2-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair defended his decision to return to the ring for one final time and said that his participation in this event was not motivated by money, but rather by glory.
Speaking on his podcast, Flair addressed the topic, saying that he’s in better shape than he was and has been in the ring more than he showed on social media. Flair engaged John Cena’s personal trainer to get him in shape for this match and claimed that cardio-wise, he’s in great shape and his doctor gave him the green light to wrestle even with a pacemaker.
Flair said he’s going to wear a shirt for his match because he’s never been a “cosmetic wonder boy” but assured everyone that when the match happens, he will
“put on a clinic of what real wrestling should be about.”
The Nature Boy also discussed the money aspect, saying that he makes enough money from commercials and Cameo and didn’t need this for the money.
“My life is good. I don’t need the money but I do like the glory. I’m never going to walk away from it. If I have a chance to get myself over, I’m going to do it. It’s what I’ve been doing my whole life,” Flair said.
He did say that he’s going to make a lot of money regardless because “everything Conrad touches makes money.”
Many people are missing out on sports betting. Whether they think it’s difficult or just not their thing, they’re underestimating the fun and excitement of taking part in it.
There’s just so much to pass up, starting with the online bonuses. If you’re a newbie to sports betting, you probably don’t even know how the whole process works, no less where to find the best promotions or how to place your bets. It’s not as hard as you think—but it may seem intimidating at first.
Keep reading for tips about how to bet online, where to find picks, and get promo codes for sportsbooks that offer a great bonus to new players.
How To Bet Online
1. Find an Online Casino
When looking for an online casino, it’s important to choose a reputable site that offers quality games and fair odds. There are thousands of sites out there, but only a few have been around long enough to prove their credibility.
It’s best to stick with betting sites not on GAMSTOP UK that have been around for several years, rather than newer sites with no track record or history of customer satisfaction.
2. Register an Online Gaming Account
If you are a first-time player, you need to register an online gaming account. The process is simple and quick, and it only takes a few minutes.
Registering for a gaming account is a quick and easy process. All you have to do is provide your first name, last name, and email address, and then you’ll sign up for the site.
However, most reputable sites will not require any personal data from their customers. All they need is an email address because this is where all messages from the site will go.
3. Make a Deposit
Another important thing you need to do before you bet online is to make a deposit. You can either use your credit card or your bank account (which may require additional verification). Once your deposit gets processed, you’re ready to place your first bet!
4. Choose a Game and Bet
There are hundreds of games offered every day on sports websites. To keep things simple for beginners, choose a few events that you like and see how they fare over time. If one sport consistently gives good results, stick with it until things change.
5. Withdrawing Your Winnings
So you’ve won a big bet, and now you want to cash in on your winnings. But how do you withdraw money from an online bookmaker?
The answer depends on the site you’re using. Some have a withdrawal option right on the homepage, while others you can access via the account section of the site. Regardless of where you are, it should be easy to find and complete the process.
How To Find The Right Picks
The best way to find the right picks is through trial and error. You can do this by using your resources like the ones below:
Social media. You can search for different accounts on Twitter or Facebook that offer betting tips and follow them. If they have a good reputation, they will not let you down. However, if they have a bad reputation, you should stay away from them.
Websites such as Reddit and other forums where people discuss betting strategies and share tips are also great places to start looking for picks.
Blogs are another excellent place where people share their knowledge about sports betting. Just ensure that you read the reviews on the website before choosing any particular blog as your source of information about betting tips.

Jim Ross revealed on an episode of his podcast Grilling JR that he signed an extension to his current contract with AEW, an extension which will lock the WWE Hall of Famer to AEW till the end of 2023.
Ross said that the deal was signed “not too long ago” and didn’t make the announcement back then.
“I appreciate Tony Khan’s confidence and his willingness to keep me on the team and contribute,” Ross said. “We’re not going a long time, but I think I signed for about a year and a half or something like that to stay in the position I’m in.”
Ross acknowledged that he’s really pleased that at age 70 he still has a future and still loves what he does.
