WWE Hall of Famer Maurice “Mad Dog” Vachon passes away

WWE Hall of Famer Maurice “Mad Dog” Vachon passed away this morning at the age of 84.

The Montreal native had his leg amputated in 1987 after a car accident and back at one of the early In Your House pay-per-views, Vachon was attacked by Diesel when he was at ringside, with the former WWE champion ripping out his artificial leg as part of the match.

He was a former AWA tag team and Heavyweight champion and in 2010 he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
