Series elimination matches tonight. In the men’s match, the Smackdown team, headed by Drew McIntyre are 1/4 favorites to win against the Raw team, with team captain Seth Rollins, who are 5/2 while in the women’s elimination match, the Raw team captained by Bianca Belair are favorites with 7/20 odds against the Smackdown team, captained by Sasha Banks, who are 19/20.
And in the final match, 25 WWE Superstars will be in a battle royal where the winner receives, well, nothing. Omos is at 5/4 favorite to win this battle royal while AJ Styles is at 3/1, Sami Zayn at 9/2, Cesaro at 13/2, and Jinder Mahal at 8/1 wrapping up the top five.
This week’s Impact on AXS TV drew 129,000 viewers, up 50,000 viewers from last week’s broadcast. This was the most-watched Impact since the June 3 episode. The show did 0.02 in the 18-49 demo, same number as last week. (Ratings credit: Wrestlenomics)
In an interview with the UK-based talkSPORT ahead of tonight’s Survivor Series, Zelina Vega discussed how Vince McMahon personally called her when her match was cut from the September 10 Smackdown.
Vega’s father passed away during the 9/11 terrorist attacks in New York and was one of the thousands who died inside the World Trade Center. On the eve of the 20th anniversary of the attacks, Vega was supposed to wrestle on that Smackdown in Madison Square Garden, teaming with Carmella to take on Toni Storm and Liv Morgan.
But timing issues got the match cut from the broadcast much to disappointment of many fans and Zelina herself, who was looking at honoring her father in the ring. She had a custom ring gear made for the occasion and later tweeted “nevermind” after the broadcast was over.
“A lot of people were really upset, but I felt like a lot of the anger was misguided. I was disappointed, but I also knew it wasn’t a personal thing,” Vega told talkSPORT.
“When it got cut, Vince called me and apologized because he wanted to make sure that I knew ‘listen, this wasn’t done to you personally or anything, it was literally just this [the time], I had to make that call and I’m so sorry.’ And people don’t know that side either,” Vega recounted.
Appearing on Busted Open Radio, AEW President Tony Khan blasted WWE for signing people to “temporary agreements” rather than a real contract.
Khan said that anyone who comes to wrestle for him know there’s more security and called some of the people he has under contracts as “lifers” who will never leave.
“Some people come in and I feel like this is their actual life and they will be with me for the rest of my life. And I don’t know if everybody who works for my competition can say that,” Khan said, adding that he thinks there are people in WWE who aren’t sure they’re going to be there next week.
Khan said that while he won’t be able to renew everyone’s contract in AEW and won’t be able to bring everyone in, he’s proud that they did not lay off anyone during the pandemic despite not being the most profitable company.
“It’s not anything to be proud of when a company lets all those people go, and when you’re putting press releases out like that frequently [being profitable], I don’t think it’s a good thing,” Khan explained.
He added that when it’s time to let somebody go, he’s going to feel really bad about it and that’s why they have not let many go yet. “I’ve eaten some of those costs, especially through the pandemic when there was really nowhere else to get work in wrestling,” Khan continued.
He also said that he expects AEW to be around for as long as he’s alive, and hopefully he will have kids someday and they’ll be a part of it to.
Doing something even as simple as taking an hour walk every day can have positive effects on one’s health. The bottom line is simply to get yourself moving, and do physical activities like our bodies are meant for!
As we spend more and more time in our lives off our feet, we can see major consequences affecting people globally. Obesity rates are high in many wealthy nations, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was in large part due to our immobility in our modern lives.
Besides just obesity, sitting and lying down for long periods of time can lead to many other negative health effects. For instance, Deep Vein Thrombosis or DVT is known to be a problem for truck drivers who can be sitting for possibly 12 or more hours a day driving.
Now, I don’t really think that people need to be told why doing some exercise every day is good for you. The problem for most people will lie in what exactly should they do?
For some, they might be fine going to the gym, others might not. It’s kind of like how some people might be shy to go to a physical casino. Yet, they would play just fine on Jackpot Capitol bonus.
At the end of the day, there is some form of exercise for everyone. Whether you want to build muscle, lose weight, or simply just be more healthy, here are some easy and short exercises that you can do every day.
Running
This list could just simply not be complete without running. According to studies, running is the single best exercise you can do if you want to improve your overall health. This could even include making you live longer.
And, you don’t even need that much! A simple 5 to 10 minute run every day has been shown to possibly have positive health effects such as decreasing the risk of heart attack and heart disease.
