Demolition and Kelly Kelly added to WWE 2K26 Ringside Pass Season 2

WWE 2K26

Today, 2K revealed WWE 2K26’s latest Ringside Report, unveiling full details on Ringside Pass Season 2. The new content will be available starting today, and as previously announced, players who installed before April 15, 2026, will automatically progress through the first 20 tiers to speed up their progress through Season 2.

On the Premium Track:

  • Ringside Pass Season 2 offers four legendary WWE 2K franchise debuts, as AxSmash, and Crush of Demolition, plus Kelly Kelly, make their very first appearances on a WWE 2K roster, bringing a combined 35 new moves and taunts with them;
    • Starting with Season 2, all new Ringside Pass Premium Track DLC characters are unlocked and available to claim immediately in Tier 1;
  • Several new Personas are introduced, including three Wasteland versions of popular WWE Superstars, plus an array of new creation parts and moves for character customization.

On the Free Track:

  • An updated version of “The Ruler,” Oba Femi SNME ‘25 is based on his look from his Saturday Night’s Main Event match against Cody Rhodes from December 13, 2025, featuring his highly-requested hair-down hairstyle. Oba Femi SNME ‘25 will be available to all players in Tier 40 of the Ringside Pass Season 2 Free Track.

Making their debut in 1987, Demolition, consisting of Ax and Smash, cut a menacing appearance in studded leather gear and face paint, stomping into the arena to the tune of one of the most iconic entrance themes in WWE history. Their dreaded “Demolition Decapitation” finishing maneuver combined a backbreaker and flying elbow drop, and brought a brutal end to many of their matches. Joined by Crush in 1990, Demolition would capture the WWE Tag Team Championships three times and solidify their status as future WWE Hall of Famers. Their finisher, entrance theme, and both two-man and three-man entrance animations will all be available in WWE 2K26.

Debuting as a dancer tantalizing ECW crowds at just 19 years old, Kelly Kelly crossed paths with an array of personalities including WWE 2K26 Standard Edition cover star CM Punk, The Sandman, and Torrie Wilson, before joining the “Extreme Exposé” dance crew and eventually becoming an in-ring competitor. Making her way to Raw, then SmackDown, then back to Raw via the WWE Draft, Kelly Kelly defeated Brie Bella in 2011 to win the WWE Divas Championship. She also captured the WWE 24/7 Championship at the Raw Reunion event in 2019, becoming the first female competitor to hold the title.

Three unique new Personas available in the Ringside Pass Season 2 Premium Track emerge straight from the Wasteland of Kairos: Rhea Ripley “Ripper Queen,” CM Punk “Ripper,” with and without mask, and Becky Lynch “Lilith.” Each of these new Personas comes with unique entrance music and animations that can also be used with other Superstars or Create-A-Superstars, including massive mechanical limbs and flaming wings. A total of 19 customizable parts, including a “Ripper” mask, are also included.

Throughout the Premium Track of the Ringside Pass, players will also find some new Create-A-Superstar parts and moves, including Stephanie McMahon’s black corset and thigh-high boots from WrestleMania 32, and a collection of Ripple Junction shirts.

Wendy Choo wins the WWE Evolve Women’s title

WWE Evolve

Wendy Choo won the WWE Evolve Women’s title on last night’s episode, getting her first title in WWE after seven years with the company.

Choo pinned Nikkita Lyons in an eight-woman gauntlet match to win the vacant title, a match which also involved Kali Armstrong, Karmen Petrovic, Laynie Luck, PJ Vasa, Sloane Jacobs, and Tyra Mae Steele.

Minute Maid to serve as Official Juice Partner of WWE in new multi-year deal

WWE logo

Minute Maid and WWE today announced the next chapter of their partnership, building on strong fan momentum with expanded integrations, new consumer experiences and a refreshed “Bring the Juice” campaign that will continue throughout WWE’s biggest moments in 2026 and beyond. As part of a multi-year renewal, Minute Maid will continue to serve as the Official Juice Partner of WWE, bringing its brand energy deeper into the heart of WWE fandom.

