The WWE: Unreal series on Netflix has been renewed for season three.
The second season went live worldwide on the streaming service yesterday, with five episodes chronicling the road to SummerSlam 2025 with Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, Cody Rhodes, Rhea Ripley, Pat McAfee, Jelly Roll, R-Truth, Iyo Sky, Naomi, Chelsea Green, Penta, and Lyra Valkyria all part of the cast.
The announcement for the third season, which will premiere in Summer of 2026, came on the final episode of season two although there’s no exact date.
The third season fill focus on John Cena’s final few months in WWE ahead of his retirement match against Gunther on Saturday Night’s Main Event.
Season two ended with Brock Lesnar coming back at SummerSlam, taking out Cena.
Appearing with producer and TV host Raffi Boghosian on his show Raffi Talks, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was asked about WrestleMania 43 coming to Saudi Arabia in 2027 and his participation in the event.
Last year, WWE announced that WrestleMania 43 would be held outside the United States for the first time ever in the Kingdom, news that did not go over very well with fans, especially those in the United States.
“I’m excited for the brand of WrestleMania, I’m excited for the Kingdom because that is a big show,” Johnson said. “I’m also excited not only for the brand, but I’m excited for our athletes to be able to participate in an event like that, and that is a global event, and so I can’t wait!”
Asked about his conversations about a possible involvement, considering the rumors that he was specifically asked to wrestle on the show by the Saudis, Johnson responded, “In terms of the conversations I’ve been having, it’s all good. It will always be good!”
The Rock last wrestled at WrestleMania 40 in a tag team match with Roman Reigns against Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins.
The plan was originally Reigns vs Rock but fan involvement pushed for a Rhodes main event where Rhodes finally finished his story.
In a statement on X, Tommaso Ciampa confirmed that he is departing WWE.
The former NXT champion said that in the very near future, his contract with WWE will come to an end and he wanted to thank every single person who contributed to the last 10 years of his incredible journey.
Ciampa thanked the camera crew, ring crew, hair and makeup, refs, creative, producers, catering, medical and anyone who he might have missed.
“A very special thank you to all of the men and women who I’ve shared a ring and locker room with… nothing but love and respect,” he said, before giving a special thank you to his “black and gold family” in NXT.
“I spend the first decade of my career traveling the world on the independent scene. I spent the second decade of my career traveling the world with WWE. I have one decade remaining and I’m beyond excited for whatever challenges lie ahead,” he continued.
He said that for the first time in over 10 years, he’s available for appearances, signings, photo ops, movies, etc, and urged anyone interested to e-mail him on bookciampa@gmail.com.
Ciampa joined WWE in 2015 and was a major part of the black and gold NXT brand. He is a former two-time NXT champion, one-time NXT Tag Team champion, and two-time WWE Tag Team champion with his long-time frenemy Johnny Gargano.
Raw did not crack the Netflix Top 10 global chart for the episode of January 12, dropping off the chart after they did make it to #10 for the one year anniversary episode. This episode started at 2PM ET in the United States due to the show being in Germany.
The show did appear in the top 10 in six different countries: Bahrain, Bolivia, Canada, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom, and United States. The last show on the top 10 chart had 2,500,000 global views, so Raw pulled in less than that.
The chart was still dominated by Stranger Things, HIS & HERS and the Run Away limited series.
WWE is coming to Netflix in the country of Italy starting April 1, in time for WrestleMania.
Currently, all WWE programming air on DMAX and Discovery+ but that will soon change once Netflix enters the arena, with Raw, Smackdown, NXT, the current video library, and all of the WWE premium live events airing on the streaming giant.
The popular duo of “Il Godzilla” Luca Franchini and “Il Bardo” Michele Posa will continue doing all Italian commentary for WWE on Netflix.
The announcement was made by WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque in a video posted on the Netflix Italia social media accounts.
This will leave just Austria, Germany, Switzerland, China Japan, South Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa as the only ones which still do not get WWE on Netflix due to current media rights agreements which have not expired.
Maria Kanellis announced on social media that she has given birth to her third child with her husband, Mike Bennett.
“William Mercury Bennett was born yesterday afternoon at 7 pounds 7 ounces and 18.8 inches. He is an absolute angel,” she wrote.
The former WWE/AEW/ROH star noted that her son gets his name from his great-grandfather who is her godfather and was an immigrant from Greece and also from her brother who is a veteran, husband, and father.
“They are two of the toughest men I know. William Mercury’s name means strong willed warrior, messenger. We are so in love,” she added.