So, if you really have no other time for any other exercise, running is your best bet. It’s easy, it’s accessible, and its something anyone can do without much or any special equipment or training.
Planks
Another incredibly simple, yet very good exercise that you can do every day is planking. For those who may not know, planks are an exercise where you essentially hold a pushup position for a certain amount of time to help strengthen your core.
This can be done on your hands, or on your forearms, and is a great simple and static exercise anyone can do. And, it doesn’t take that much to see some results! Even a minute of planking a day can help strengthen your core over time.
Now, you won’t really burn much fat just by planking, but strengthening your core muscles is something everyone should be interested in as it will improve your ability to do many other exercises.
Push-Ups
The humble pushup is one of the most well-known calisthenic exercises that exist. There is even the old standard for a bodyweight exercise routine that is Pushups Pullups and Dips.
Pushups are like planks in that they engage your core while you do them. You are supposed to keep your body straight, and this engages your core in a similar manner to a plank.
However, pushups also add the dynamic movement of going up and down on your arms. You slowly lower yourself to just above the ground, then try to quickly push yourself back up to the top of the motion.
This is great because this simple movement, like most bodyweight exercises, engages a lot of muscles at once. In total, you are actually engaging 5 muscle groups when you do a pushup.
The obvious ones are your triceps (the muscles on the back of your arms) and your pectoral muscles on your chest. But you also engage your deltoids which are your shoulder muscles, your abdominal muscles (like I mentioned earlier), and your serratus interior muscles (under your arms).
Standing
Finally, although this isn’t really an exercise, simply standing more during the day can have positive effects on your health. People are starting to catch onto this as well, as standing desks are becoming more and more in vogue.
Some of the simple health benefits are that you burn slightly more calories when you stand, you aren’t sitting so you don’t need to worry about immobility problems as much like DVT, and you will have better posture as you are standing erect and not sitting slouched.

It’s going to be a special weekend for Randy Orton as The Viper will be breaking a couple of WWE records tonight at the Survivor Series and tomorrow if he wrestles on Monday Night Raw.
In a tweet, Orton said that tonight he will set a new record for most pay-per-view matches by anyone in WWE history and if he has a match tomorrow night, he’ll have more matches on Raw than anyone in history.
“I saw this online, checked it, and it is true…kind of hard to believe, as it feels like I only started down in OVW yesterday,” Orton wrote. “I just wanna take a minute in light of these ‘stats’, and let everyone out there that’s ever supported me in any way know that I am thankful. I also know with all of my heart that I couldn’t have done it without you. Now on to my 15th Survivor Series…man time flies don’t it?”
His long-time WWE rival John Cena praised Orton and called his achievement “nothing short of mythical.” Cena wrote that he hopes that all WWE fans and Superstars understand just how incredible this record is.
“A milestone I’ll never reach and ALWAYS admire. So proud of you Randy. Thank you for the inspiration,” Cena tweeted, adding the hashtag #respect.
Days after making his New Japan Pro Wrestling debut, Jonah, the man formerly known as Bronson Reed in NXT, made his Impact Wrestling debut at Turning Point last night in Las Vegas.
The former NXT North American champion interrupted Josh Alexander’s segment, taking him out with a vicious attack from behind. Jonah also attacked security officials who came down to stop the mauling. After eventually retreating, Jonah ran back down the ramp and hit a splash from the top rope on Alexander, who started bleeding from the mouth. He then took Alexander’s blood and smudged it across his t-shirt, which had “Top Dog” written on it.
There were rumors that he was going to debut at Bound For Glory last month but that obviously did not work out. The Australian needed to find a new job quick due to his working visa or else he would have been required to leave the country.
Here are the results from last night’s Turning Point Impact Plus special which aired live from Sam’s Town Live in Las Vegas, Nevada.
FinJuice defeated Rohit Raju and Raj Singh; Jordynne Grace defeated Chelsea Green to retain the Impact Digital Media Championship; Chris Sabin defeated Ace Austin; Violent By Design defeated Heath and Rhino; Rich Swann defeated VSK; W. Morrissey defeated Matt Cardona; The IInspiration defeated Decay to retain the Impact Knockouts Tag team titles; Trey Miguel defeated Laredo Kid and Steve Maclin to retain the Impact X Division title; Mickie James defeated Mercedes Martinez to retain the Impact Knockouts title; The Good Brothers defeated Bullet Club to retain the Impact Tag Team titles; Moose defeated Eddie Edwards in a full metal mayhem match to retain the Impact World title.
