The antitrust lawsuit brought forward by MLW against WWE has been settled out of court after a Notice of Settlement document was filed with the Northern District of California courts.
“In accordance with the Court’s Standing Order for Civil Cases, Section IV.F.I, Plaintiff MLW Media LLC and Defendant World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (together, the “Parties”), hereby submit this Notice of Settlement to notify the Court that the Parties have settled this action. The Parties are in the process of completing the final settlement documents and expect to file the appropriate dismissal papers within the next thirty (30) days,” the document, published by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics states.
The case has been going on since January 2022 after MLW filed the lawsuit against WWE accusing the company of pressuring third parties to abandon contracts and prospective relationships with MLW. WWE’s misconduct included disrupting every level of MLW’s business, including a major streaming deal for MLW which would have been transformative for the company. MLW also alleged that in early 2021, after MLW announced that it was in talks with VICE TV to air MLW programs on VICE TV, a then-WWE executive warned VICE TV that WWE owner Vince McMahon was “pissed” that VICE TV was airing MLW programs, and that VICE TV should stop working with MLW. The lawsuit was then amended to reflect their move to Reels, where the station was picked up by Peacock but their hour of TV was blacked out on the streaming service as Peacock is exclusive to WWE.
While no terms were revealed, there will likely be a filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission by TKO if there is a major settlement involved.

The January 1, 2024 episode of Monday Night Raw will be headlined by a huge match for the WWE World Heavyweight title as Seth Rollins will be defending his gold against former WWE champion Drew McIntyre.
The announcement came in a backstage segment where Punk and McIntyre came face to face. McIntyre told Punk that he doesn’t care about Punk’s story and he doesn’t care about Cody’s story, and the only thing that matters to him is to finish his story.
“What did I do?” Punk asked Raw GM Adam Pearce after McIntyre got in his face. Pearce said Punk did nothing, but he then informed Punk that McIntyre got himself a shot at Rollins’ title on January 1.
“Good for him,” responded Punk, who was then interrupted by Kofi Kingston, Chad Gable, and Ricochet for a much more friendlier interaction.
The January 1 episode of Raw will take place from the Pechanga Arena in San Diego, California. Tickets start from $20 plus fees and are available from AXS.COM.
A24 held the Los Angeles Premiere of The Iron Claw last night where all the cast showed up for the red carpet event at the DGA Theater Complex.

CM Punk chose Monday Night Raw last night and is now a full member of the red roster.
Punk said that Adam Pearce put a better package than Nick Aldis or Shawn Michaels for him and he wants to right some wrongs. He said that the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse was the place where he made his debut and then sent to OVW and then was kicked in the head by Randy Orton and stripped off the World Heavyweight title.
His segment was interrupted by Seth Rollins, who told CM Punk not to call this place his home as he has done nothing for the past decade apart from thrashing this place and everyone associated with it. Rollins added that this was his home and he will protect it by doing everything he can to keep individuals like CM Punk away from it, telling Punk that he hates him with every fiber of his being.
Punk then announced that he is entering in the Royal Rumble match and maybe he will go after Seth Rollins’ title when he wins it. He becomes the second man in the Rumble after Cody Rhodes announced last week that he is throwing his name into the match as well.

WPC 2025 is an international cockfight event and punters find roosters of several nations. Players can participate in it online as well as bet on one particular rooster. When their chosen rooster becomes the winner, they get handsome money. This is regarded as betting and every punter gets the freedom to bet based on his choice. This cockfight event is hugely popular in the Philippines. Here, two birds fight to survive and they are known as roosters. Commonly, the roosters tend to be very big with powerful legs and sharp claws. The extraordinary thing about these roosters is they are very agile, fast, and aggressive.
They remain in little cages and eat a specific diet. These roosters are well-trained which is why they can fight, and their style of fighting is formed on their weight and size. During the fight, the rooster that has more stamina, speed, and strength emerges as the winner. The World Cock Fighting Championship works to endorse cockfighting in the entire world.

Platforms that offer cockfights have safety measures for making safe betting. When a punter signs up on the platform it keeps his information encrypted. This way, punters remain assured that their payment details are kept secure. Every reliable online gambling site ensures that the punters’ money is safe when they either withdraw or deposit their money.
Impressive payouts
Online cockfighting is different from physical cockfights as betting online provides punters comparatively better and massive payouts. It happens as an online platform gives better odds in comparison to a physical betting place. Again, betting on cockfights online entices hundreds and thousands of gamblers connected to a higher stake. So, punters can win big when they can forecast the result correctly.
Follow the laws
The PNP or Philippine National Police has detained 1245 defendants as a vital part of a huge anti-illegal gambling operation that targeted online sabong. Earlier, the president of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte banned online cockfighting and today, President Bongbong Marcos is following in his footsteps as he extended this ban till December.

Hence, you must check the laws of your state before you play this game. However, if you have decided to take part in it, you should choose the best sites for your purpose.