Considered to be one of the best, if not the best, play-by-play announcers in this business, JR has been with AEW since they started in 2019 and his original deal was running out sometime this year.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer is reporting that Naomi was negotiating a new deal with WWE when she walked out of the company this past Monday night on Raw.
Meltzer said that her contract was expiring soon but was in talks over a new one, and judging by recent new deals, she was in line to get an increase.
There have been no updates yet on the status of both Naomi and Sasha Banks, who both left their WWE Women’s Tag Team titles behind before leaving Raw.
Meanwhile, Naomi’s former tag team partner Ariane “Cameron” Andrew told SEScoops.com in an interview that Naomi would never have walked out unless she was being manipulated.
Acknowledging that Sasha is a top talent and deserves everything she got, she said that Banks is a star athlete that has a top agent behind her and other things going on for her while Naomi has no “extra boost” that would justify her walking out.
Former TMZ camera guy and co-host of the Hollywood Raw Podcast Adam Glyn caught up with John Cena at the Warner Bros. Discovery Upfronts in New York yesterday and asked the former 16-time champion if he’s coming back to WWE.
Cena said that he’s aware that in “WWE years” he turns 20 soon and called that a “pretty big thing.” He said that he was in the same class with Batista, Randy Orton, and Brock Lesnar, all of whom celebrated 20 years in WWE this year.
“I’m aware that that’s coming around the corner and who knows?” Cena said. Cena made his WWE TV debut on June 27 on an episode of Smackdown.
Admitting that he’s been gone for “too long,” Cena said that there’s a lot of stuff going on right now and is not in a position to turn down any offers.
“So, I don’t know when I’ll be back but hopefully it’s soon. I’ve been gone for too long,” he noted.
Cena returned last year at the Money In The Bank show to confront Roman Reigns and WWE did a “Summer of Cena” where he participated in most non-televised live events during the Summer.
Bryan Danielson was involved in a freak incident last night during the Rampage television tapings, an incident which left his leg trapped between the ring and the entrance ramp.
Several videos uploaded on social media show Danielson sitting on the ramp with his left leg trapped and visibly in pain. John Moxley and other ringside officials including referees are seen quickly trying to detach the ramp from the ring but Danielson was stuck there for a good 10 minutes.
After several attempts, Danielson was freed and was helped up on his feet but clearly upset, he pushed those helping him and hobbled to the back on his own. Danielson acknowledged the fans before disappearing to the back.
Danielson and the rest of the Blackpool Combat Club were involved in a clash with the Jericho Appreciation Society at the end of Rampage which somehow led to Danielson getting stuck.

The two Jokers in the Owen Hart Foundation tournament were John Hennigan and Maki Itoh last night and both individuals were on the losing side.
Hennigan used the Johnny Elite name, continuing the tradition of replacing his last name depending where he is working. The former WWE Tag Team and Impact World champion faced Samoa Joe in the opening match of the show but the ROH TV champion came out with the victory.
Meanwhile, Japanese favorite Maki Itoh was Britt Baker’s surprise opponent. The 26-year-old last appeared for the company at Revolution last year where she was Baker’s mystery partner as they took on Thunder Rosa and Riho. But just like Johnny Elite, Itoh was defeated in her match and is out of the tournament.
In other tournament news, Kyle O’Reilly defeated Fenix to advance while Adam Cole defeated Jeff Hardy to move on as well. Samoa Joe will now take on Kyle O’Reilly with the winner facing Adam Cole in the men’s tournament final.
In the women’s tournament, Britt Baker will take on Toni Storm while Ruby Soho has to wait to find out who she goes against when Kris Statlander battles Red Velvet.
It’s Wednesday night and you know what that means as Dynamite is back tonight on TBS for Wild Card Wednesday!
Why Wild Card Wednesday you might ask? Well, tonight, two wild cards, or Jokers, will come in play in the Owen Hart Foundation tournament with both Samoa Joe and Britt Baker facing two mystery opponents in a bid to advance to the next round.