The expanded partnership is anchored by a new co‑branded campaign featuring WWE Superstars Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso and Rhea Ripley, and further supported by limited‑time WWE Superstar packaging on select Minute Maid products and enhanced match sponsorships at WWE Premium Live Events. Together, these elements reflect a shared commitment to meeting fans where they engage most – whether in‑arena, on-screen or in everyday moments.

Earlier this month, Minute Maid and WWE introduced The Juice Vault, a digital fan experience accessible through QR codes on limited‑time Minute Maid packaging. The Juice Vault invites fans to return regularly for chances to win exclusive WWE experiences and merchandise, extending the partnership beyond live events and into an always‑on, fan‑first experience that blends accessibility with excitement.

“Our first year with WWE showed us just how deeply fans connect when brands meet them through their passions,” said Marisa Black, Senior Director of Minute Maid, North America. “As we kick-off year two with WWE, we’re building on that momentum by creating experiences like The Juice Vault that bring fans closer to the action and reflect the energy, confidence and fun at the core of both brands.”

From April 17 through July 13, fans can register for the chance to win exclusive prizes through The Juice Vault, including a trip to SummerSlam® and limited‑edition Minute Maid-WWE merchandise. The experience will also come to life onsite at WrestleMania 42 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, connecting digital engagement with WWE’s biggest event of the year.

“We’re proud of what we accomplished together with Minute Maid in our first year, bringing the partnership to life across retail, digital and experiential to meet our fans where they are,” said Sana Shuaib, Senior Vice President, Partnership Marketing & Digital, TKO Global Partnerships. “The recent launch of The Juice Vault and the debut of our new commercial featuring Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso and Rhea Ripley allow us to connect authentically with our fans, and we look forward to continuing our innovative work with such a valued partner in the years ahead.”

Minute Maid’s “Bring the Juice” platform is back and bigger than ever following last year’s successful launch, bringing the energy and boldness to help fans enjoy small wins over daily compromises. Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio will be featured in this year’s campaign, alongside returning brand ambassadors Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso and Bianca Belair. Through arena branding, fan engagement moments, broadcast integrations and robust social plan, Minute Maid will give fans more access to their favorite WWE Superstars throughout WWE’s biggest Premium Live Events, such as WrestleMania, Backlash, SummerSlam and Money in the Bank, all available on the ESPN App with a subscription to the ESPN Unlimited plan.

Select Minute Maid products featuring WWE Superstar packaging are available nationwide at participating retailers, with additional packaging rolling out later this summer.

Cody Rhodes appears as Guile with Street Fighter cast at CinemaCon in Las Vegas

Just because WrestleMania and the NAB Conference are in Las Vegas at the same time this weekend, it doesn’t mean that there couldn’t be another convention!

CinemaCon also took place this week at Caesars Palace, but thankfully it ends today.

One WWE Superstar who took part in CinemaCon was Cody Rhodes, who appeared in full Guile mode to promote Street Fighter with the rest of the cast yesterday.

Rhodes cut a promo in character and drew some laughs from the crowd especially when he said that the “military budget is down.”

“This isn’t Cody Rhodes. This is Guile. Lot of tough guys out there, huh?,” Rhodes said. “You guys wanna be in this tournament? Well, if you believe in yourself, and you believe in freedom, drinkin’ milk, you can all be in this tournament,” he said.

Roman Reigns is also in the movie portraying Akuma, but was not with the cast for this event.

Stephanie McMahon says HOF induction is the “biggest thing ever” in her career

Stephanie McMahon said she is honored, feels grateful, and the biggest thing ever in her career to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

“You know, I’m really proud,” she told her husband Paul “Triple H” Levesque in a new episode of her podcast What’s Your Story?

She said that while she doesn’t know if the word “worthy” is the one she would use, she’s definitely accepting the honor.

“No matter what happens in WWE moving forward, this has been my life. And I’m so grateful to have had this remarkable, incredible life surrounded by these characters and people who are probably the most honest sort of truthful versions of themselves, right? Because when you’re on the road with people and I don’t know, I love our community,” McMahon continued.