The couple have a seven-year-old daughter named Fredrica “Freddie” Moon and six-year-old son Carver Mars.
The Hollywood Reporter is carrying an extensive story on the future of AEW on a Netflix-owned Warner Bros. after a 519-page joint proxy statement was filed yesterday with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
AEW programming like Dynamite and Collision will remain with the Global Linear Networks company controlled by Discovery once the split is done and streaming will remain on HBO Max throughout the rest of the current AEW/WBD contract.
If AEW renews its media rights deal with Discovery’s TNT and TBS, their streaming will depart HBO Max and join the TNT Sports streaming app which will launch once the WBD separates.
The report also confirm that WBD owns a minority stake in AEW, a stake which is valued less than 10% otherwise they would have to legally report it. The stake will remain with Global Linear Networks once the split takes place, taking Warner Bros. out of the picture.
The Impact debut on AMC last week drew just 174,000 viewers, and while it was double the audience they were pulling on AXS TV, it’s on the lower end of what many have predicted. The number is their best one since February 16, 2021. In 18-49, Impact had a 0.04 rating, which is way more than the 0.01 it was pulling on AXS. (Ratings credit: PWTorch)
The number one contenders for the TNA Knockouts Tag Team titles were decided last night on NXT.
The team of Sol Ruca and Zaria will be taking on The Elegance Brand next, with Ash and Heather by Elegance winning the titles from The IInspiration on last week’s Impact debut on AMC.
Ruca and Zaria defeated Kendal Gray and Wren Sinclair and Laney Reid and Fallon Henley in a triple threat tag match to earn the title shot, with Zaria pinning Henley with an F5 for the victory.
This is the second reign of The Elegance Brand with the titles, having previously held the belts for 197 days.
Nowadays, the dynamics of sports events require instant reactions, which a mobile browser version cannot always provide. To gain full autonomy and high-speed odds updates, users choose to download Linebet app to their device, thereby ensuring a stable connection to the platform regardless of external factors. The application acts not just as an alternative to the site, but as an independent tool for analysis and placing bets.
Software Installation Algorithm
The installation process differs from standard marketplace downloads, as Google policy often restricts software in this category. The boot file (APK for Android) is publicly available on the official resource. To successfully install on Android, one must temporarily allow installation from unknown sources in the gadget’s security settings.
iOS users perform similar actions more easily by following the app directly on the App Store. After unpacking the file and logging in, the system remembers the data, eliminating the need for constant login and password entry.
Ergonomics and Interface
The main difference between the utility and the responsive site is the absence of unnecessary graphic elements that overload RAM. Navigation is designed for one-handed operation: key sections are moved to the bottom or side menu. The color scheme is balanced, and a dark mode is provided to reduce eye strain in the evening.
Key capabilities of the program include:
Access to broadcasts: viewing matches in real-time with minimal delay.
Bet constructor: the ability to form unique slips from several outcomes within a single event.
Financial manager: full control over deposits and withdrawals via built-in payment gateways.
Technical Stability and Benefits
The app works faster than a browser because the main interface elements are already loaded into the phone’s memory. Only digital data—odds and results—are downloaded from the network. This greatly spares internet traffic, which is critical when roaming or in areas with weak signals. The program automatically bypasses blocks and provider technical failures, maintaining continuous access to the line.
To ensure player comfort, the following options are implemented:
Biometric login: such authorization increases account security.
Push notifications: prompt information about bet settlements or the start of an important match.
One-click bet: a mechanism allowing you to place a bet in a split second for a pre-fixed amount.
Beyond speed, the software ensures high energy efficiency, consuming less battery charge compared to heavy web pages. Regular updates avert bugs and add new features, while the update process often happens in the background without distracting from viewing statistics.
Conclusion
Using specialized Linebet software is justified for those who value time and technical optimization. This utilitarian solution turns a smartphone into a full-fledged station for monitoring sports events, where functionality prevails over visual noise.
The first three participants in the six-man ladder match to determine the next NXT champion were announced last night on NXT.
Shiloh Hill advanced first by defeating Josh Briggs and then Sean Legacy defeated Eli Knight in the second qualifier to advance. Legacy and Knight are NXT’s newest arrivals after previously having WWE ID contracts.
Former champion Ricky Saints, who was the champion before Oba Femi won it, gets a free pass and was automatically inserted into the match, leaving three empty spots.
Those spots will be determined by three more qualifying matches which will feature Dion Lennox vs Myles Borne, Keanu Carver vs Andre Chase, and Joe Hendry vs Jackson Drake.
The ladder match will take place on the February 3 episode of NXT on The CW.