In other matches on the show, Adam Cole meets Jeff Hardy for the first time in another Owen Hart Foundation tournament match, Kyle O’Reilly takes on Fenix, Wardlow takes 10 lashes, Chris Jericho and William Regal come face-to-face, and Hangman Page battles Konosuke Takeshita with CM Punk on commentary.

Unfortunately, all these tickets are limited view seats and are behind the stage in the 300 level. The good news is that they’re only $35 so if you don’t mind having your view blocked and want to go there for the atmosphere and watch it on the big screens, it’s a great price!
The event, set for Sunday, June 26, completely sold out within minutes when it was announced. The show will feature AEW vs NJPW stars but as of today there has not been one single match announced yet.
AEW is set to start with the promotion towards the show once the Double or Nothing pay-per-view is over and done with at the end of this month.

The WWE is a professional wrestling organization that has been around for many years. It is a popular form of entertainment, and many people enjoy watching the wrestlers compete. The WWE has produced some of the biggest names in professional wrestling, and it continues to be a popular organization today.
Currently, the company is worth over $5 billion and gaining more and more as new viewers tune in to one of the best forms of American entertainment out there. However, wrestling is an intense sport, and wrestlers sometimes need a break. Some wrestlers find solace in their homes. Some find it while working out. Others find it in the great outdoors. Here are some wrestlers who love the great outdoors.
Randy Orton
Randy Orton is one of the well-known wrestlers of the current generation. Randy Orton is one of the most popular wrestlers in the WWE. He is a third-generation wrestler, and he has been in the WWE for many years. Orton is known for his intensity in the ring and his love of the outdoors.
Orton was born on April 1, 1980, and he grew up in Missouri. He began wrestling at a young age and was trained by his father, “Cowboy” Bob Orton. In 2001, Orton made his professional wrestling debut with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). He was only 21 years old at the time. He eventually rose to the top and became one of the company’s rising stars.
Orton is currently signed with the WWE and is one of its most popular wrestlers. He is known for his intensity in the ring and his love of the outdoors. Orton often competes in outdoor matches and enjoys time outdoors when he’s not wrestling. He spends a lot of his time outdoors, hunting, fishing, and camping.
The Rock
The Rock is one of the most popular wrestlers of all time. He is a second-generation wrestler and has been in the business. The Rock is known for his charisma and his love of the outdoors.
The Rock was born on May 2, 1972, in Hayward, California. His real name is Dwayne Johnson. He is of Samoan descent and grew up in New Zealand. His family moved to Florida when he was a teenager. He began wrestling in the 1990s and became one of the biggest names in professional wrestling.
The Rock is currently retired from professional wrestling but still makes occasional appearances. He spends a lot of his time outdoors fishing, hunting, and hiking, and considering that New Zealand is one of the most beautiful countries in the world, it’s no wonder he loves spending time outdoors.
Brock Lesnar
Brock Lesnar is a professional wrestler and mixed martial artist who is currently signed to the UFC. He is also a former WWE Champion and a former NCAA Division I Heavyweight Wrestling Champion. Lesnar is known for his strength and his love of the outdoors.
On July 12, 1977, Brock Lesnar was born in Webster, South Dakota. In high school, he was a wrestling star and won the state championship three times. He then went on to wrestle for the University of Minnesota, where he won the NCAA Division I Heavyweight Wrestling Championship in 2000. After college, Lesnar signed with the WWE and became one of its rising stars.
Lesnar is currently signed to the UFC and is one of the world’s most famous mixed martial artists. He is also an avid outdoorsman, but Lesnar loves hunting among all of the outdoor activities.
He loves bringing protein to the table, and he loves his steak. Lesnar even has his brand of spice mix for steaks and has a YouTube channel to support it. Lesnar’s love for steak makes him stand out among other outdoorspeople on this list.
Hulk Hogan
Hulk Hogan is one of the most popular wrestlers of all time. He is a 12-time world champion and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2005. Hulk Hogan is known for his strength, charisma, and love of the outdoors.
On August 11, 1953, Hulk Hogan was born in Augusta, Georgia. He was a football player in high school and college. He began wrestling in the late 1970s and became one of the biggest names in professional wrestling in the 1980s. Hogan is considered one of the pioneers of professional wrestling.