The former WWE co-CEO said she’s still writing her speech and it’s in sections, but went through different drafts of it already, mentioning that producers who do the video packages told her that they’re having a hard time trying to put it together because there’s so much content.

“This is my world. WWE is my actual world and always has been,” she continued.

She becomes the second McMahon, along with her grandfather, to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Nick Khan talks WrestleMania ticket prices and confirms 43 in Saudi Arabia

WWE President Nick Khan admitted that WrestleMania ticket sales are softer this year than the previous year, but the company is still hoping to achieve last year’s gate revenue as the dip in sales will be offset by a higher-priced tickets.

“We’re feeling good,” Khan told The Sporting Tribune. “Last year we set records, which we set the year prior to that. So this year we think it’s going to get close to that record, but fingers crossed.”

Khan doubled down that “the marketplace dictates the ticket price,” mentioning that ticket scalpers usually re-sell their tickets at a higher price.

The WWE President also confirmed that WrestleMania 43 is still scheduled to take place in Saudi Arabia despite the problems in the region lately.

“We’re doing WrestleMania next year in Saudi,” Khan said. “First time ever, WrestleMania will be outside the United States or Canada. And we’ve had a big, fruitful partnership with them.”

WrestleMania 41 generated $322.2 in economic impact for Las Vegas

WrestleMania 41

WWE announced that WrestleMania 41 last year in Las Vegas generated a total of $322.2 million in total economic impact.

The press release said that there were $122.6 million in salaries and wages paid based on a total of 2,635 local jobs supported throughout the week. WWE also registered $17.3 million in fiscal impact from taxes paid and taxes on visitor spending

90.2% of attendees who were at WrestleMania 41 were non-local and 22% were international. This is probably a record for out-of-town visitors for a WrestleMania, mainly because the city is not known to be a wrestling hot-bed unlike cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, New Orleans, and other places were a big percentage would be locals.

Also, 85.4% of attendees who attended WrestleMania 41 traveled to Las Vegas specifically for the WWE show.

WrestleMania 41 was held on April 19 and 20, 2025, and drew 124,693 fans across two nights at Allegiant Stadium and set multiple company records, including the highest-gate ever.

Darby Allin wins the AEW World title on Dynamite

A new AEW World champion was crowned on Dynamite Spring BreakThru as fan favorite Darby Allin defeated MJF in the main event of the show.

Allin beat the champion in a super quick match, hitting a low blow as the ref wasn’t looking, a Scorpion Death Drop, and four Coffin Drops in succession for the pinfall victory.

The locker room emptied to celebrate with Allin after the match as his family cheered on from ringside with confetti raining from the ceiling. Sting also joined in and gave his former tag team partner a huge hug.

Prior to the match, Sting showed up in a backstage segment while Renee Paquette was talking to Allin. Sting hyped up Allin and told him that it’s his time now.

Dynamite started with MJF unaware that Allin won a title shot after he defeated Andrade El Idolo during the Dynasty pay-per-view and tried to get out of the match by saying he was not prepared. Bryan Danielson, on commentary, then broke the news to MJF that Tony Khan has given him around an hour to prepare, with the match moved from the opening to the main event. He was also told that if he didn’t defend the title, he would be stripped of it.

Inside the high-stakes world of entertainment: where wrestling drama meets digital betting energy

The Rise of High-Stakes Entertainment Culture

Professional wrestling has always thrived on intensity—rivalries, surprise betrayals, championship stakes, and unpredictable outcomes that keep fans on the edge of their seats. But beyond the ring, a new form of high-stakes entertainment culture has emerged, blending digital platforms, interactive engagement, and risk-based excitement.

Fans today don’t just watch competition—they participate in it. Whether through fantasy leagues, predictions, or interactive platforms, the experience has become more immersive and emotionally charged than ever before.

When Drama Meets Digital Risk

One of the biggest shifts in modern entertainment is how audience engagement now extends into digital ecosystems that mirror the unpredictability of wrestling storylines. Every match feels like a storyline climax, and every outcome carries emotional weight for fans invested in their favorites.