Trey Miguel of The Rascalz released another statement on X following his release from AEW just days after he signed a contract along with the rest of the group.
Rumors are that Miguel’s release came from “high up” and while the exact reason for his release isn’t known, Miguel might have hinted at why in a post on X.
“I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my time. I’ve always apologized and did my best to put a better foot forward after,” he wrote. “I don’t preach hate and I don’t take any pride in being hateful. I’m a man of faith, I believe in forgiveness and only ever preach that. I’m a different man today.”
A few years ago, Miguel made some online comments which would not fly in today’s world. It’s the same situation that the late Jay Briscoe had with the company, where he was not allowed on AEW television by WBD due to his past comments. Jay never appeared on AEW TV and it was only after his untimely death that his brother was allowed to be featured on television.
Buff Bagwell sat down with Chris Van Vliet at the DDP Yoga Performance Center in Atlanta, Georgia to discuss what led to his leg needing to be amputated and why he let Maven document the surgery, his battles with addiction and what led to him getting sober, possibly competing in one more match, how DDP helped him turn his life around, having one of the best physiques in wrestling, inventing the Blockbuster, and more!
For people who don’t know what happened with your leg, that car accident was kind of what started this?
“Absolutely. So in 2020, I had a car wreck where I was under the influence of pills and alcohol, and I drove through a bus station, it’s a bus station bathroom, men’s and women’s and nobody was in it, thank God. In that car wreck, my right knee cap exploded. So with it exploding, 40 surgeries over the next 3 or 4 years trying to fix it. Infections in and out. Knee replacement, I think it was 41 surgeries total. Then I was just going to deal with this leg that didn’t bend anymore, and it got infected again. And the doctor goes, ‘Let’s cut it off.’ And I went, ‘Whoa, wait a minute, brother, we did 40 something surgeries. Let’s try to fix it one more time. I can’t just cut my leg off.’ So I went to that appointment to see what it was like to save my leg. In that appointment is where I stopped the doctor, as he was explaining, he was talking about pulling a skin graft off of this shoulder to close it up. I said, Whoa, what? So it was so devastating what I was hearing. I said, ‘What’s the percentages of all that working?’ And he said, about 20%. I said, ‘Let’s cut it off.’”
Were you able to come to peace with that decision?
“No, not at all. I was devastated. I did not, and you cannot see this. I tried to see it, but I just don’t think you have the eyes to see this part of it. The truth is, I should have done this two years earlier. I really believe if it would have been proposed to me two years ago, I would have thought they were crazy. I’d have said no, no, no, like I did this time. But if I would have done it, I’d have been two years ahead. So this has been with my situation of the leg I had, this is unbelievably good what happened to me, but you just don’t see that when you’re going through it.”
I’ve heard you say you want to wrestle again?
“I know I could wrestle again, another match or two, but if I can’t do it, I’m not going to do it. And I’m not sure that’s possible. I don’t want to be ugly. If it’s ugly at all, I’m not going to do it. So, for example, this $135,000 leg. Because of this, there’s no way to make [using the ring] steps look good. So that will be the first thing you got to conquer, is getting in [the ring] or sliding in and getting up fast. But again, if I can’t do those things without them being I’m not going to do it, but I think I can. I think I can do it where it’s not ugly. I just don’t know yet, so we’re definitely going to, in the next couple of months, I’m going to get in the ring and just see what I can do. But I really do think no matter what I will do one match just because that’s one of my goals.”
It seems like you’ve been able to now make the distinction between Marcus and Buff, and for a long time, you were just Buff:
“That’s a perfect, perfect analogy. It’s funny you say that I remember the boys, Disco Inferno in particular, we would be talking, and he’d be like, ‘Is that Buff or is that Marcus?’ We would laugh and joke about it because it was funny. After all, back then, there was a Buff and a Marcus, and then somewhere in there, those lines get cloudy, they get not so clear. That happens, you live the gimmick. I didn’t think I was doing that, but obviously I was, but I do believe that comes with also the alcohol and the pills just really clouded it up. It’s not just, you know, Macho Man lived his character. I could care less about living my character. I just believe that your character ain’t far from who you are anyway. Buff, when you saw Marcus Alexander Bagwell in the wrestling ring, Buff’s there too. I’m just a babyface. I’m a good guy. But when you’re Buff, you got to turn it up. It’s just turned up a little. But I think that gets confused even more with alcohol and pills.”
Hall of Fame announcer Jim Ross suffered another fall at home and will not be traveling to Orlando for tomorrow’s Dynamite.