Hogan is no longer wrestling but still makes occasional appearances. Now, he’s enjoying his time fishing and enjoying the outdoors. He has caught some pretty big fish in his career.
However, this is primarily attributed to him being fit. If you want to catch some big fish, your tool will work more than your muscle. It’s good to have a good fishing rod to help you out, such as the reliable St. Croix spinning rod. The brand was something Hogan promoted back then, and you should consider that a good referral.
Wrestling is a physically demanding sport, and it’s no wonder some of these wrestlers want to relax outdoors. Maybe you can find the same solace outdoors if you try their activities out!
During a Facebook Live broadcast yesterday for Highspots.com, Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat revealed that he was offered a spot on Ric Flair’s last match but he declined the invitation after thinking about it for a week.
Steamboat admitted that he was approached and really thought about the offer but he “recently” declined the opportunity, even though it would have been a great pay day.
“A lot of respect for the guy in the ring. Both of us are night and day when it comes to stuff out of the ring,” Steamboat said.
The WWE Hall of Famer, considered to be one of Ric Flair’s greatest rivals in the ring, said that he knows this will be a six-man tag match and he can probably do some stuff, but at 69, he doesn’t want fans to remember him for that.
“I know when I wrestled Jericho at WrestleMania 25 and then we had the return match at Backlash in a singles,” Steamboat said. “I want them to remember me that last time I was in there with Jericho when they chanted, ‘You still got it.’ I don’t want to scar that phrase.”
Steamboat added that he doesn’t want the fans to think that “maybe he should have stayed retired,” so he passed.
You can see his comments below starting at 47:45.
Ric Flair’s Last Match will be an event promoted by Jim Crockett Promotions on July 31 during Starrcast. The event will air live on FITE.TV.

Judging from the seating chart, WWE sold thousands of tickets but the situation will be clearer on Friday when all sections will be open for the general sale.
Zachary Green, better known as Nash Carter from the MSK tag team in NXT, issued a statement apologizing for the Nazi photo which his wife published on social media.
In early April after MSK won the NXT Tag Team titles, Kimber Lee posted on Twitter accusing her husband of domestic violence and then posted a photo of him as Adolf Hitler, doing the Nazi salute. The picture eventually got him fired from WWE.
“No words can truly describe how ashamed and apologetic I am for my conduct in the photograph. There is no excuse for such behavior and I take full responsibility for my actions and ask for forgiveness,” Green wrote.
“This picture was taken in 2015, a time where I was uneducated on the topic and therefore didn’t understand the magnitude of how hurtful it was.”
He described how in 2020, someone was trying to extort him by threatening to post it on social media and he sent it to his wife to discuss the situation.
“Apparently, she kept it and then decided in retaliation for the filing of the divorce to post it to social media. Regardless how the photograph came to light, there is still no excuse for my actions,” he continued.
His statement continued, “Over the past month I have taken time to reflect on my conduct to which I express my utmost remorse and regret. I have spent time off social media to refresh and re-educate myself about of the horrors of the Holocaust. I truly do hope that this situation will teach and bring awareness to the horrific tragedy that took place so that something like this will never happen again. I can assure you that this is not who I am or what I represent as a human being, and I feel it is never too late to educate and better yourself.”

The recently-returned Asuka became the number one contender for the Raw Women’s title after last night she beat Becky Lynch in the main event of Monday Night Raw.
During the match, Becky threw Asuka on Bianca Belair who was sitting at ringside and Belair returned the favor when she went up on the apron and distracted the referee, enabling Asuka to spit green mist to the face of Becky Lynch. A roundhouse kick and a three-count later and Asuka was declared the winner.
Asuka and Becky were not even supposed to be wrestling each other last night as both were part of the planned six pack challenge. According to Fightful Wrestling, Naomi was the planned winner of the match but both she and Sasha Banks walked out of Raw, leaving the main event to be re-written.
Asuka will now face Bianca Belair on the Hell In A Cell premium live event on June 5.