In this evolving space, platforms like https://skyhillscasino.io/ have become part of broader discussions around digital entertainment ecosystems, where excitement, timing, and decision-making play a major role in user experience. Much like a wrestling main event, everything can change in seconds, keeping users engaged and alert throughout.

Shared Psychology Between Wrestling Fans and High-Stakes Players

Wrestling fans and high-stakes entertainment users share surprisingly similar psychological triggers. Both groups are drawn to suspense, emotional investment, and the thrill of unpredictable outcomes.

Key Emotional Drivers

  • Anticipation: Waiting for the next big twist or result
  • Excitement: High-energy moments that deliver adrenaline rushes
  • Attachment: Loyalty to characters, teams, or strategies
  • Uncertainty: The thrill of not knowing what happens next

These emotional factors are exactly what make both wrestling shows and interactive digital platforms so compelling to global audiences.

The Business of Modern Entertainment Ecosystems

Behind the scenes, both wrestling promotions and digital entertainment platforms operate on highly sophisticated business models. Revenue is no longer generated solely through traditional ticket sales or broadcasts—it now includes digital engagement, subscriptions, and interactive participation.

Revenue Streams Comparison

Industry Primary Revenue Sources Engagement Model
Wrestling Live events, TV deals, merchandise Story-driven entertainment
Digital Entertainment Online platforms, user interaction, subscriptions Real-time engagement
eSports Sponsorships, streaming, tournaments Competitive gameplay

This convergence shows how entertainment industries are evolving toward highly interactive, digitally driven ecosystems.

Fan Engagement in the Age of Interactivity

Today’s fans are no longer passive viewers. They actively participate in shaping their entertainment experience through social media reactions, live predictions, and community discussions.

How Engagement Has Changed

  • Live reactions on social platforms during events
  • Community-driven predictions and debates
  • Second-screen experiences while watching matches
  • Increased demand for real-time updates and interaction

This shift has transformed entertainment into a two-way experience where audiences influence the conversation as much as performers or competitors do.

The Role of Technology in High-Intensity Entertainment

Technology is the backbone of modern entertainment ecosystems, whether in wrestling production or digital platforms that rely on real-time interaction. Advanced systems now ensure smoother experiences, better visuals, and deeper engagement.

Key Tech Innovations

  • High-speed streaming infrastructure for global audiences
  • AI-driven recommendation systems for personalized content
  • Real-time analytics for audience behavior tracking
  • Secure digital transaction systems for user activity

These technologies ensure that entertainment remains seamless, responsive, and engaging regardless of scale.

Why Fans Are Drawn to Risk-Based Entertainment

Part of the appeal of both wrestling and high-stakes digital platforms lies in the emotional intensity they generate. Fans are not just watching outcomes—they are emotionally invested in uncertainty itself.

Core Attraction Factors

  • Unpredictable outcomes that create suspense
  • Emotional storytelling that builds connection
  • Community engagement and shared reactions
  • The thrill of high-energy, high-stakes environments

This combination creates a powerful entertainment loop that keeps audiences returning for more.

Comparing Traditional Viewing vs Interactive Entertainment

The evolution from passive viewing to interactive participation has fundamentally changed how fans consume entertainment.

Experience Type Traditional Viewing Interactive Digital Era
Audience Role Passive observer Active participant
Engagement Level Low to medium High
Emotional Impact Story-based Decision-driven
Feedback Loop Delayed Real-time

This transformation highlights how entertainment is becoming more immersive and participatory than ever before.

The Future of Entertainment Convergence

Looking forward, the boundaries between wrestling, gaming, and digital interactive platforms will continue to blur. Fans can expect even more immersive and personalized experiences as technology evolves.

Emerging Trends

  • Virtual reality live events with real-time audience interaction
  • AI-enhanced storytelling that adapts based on audience behavior
  • Cross-platform integration of entertainment ecosystems
  • Hyper-personalized content delivery systems

These innovations will push entertainment into a fully interactive era where fans are no longer just spectators—they are part of the experience itself.

The energy, unpredictability, and emotional intensity that define wrestling are now mirrored across digital entertainment platforms, creating a unified world of high-stakes engagement that continues to evolve.