Ross wrote on X that he fell and was stuck lying on his living room floor for five hours before help arrived.
“My trip to Orlando for @AEW Dynamite is postponed due to an untimely fall that saw me lying on my living room floor for 5 hours,” JR wrote. “I’ll be watching!”
JR returned to commentary on Dynamite a few weeks ago when the show aired from his home state of Oklahoma and was planned to do Orlando as well tomorrow.
This is not the first time that Ross suffered a fall. He also fell in his hotel room in Arlington before All In last year although he still managed to go to work that weekend.

AJ Styles will be putting up his career on the line against Gunther at the Royal Rumble.
The Ring General is looking to make it three out of three in ending careers, following his wins against Goldberg and John Cena in their retirement matches.
Gunther did not want to wrestle Styles at the Rumble and told him he had no incentive to do so since he already beat him, but he changed his mind after he told Styles he would reconsider if he put his career on the line.
Styles, who already said that 2026 will be his last year wrestling, had until the end of the night to consider the high-stakes match.
In a backstage segment towards the end of the broadcast, Styles found Raw GM Adam Pearce and told him that he talked to his wife who told him to go kick Gunther’s ass.
Pearce then made the match official for the Royal Rumble.
The January WWE European tour comes to a close today with one final non-televised live event in Brussels, Belgium.
This tour took WWE Superstars and crew across seven countries, participating in a total of 12 events including four television tapings.
Germany, Scotland, Denmark, England, Poland, Northern Ireland, and Belgium were the selected ones to play a role in the Road to the Royal Rumble, with everyone soon boarding a plane again to travel to Saudi Arabia for Smackdown and the Royal Rumble premium live event later next week.
WWE did not announce another tour yet, with only a live Raw from London’s O2 Arena on the calendar for June 22.
Finn Balor received a proper Superstar homecoming in Northern Ireland last night on Raw, even though he came up short in his quest to win the WWE World Heavyweight title from CM Punk.
With Punk out first, the arena lights went dark and fans started the “Ole” chant while fireflies filled up the SSE Arena.
Balor came out to his original NXT theme song with “Balor Country” on the video screen, and the Belfast crowd greeting the former leader of the Bullet Club with a thunderous ovation.
The 20-minute match ended with Punk victorious after a GTS. Following the win, Punk extended his hand to Balor and helped him back up, talked to him, and raised his arm. He then gave Balor a hug with fans applauding in the background.
When Raw went off the air, Balor was able to address the crowd.
“I just want to say that I feel very privileged to be here tonight. I’ve done a lot in my 25-year career in this business. And tonight is, without question, the most memorable night of my career so far,” he said. “You know, I don’t get to come home very often. And this week was very special because yesterday, for the first time in almost 15 years, I got to celebrate my mother’s birthday with her!”
Following the customary happy birthday song from the crowd, Balor thanked them for being able to do this on his home turf in front of his family and his people.
“You know what, it’s true what they say, there is no place like home. Thank you very much, Belfast,” he concluded.
The match between Je’Von Evans and El Grande Americano on Raw yesterday was cut off early after the match was stopped by the referee following an injury to Evans.
The Young OG was checked by a doctor at ringside and after Raw came back from a commercial, the bell rang, with the match awarded to Americano because Evans was unable to continue.
He was helped to the back by the referee and the doctor and he kept holding his right arm and shoulder while walking.
But PWInsider.com is now reporting that the match was actually stopped due to a possible concussion, although Evans was later cleared to travel back home with the rest of the crew.
It’s unclear when the injury happened throughout the match as Evans hit a springboard clothesline before the show went to commercial and then the bell was rang when Raw returned.
AJ Styles challenged Gunther for a match at the Royal Rumble in Riyadh, a match which Gunther rejected…unless Styles was ready to put his career on the line.
Kicking off Monday Night Raw from Belfast, Northern Ireland, Gunther addressed the crowd but was swiftly interrupted by Styles, who last week lost to Gunther in a one-on-one match.
Styles asked Gunther for another match, but the former two-time WWE World Heavyweight champion said he had no incentive to wrestle Styles again, and seeing that he had just declared himself for the Rumble match, he had no intention of doing double duty.
Styles reminder Gunther that last week he tapped out “like a little bitch” and if he’s scared, then they should move on.
Gunther said that there might be something that would tempt him to wrestle Styles, and that is if Styles agrees to put his career on the line.
The Austrian gave Styles till the end of the night to decide if that was a hill worth dying on.
AJ has repeatedly said that 2026 would be his last year as an in-ring competitor.
